We went back in tonight, stood at the counter for 4 minutes before even being acknowledged. While waiting for our food the table number broke. When we went back up to the counter to get the food, I explained that it had broken. She snatched it out of my hands and threw it behind her into a trash can. I understand people have hard days, but if you are going to be the first point of contact, there's a level of customer service that needs to be met. Unfortunately, I feel like if this happened multiple times to me I am not the only one. Let's improve on that so customers will continue to return. We will ALWAYS love the quality of food.
