Picked up a mobile order from here on Sun around 11:00. The place was deserted and quiet. Didn't have trouble "cutting the line" to just grab my mobile order bec only one other person was there . The staff was friendly. They are in the mall so there is a large shared lot. It can get crowded, but you can usually find a spot and walk if necessary. This is a good place to hang out and study. Safe environment. Food quality is quality comparable to other PB locations. Worth a try if in the area and want a sandwich or healthier option. There is a Jason's Deli and Jimmy John's near by. JJ quality has dropped, so rec PB instead. JD is comparable to PB, but has some different and higher quality items. read more

I ordered a foot-long fire sub online and drove home to sit down and eat it and I noticed there wasn't double meat. I was trying to contact them via the app, but there was no way to contact them so I ate half of it and then I thought about it and I decided to go online and see if their number was online to reach them and it was so I called them and told them what happened but they said there's nothing they can do about it because I ate half. read more

I freaking love potbelly! I especially love their secret menu they have on their app... I keep getting this Sicilian totally tasty. I love of course they're meatball sub too really any of their sandwiches I liked the fact that you can get it skinny so you can get a smaller one if you're not that hungry. The chips are OK everyone there is very sweet though and helpful and I always look forward to going back. read more

My family comes here all the time. Between my parents and my wife and I, we probably have been coming 2-3 days a week for the last 4-5 years. We've seen staff come and go throughout the years. Today, I went to pick up our lunch for me and my wife and I was admittedly having a bad day. I made a mistake telling the manager Topher at the cashier register what I had ordered and when he kindly corrected me, I got a bit frustrated... Topher apologized and was incredibly kind even when I was probably the one in the wrong. Absolutely incredible customer service. Amazing sandwiches. Awesome customer service. Clean Bathrooms!! The last time my wife, our son and I visited, the staff was phenomenal! The "brothers"were professional and friendly! Their Mediterranean flatbread sandwich is my absolute favorite. You can get it with or without chicken. It has lots of fresh veggies-peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, hummus, artichoke, and feta. Talk about flavorful! Yum. All of their sandwiches are customizable. With different sizes of bread/skinny options too. They have a variety of other toppings to add as well. I also love their giant sugar cookies. I am more of a chocolate chip cookie kind of person, but there is something special about those sugar cookies! The are always so soft. So I'm a regular here, almost every other week I'll pop up and grab the Wreck with everything on + buttermilk ranch and I'm sated. But there are a few times when the new hires mess up the consistency of the ranch to sandwich ratio. Idk if that's my food snobbiness in me or how sensitized to The Wreck, but it makes me sad when that happens. But I'll still gobble it up anyway. The atmosphere is great, not too loud or quiet, and it's always clean when I come in. My friends love eating here too but lately we have only gotten takeout. Also, I LOVE the chips that they offer too. I forget the brand but I love the salt & vinegar flavor. Makes me happy:) Anywho, Potbelly needs more lovin'! Potbelly, Potbelly, Potbelly. How could you? Charge me $26.46 for two people to eat? Get skimpy with the fillings so that three quarters of my sandwich was just bread? Rack up the cost of individual bags of chips and drinks by like three thousand percent? Laugh at me when I accidentally call the Oreo shake a cookies and cream shake? Squeeze so much mayo onto the wreck sandwich that it's a mayo sandwich with cold cut garnish? Ahem. No. If I'm paying for quality, I don't mind overspending. We were looking for somewhere quick to eat in the Highlands; I'd found a 25% off coupon on ATT Thanks! app. Only valid in the store; we were planning on eating there. I'd researched the menu. At check out, I showed him the coupon for the discount. He didn't know what to do with it; said "I don't have a button for that". After poking around the ATT app and not finding a bar code or other info, we ended up with no discount. I asked to speak to the manager--that was our cashier. No offer to try to do any kind of discount. My daughter noticed that her Skinny Pick Two had been ordered as two separate items, causing the price to be a little more. She did the survey at the end of the receipt. Don't know if she's heard anything from corporate. The chicken salad salad was yummy! But I'm not sure my first customer experience will make me return. read more

