Jersey Mike's Subs is located off 360 and the corner of Broad serving up delicious cold and hot sandwiches that would put a smile on your face every time you take a bite out of one! I placed an online order to be picked up for a stickball sub which consist of provolone, ham, and salami on regular white bread. The toppings I chose were the standard lettuce, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, and pickles. As for the condiments I went messy with mayonnaise, spicy brown mustard and of course I had to get it Mikes way which is an olive oil blend and red wine vinegar. As I walked through the doors during lunch hours on a weekday day the place was quite busy, but the line was moving steady and fast. There were many tables to sit at with also a sitting bar to enjoy your sub while looking out the clean glass windows and admiring the finer things in life. They have a pickup station where all online orders will be waiting for you as soon as the item is ready. As I walk up to the station, I notice a brown Jersey Mikes bag with a receipt of my order and my name written on it. I went ahead and picked it up and proceeded to find a seat to unwind and fill up my tummy. The sub was wrapped in paper that was perfectly packaged while the bag was sealed with a taper. The sub was looking stunning and fresh as to where I couldn't resist any longer and I knew I just had to dig in. The bread was airy and soft with a nice snap back but yet very pillowy. The first thing I noticed was the splash of red wine vinegar and olive oil that coated the sub very well. The finely shredded crisp bright green lettuce and the taste of sweet vine ripe tomatoes made a huge impact on the meal. The pungent red onions and sour dill pickles mingled in the rest of the flavors while the condiments of mayonnaise and mustard added a creamy smooth finish to this masterpiece. Everything tasted great and the quality of the food was suburb and outstanding. I'm looking forward to coming back again soon to maybe try out a hot sub next time since every time I come here, I always choose a cold one. Unfortunately, my experiences here hasn't been very positive. The employees don't seem very welcoming and often come across like they'd rather be anywhere else than at work. Interactions feel rushed or grudging, and it doesn't seem like there's much effort to help customers or answer questions. On top of that, the food quality has been hit or miss. Sometimes it's fine, but other times it feels inconsistent. I like the brand overall, but this location could really improve by focusing more on customer service and consistency. read more

Ordered $234 worth of sandwiches for a business meeting (total of 15 sandwiches) from this place on April 28, 2025. 12 people got food poisoning. Several of us were sick for a week or more. I contacted Jersey Mikes corporate offices and Uber Eats. Never heard back from either one. Update... Jersey Mikes called me one time, a week after I contacted their corporate offices. Not "multiple times" as the response to this review claims. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer the call. They did leave a voice mail and I returned their call today. They take no responsibility and continue to suggest a virus. The only common denominator for the 12 people who got sick, all within hours of each other, was Jersey Mike's sandwiches. I've never seen a virus do that. Anyway, we won't be ordering from Jersey Mikes again. read more

Great subs at Jersey Mikes. Fresh ingredients, tasty combinations, and great options. The only problem we had today was there was some hard peices in the bacon, but this is the first time ive had that issue when eating here. They also do a lot of great rewards perks and donation days. Today's donation focus was sending proceeds to the Special Olympics. They do move slowly, since they hand carve the meats as you order, but the sandwich is worth the wait. I came to this establishment the other night and I was highly taken back and disappointed. I should have walked out but I realize people can also have bad days but it just continued. I wasn't greeted but I was stared at by a employee, was right in front of me and still nothing. Finally another two workers came out of the back and one said "what do you want"? I corrected him twice on my order and he still did it wrong. Both sandwhiches I received were wrong and the bread was so hard on the one sandwhich that it had to be thrown away but yet I got charged for the correct sandwhiches so I ended up paying more then I should have for what I received. We stopped by this morning before baseball started. We were able to get in and get out! Super clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and worked efficiently. We ordered a Turkey and Provolone made to order. The bread was fresh and soft and the ingredients were fresh. Will definitely return to this location. read more

It's almost impossible to go into Jersey Mike's without comparing it to Subway, so here it goes: Menu: JM has a handful of unique options, but the menu items are very similar to what you'd find at most delis. JM offers 2 bread choices in 3 sizes and a few fresh vegetable toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, banana peppers, and jalapeños. Price: The meatball sandwich and tuna were $7.95 each for regular (6 in) sandwich, which is close to the price of a Subway footlong, so expect to pay more for your food here. Service: They're still learning the ropes but it's pretty average for the service around this area. Considering how similar Jersey Mike's is to Subway and how close they are in proximity, this is one area that JM could easily distinguish themselves if their workers smiled more. We were happy to give this newly opened restaurant a try for lunch but we'll wait until they're done with all the construction in the area to return. read more

