Food was great! Tried the five and dime and the chicken was juicy /!: crunchy the sausage gravy was delightful and the eggs were really good. Everyone had something different and everyone was happy! Ask for the jelly. Service was quick and friendly Ambiance was chill and amazingly slow for a Friday morning! Made it quite and enjoyable experience.

We scheduled a brunch at Maple Street Biscuit Company after our wedding last October. We have been back countless times since. My favorite is the Retro Plate with two eggs, smoked bacon, "smash" browns, and the BEST biscuits and gravy. A couple of things- What are smashbrowns you ask? They're like hash browns but better. They're round and smashed down, crispy, and seasoned with heaven. Their biscuits and gravy cannot be duplicated. The gravy has a kick to it with the addition of spicy sausage! OMG!! They have their coffee, (add a few drops of their maple coffee syrup!), and iced coffee drinks such as lattes. If you prefer a mimosa, they've got em! You will order at the counter and they bring the order to your table. The staff is helpful and friendly. Try them!

Biscuits are freshly made so you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I got the Squawking Goat sandwich and the chicken and goat cheese were crispy and make the perfect combo. Pepper jelly isn't too spicy but can get messy. Employees are always so nice. Never had any issues finding a clean table or parking. Super convenient location and the perfect breakfast or snack before going shopping the HEB

Maple Street Biscuit Company is located in Mansfield, TX on the corner of 287 N and E Broad in the HEB vicinity serving up golden brown flakey biscuits, gravy, and more tasty brunch options for the whole family! I placed an online order for biscuits and gravy for the early morning, and it was my first time trying this place. As I walk in the restaurant it was pretty packed with guest sitting down and eating on their multiple tables, and chairs provided in a modern sleek environment. The restaurant set up was indeed a beautiful layout with many different options to sit at and dine in either inside or outside on the patio. My food was ready in no time and was presented to me in a lovely, sealed bag with my name on it and the order description. I went ahead and sat down on the patio outside before the Texas sun starts to heat up. They have a small condiment bar of ketchup, hot Sauce, and freshly coursed ground salt and pepper shakers along with your standard utensils and napkins. The biscuits were a nice portion and were crispy on the outside while moist in the inside giving the biscuits a phenomenal taste. The pork sausage gravy was mildly warm with juicy bits of pork in a nice consistency for every bite. I enjoyed taking a bite of the biscuit followed by a spoonful of gravy mixed in with some ketchup. The gravy had a hint of cayenne pepper in it for an additional kick and complimented the dish very well. They also have a choice for mushroom gravy instead of sausage. Overall, this dining experience was pleasant, and I can see myself coming back in the future to try out the rest of the menu like their fried chicken and waffles and maybe get some of their freshly squeezed orange juice. The prices are higher than average, but the quality of the food is all present.

Maple street is a cool place! Overall, the food is yummy. However, the prices are WAY too high for what is essentially leveled up "fast food". I paid $16.50 for a single biscuit! It was tasty, but definitely should have been more like $10-11. The service was friendly and food came out quick. I liked the biscuit with goat cheese and pepper jelly a lot, but would not call it earth-shattering. Lots of hype in my opinion. I'd maybe come back, but am not a fan of food that isn't as good as its prices (especially in this economy). Overall, a "maybe" for me.

Updated review with Five and Dime biscuit sandwich. Service is good. Clean restaurant. I have been there two mornings in a row. Very good experience

If you are a fan of chicken biscuits or biscuits in general you should check out this spot The interior is clean, well lit, trendy, and comfortable. The decor and fixtures work well with the space, the menus are big bright and legible, there a pictures on the digital menu, and there's even some on display at the counter. I appreciate that there is full transparency in the sense that you can see practically everything everyone is doing in the kitchen be it kneading, mixing, preparing, etc The staff were especially pleasant, helpful, and efficient. When you order you are given a number to take to your table, and someone will bring food out to you. The service is speedy. You also don't need to bus your own table, they graciously do that for you The menu has a variety of brunch style offerings, but their specialty is chicken biscuits. There are classic and signature coffees drinks as well as juices and mimosas The food is both delicious and HUGE. The biscuits are so big that they have to place a wooden skewer in most of them to keep everything in place. These biscuits aren't a sloppy mess, they are a deliciously appealing mess. Very picturesque Some tips: The coffee is a little sweet for my liking, but you might be able to tell them to adjust the sweetness. The 5 and Dime is an amazing biscuit. The cinnamon pull apart is great to share. Create a profile online and get a reward on your birthday! Cheers!!