this place is okay.... I heard that it used to be an antique store and then turned into a sandwich shop for lunch and now they got rid of all the antiques and just sell sandwiches. Cooooookies! Seriously. If you don't want to to eat the sandwich, just go for the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Oh. My. God. The sandwiches are deli sandwiches, and the bread is so much better than Subway. They do have some vegetarian options; but, my one complaint about the veggie sandwich is that they rely too much on the cheese. I know that you can tell them to not include as much cheese; but, the sandwich is basically cheese and mushrooms. I certainly wouldn't tell anyone to stay away. I mean, it's a great place for a quick lunch or snack. The "Biggie" sandwiches should fill anyone up for some time. They also have some excellent chip selections. One curiosity is that they have a stage; but, I have never seen anyone play. I'm not quite sure if I am just somehow always missing the performers or if they just don't have them. Go if you need a quick sandwich, but reward yourself for the trip with the coooooooookies! read more

It has been a while since I've been here and not much has changed except for the the sandwich sizes. Paul H. and I stopped by for a quick bite to eat after our movie. I had the Wreck and Paul H. had the Pizza. Both were quite good. The peppers were more spicy than I remembered before but they were still very yummy. Potbelly is Potbelly... it is a decent sandwich, great prices, better option than the Subways/Quiznos of the world. My main concern is how is this business still alive? The Highlands during lunch on Wednesday was dead. The place is jam packed with restaurants. A place like Potbelly survives on lunch business. Not sure who their real estate guy is, but fire him. But back to the food. You get a lot of sandwich here for not a lot of money. We had three sandwiches, three bags of chips, a serving of potato salad, two bottles of water, a Diet Dr. Pepper and two cookies for $25. Translation: a ton of food for cheap. Established in 1977.

Long before sandwiches were toasted and cookies were on straws, Peter Hastings and his wife owned an antique shop in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. This quirky shop was doing well, but the determined pair knew they could always do better. In 1977, they decided to start serving sandwiches to their curious, collecting customers. As time passed, the little antique shop slowly turned into the neighborhood lunchtime getaway. With lines reaching out the door and around the corner, customers enjoyed toasty warm sandwiches, homemade desserts and even live music in this unique atmosphere.In 1996, entrepreneur Bryant Keil purchased the original shop and set out to spread the Potbelly love across the country, creating shops with the same neighborhood feel as the original. It had rained the night before I went, so the parking lot was half mud and half asphalt...and it's very possible you could get stuck if you got too far out into the mud. Not a score reduction, just an observation and something to be aware of. It's an older place, but there's plenty of seating and the order line is long with lots of sandwich toppings to choose from. There's a list of sandwich options on the wall offering both cold and hot subs, and a couple of special options that appear to be added any time. I picked the hot roast beef and cheddar and my wife had the cold ham and salami. You can choose 1/2, single or double size. Prices range from $7ish to $18ish based on what you get and size. We opted for the single size and a drink, total was around $35 for us. Sandwiches were big (in appearance) and the bread was fresh (soft). After taking a bite of mine, I opened the bread to find a slice of thin melted cheddar cheese and maybe 1-2 thin slices of roast beef...which left me disappointed. It was good, but every other sandwich shop gives at least 4-5 slices, even if they are doubled up/folded, there's more than 1 layer. Again, flavor was good, but not what I expected for a $15 sandwich. My wife said hers was good, but I noticed the same with her sandwich. Service was friendly and the place was clean, so no issues there. They also offer some baked goods and sides, but we didn't try them. Can't say I'll be back, too many other sandwich shops that stack meat on their sandwiches.

They have a drive-thru on side of building that I totally missed seeing until I was leaving. It reflects the history of the city of Arlington.