In total disbelief. Jersey Mike's has been my go-to place sandwich spot for about 10 years when my stomach needs a little break from fried foods (Hello Red wine vinegar :-). Not my first time having problems with this location. Sent my husband to place an order and people have problems listening and doing their job. Olive oil and vinegar on the side means just that because they are to heavy handed and make soggy sandwiches. My husband said on the side the man wasn't listening and put it on the sandwich. We went on 2/23/2023 and the young gentleman preparing our sandwich was bleeding profusely. The meat slicer "still in use" apparently almost cut his fingers off. The young man still prepared and wrapped sandwiches. We made the staff aware of this issue and it was disregarded. The lady at the cash register was really rude and told us to just wait for however long it takes. Safety should be a companies number 1 priority and it was disregarded as they did not obtain medical treatment for the young man and put others at risk to disease unknowingly. The sandwiches are good and better than some of the competitors. But I get tired of the service. The last two times I've gone into this location, I'm not greeted and there's no thank you when you pay. It's just hand me the food and let me walk out without saying anything. I placed an online order to pickup. It was to be ready in 20 minutes. I got there on time & I know sometimes there can be a few minutes delay. I went straight to the pickup counter & there were two people in the line for sandwiches being made. The first guy had two sandwiches being made while the other girl was patiently waiting. Another person who placed an online order also lined up next to me. There was ONE employee there. I don't know if someone called in or was on break, but wow. I am not at all upset with him & the way he handled each customer, he was efficient, made each order carefully, & had great customer service. I worked customer service for a long time, for 4:40pm there has got to be more staff. Even if someone was on break there should've been another person. He finished making the first guys sandwich, then made mine as he apologized to the lady in the sandwich line to hold for a bit. At this point there were two or three others that had lined up behind her. Two other staff members walked through the door, FINALLY. He was so nice & apologized for the wait, kudos to him for keeping calm & doing his job correctly. He could've been sloppy or stressed but he kept it real. That scenario overall was a real disappointment. Other than that it was a clean establishment with friendly employees. We ordered the buffalo chicken wrap (minus the spiciness) and a philly cheesesteak. The buffalo chicken wrap was okay. The chicken was a bit dry. The philly cheesesteak was great! I wish that had been my sandwich instead. Onions were cooked to perfection and they had just the right amount in it! When Subway closed on Broad, I had to find a new sandwich place. I can't believe I ever ate at Subway, with Jersey Mike's right down the street. So much fresher and so much better. I love this place - the bread, the chicken philly, the turkey sandwich with all the fixings. They are always fast and efficient, but most importantly, they make a good sandwich. And for the person that complained about only getting one tomato in your sandwich - you stand there and watch them make it in front of you - so not sure how that happened. Anyway. My wife and I first went her about 3 weeks ago and we've been back 5 times already. We love this place because the food is always fresh, the staff is nice, and you can pre order online. Not sure if this how how they build Subs, but they split my bread, and the gal carried the bread over to the meat slicer and lay the bread on the bare counter and not on butcher paper. There were pens and a few ordering pads laying next to the bread. I think this will be the first and only time I'll be at Jersey Mike's. I'm a long time Jersey Mike's customer. I have eaten at Jersey Mike's all over the metroplex. So I was very excited to have a Jersey Mike's open just 2 miles from my house. The first few visits to the new location we're largley without issue...plus I was understanding for any misses because it's a new store. However my visit today was the exception. I order 5 sandwiches online through the app. 4 of the 5 sandwiches I picked up were made perfectly. The 5th was not to my liking as it was drenched in mayo with very little vegetables. I called and asked to replace my sandwich with a different but larger sandwich and voluntered to pay the difference. My offer was accepted and I was told the order would be ready in 5 minutes. Then I received a call back from an employee who I assume was the acting manager. She asked me what was wrong with my order, and when I told her she challenged my account. She finally agreed to make a new sandwich and said I could pickup the order. I sent my brother to pickup the sandwich and when he arrived he was again questioned about the original order....it took several minutes of discussion before they finally sold him the pre-made replacement sandwich. When he returned he recounted the treatment he received at the store. Upset by this I called the store again and spoke to the same "acting manager" she then proceeded to argue with me about the treatment of my brother and insisted they made my original order correctly. I asked for the # of her general manager and she never provided it. I told her that I have been a resident of this community for 10 years and have seen restaurants come and go, and the only establishments that make it have great customer service, for reference see chick fill a. She then proceeded to tell me that I should take my business to chick fil a or Subway. As a long time JM patron I am highly offended by this treatment. Even when I informed her that I was going to write a negative Yelp review she encouraged me to do so, because she stands behind her position that my original sandwich was made correctly.