When you walk in you wait in line to order- would be helpful if there were individual menus in the pockets marked "menus " (they we all empty) as the menu on the wall is constantly rotating, so difficult to read. Easy to place order at the counter, nice there is no pressure to tip. I ordered the chicken biscuit plate. Unfortunately the chicken was so spicy I couldn't eat it. There is definitely a lot of cayenne pepper in the breading (& possibly in the marinade?). I was hoping the biscuit might improve the situation, but it had a weird, artificial flavor to it. I packed it up for my husband who enjoys ghost peppers (pic attached)

I love all things maple flavored so I was excited to try. It was crowded at noon on a Sunday. There wasn't any seating for my party of 4 but plenty of seating for parties of 2 so that was a little frustrating. I think the table arrangement should have 2-seaters nearby so that we can push them together to make it a table for 4. I saw a couple sitting at a table for 4 and that was kinda annoying too. Food came out at a good time and it was delicious. Lattes tasted a little watered down. The staff were very nice. We ordered a pitcher of mimosa later but something happened with the ticketing in the kitchen and they brought it out a long time later so that kinda sucked. Overall it was okay. I'd probably order for to-go food items in the future.

When i first walked in and realized there was a line to order and not wait staff I was a little surprised. It actually was easy to order and no pressure to tip which these days is hard to find. We had a server that brought our food and we did leave a tip at the table for her because she did a great job. I got the retro breakfast with a biscuit and adds gravy. I love all things spicy and let me tell you it was very spicy but so good. The coffee was good and there was a choice of regular or medium roast. The inside was clean including the bathrooms and i can't wait to go again and try something new.

The Farmer biscuit was good and the sausage gravy had a little kick to it, which I enjoyed. Service was a bit slow, but I'm hoping it's just due to the restaurant being new. Some of the food was cold, which took away from the experience. Overall, I'd try the place again, but wouldn't go out of my way.

This restaurant was not our original destination but ended up here and so glad we did. It took us a few minutes to decide what we wanted to order because it all looked delicious. I must give a BIG THANK YOU, to Lucus!! He took our order and was VERY helpful explaining the differences in the iced coffees and his recommendation was excellent. We ordered the Hash bowl which was also delicious. They have outdoor seating and the weather was perfect for it. Lucus came out and checked on us while we dined. We loved this place and plan to return soon!!!!

It's a small business with good food. It gets crowded fast but we went at 12:30 and it was great. This was my first time going and I will definitely go back again. One thing that I wish would could be better is maple bacon. It was good but would've been better if it wasn't a little burnt from the maple syrup

I was hoping for something savory. We got avocado toast. My husband got his with an egg; I had mine plain. He had an iced caramel latte, and I had a plain cappuccino because that's the best way for me to judge the espresso, besides ordering a straight shot. Food was okay. Did not blow me out of the water. It was decent enough to eat, but a tiny, tiny portion for the price. Somewhere around ten to eleven dollars per toast. One slice of bread, a little avocado, a couple of tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar. Was it tasty? Yes. Was it worth ten dollars? I don't think so. I bought a full sourdough loaf for ten dollars. I understand service costs and all that, but still. Coffee was actually very good, though. My cappuccino had fruity notes, very smooth. They have different roasts, which is nice. The cups and plates are really cute, and the space itself is charming. The lady working seemed very overwhelmed. The place was full, decently loud, line kept getting longer the whole time we were there. My husband didn't love his coffee, and he's usually not picky at all, so that says something. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back. But if I needed a place to sit and do some work and didn't need to be on the phone, I'd probably consider it. I just think there are better places out there. Honest opinion. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. Coffee was decent, nothing to rave about. My cappuccino was served in a paper cup which I was not thrilled about. We were eating inside, not taking anything to go, so there was no reason for that. Paper cups influence the flavor of a hot espresso and I drink mine with no sweeteners specifically because I want to taste the actual shot. The espresso was also slightly burnt, which tells me the machine needs a good cleaning. Iced coffee is a different story but for hot cappuccinos, ceramic makes a real difference. My husband's coffee was good though and he was happy with his. Breakfast sandwiches were the toaster style, similar to what you'd expect from a place without a full kitchen. I genuinely enjoyed mine. My husband was not impressed by his. Overall it was a good enough time.
