Picked up a mobile order from here on Sun around 11:00. The place was deserted and quiet. Didn't have trouble "cutting the line" to just grab my mobile order bec only one other person was there . The staff was friendly. They are in the mall so there is a large shared lot. It can get crowded, but you can usually find a spot and walk if necessary. This is a good place to hang out and study. Safe environment. Food quality is quality comparable to other PB locations. Worth a try if in the area and want a sandwich or healthier option. There is a Jason's Deli and Jimmy John's near by. JJ quality has dropped, so rec PB instead. JD is comparable to PB, but has some different and higher quality items. read more

I freaking love potbelly! I especially love their secret menu they have on their app... I keep getting this Sicilian totally tasty. I love of course they're meatball sub too really any of their sandwiches I liked the fact that you can get it skinny so you can get a smaller one if you're not that hungry. My family comes here all the time. Between my parents and my wife and I, we probably have been coming 2-3 days a week for the last 4-5 years. We've seen staff come and go throughout the years. Today, I went to pick up our lunch for me and my wife and I was admittedly having a bad day. I made a mistake telling the manager Topher at the cashier register what I had ordered and when he kindly corrected me, I got a bit frustrated... Topher apologized and was incredibly kind even when I was probably the one in the wrong. Absolutely incredible customer service. Their Mediterranean flatbread sandwich is my absolute favorite. You can get it with or without chicken. It has lots of fresh veggies-peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, hummus, artichoke, and feta. Talk about flavorful! Yum. All of their sandwiches are customizable. With different sizes of bread/skinny options too. They have a variety of other toppings to add as well. I also love their giant sugar cookies. I am more of a chocolate chip cookie kind of person, but there is something special about those sugar cookies! The are always so soft. So I'm a regular here, almost every other week I'll pop up and grab the Wreck with everything on + buttermilk ranch and I'm sated. But there are a few times when the new hires mess up the consistency of the ranch to sandwich ratio. Idk if that's my food snobbiness in me or how sensitized to The Wreck, but it makes me sad when that happens. But I'll still gobble it up anyway. The atmosphere is great, not too loud or quiet, and it's always clean when I come in. My friends love eating here too but lately we have only gotten takeout. Also, I LOVE the chips that they offer too. I forget the brand but I love the salt & vinegar flavor. Makes me happy:) Anywho, Potbelly needs more lovin'! We were looking for somewhere quick to eat in the Highlands; I'd found a 25% off coupon on ATT Thanks! app. Only valid in the store; we were planning on eating there. I'd researched the menu. At check out, I showed him the coupon for the discount. He didn't know what to do with it; said "I don't have a button for that". After poking around the ATT app and not finding a bar code or other info, we ended up with no discount. I asked to speak to the manager--that was our cashier. No offer to try to do any kind of discount. My daughter noticed that her Skinny Pick Two had been ordered as two separate items, causing the price to be a little more. She did the survey at the end of the receipt. Don't know if she's heard anything from corporate. The chicken salad salad was yummy! this place is okay.... I heard that it used to be an antique store and then turned into a sandwich shop for lunch and now they got rid of all the antiques and just sell sandwiches. Cooooookies! Seriously. If you don't want to to eat the sandwich, just go for the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Oh. My. God. The sandwiches are deli sandwiches, and the bread is so much better than Subway. They do have some vegetarian options; but, my one complaint about the veggie sandwich is that they rely too much on the cheese. I know that you can tell them to not include as much cheese; but, the sandwich is basically cheese and mushrooms. I certainly wouldn't tell anyone to stay away. I mean, it's a great place for a quick lunch or snack. The "Biggie" sandwiches should fill anyone up for some time. They also have some excellent chip selections. One curiosity is that they have a stage; but, I have never seen anyone play. I'm not quite sure if I am just somehow always missing the performers or if they just don't have them. The Highlands during lunch on Wednesday was dead. The place is jam packed with restaurants. A place like Potbelly survives on lunch business. Not sure who their real estate guy is, but fire him. But back to the food. You get a lot of sandwich here for not a lot of money. We had three sandwiches, three bags of chips, a serving of potato salad, two bottles of water, a Diet Dr. Pepper and two cookies for $25. Translation: a ton of food for cheap.
