Went to the Jersey Mikes at 6395 N Wickham Rd Saturday 8/27/25. when we walked in we were met by a great clean smell and were greeted by Peyton who was mopping the floor and cleaning tables!! Then we were met by a very friendly and professional Hailey and Daryl who were very polite and knowledgeable and made us two great subs! The service was excellent the subs were great and I couldn't believe how clean the whole store was even the rest rooms were spotless probably the cleanest Jersey Mikes I've ever been to, and now my favorite Jersey Mikes! My special thanks to Hailey, Daryl, and Peyton for making the experience Delightful. They actually seemed to care and take pride in their work! Today we went into Jersey Mikes to get a few sandwiches. Everything was fine until we got home. We opened up one of the sandwiches and there was a GIANT HAIR in the sandwich. When we went back to the store, the blonde girl (I didn't catch her name) said she didn't help make any of our order... we watched her make one of the sandwiches. She lied to us. When we called her out about it, she pouted and ran to the back. Luckily, the guy working in there made us a new sandwich. I usually wouldn't leave a review about a hair being in food as long as they make a new one, but with this terrible customer service I felt it was necessary. In the past, I have always been very happy with Jersey Mike's sub that I picked up from this location. Unfortunately, recently I ordered a sub on two separate occasions requesting that the dressing be on the side. When I arrived home on both occasions, the dressing was not included in the small container in the bag with the sub. This was extremely disappointing. When I called, they told me I could come back and pick up the dressing. Very disappointing customer service. On another occasion, we ordered a cheese steak for my husband and were shocked to see there was no cheese on it. Again, very disappointing. There's always the Jersey Mike's at the Avenues. read more

I went here on my birthday. I called ahead and was assured that I would receive a whole sub and drink there as a birthday promotion the company does. I was asked to come in an hour later because their manager wasn't in yet and didn't know the procedure in the cash register. After waiting an hour, I returned and was told by the manager they would send me an email or would show the coupon on my app. Long story short, I went thru the instructions they gave me and the charades given in order to receive the free meal. I never received anything and wasted 2 hours on my birthday. The service from the second I got in there was hostile and I will not be back! I have already told many people about my horrible experience. I am still very unhappy how I was treated and for my time wasted, especially on my birthday! The restaurant was clean at least! Ultimately, it was a problem with their app and website, but they wouldn't take responsibility for it and give me the meal I was assured by the employees 2 hours earlier. I even asked if I needed to bring in anything. He said all I would need is my ID. I will be taking my business elsewhere for now on. I went into Jersey Mikes the other day and it was exceptional service. They were having some problems with their card machine and this young lady with blonde hair came over and dealt with the situation very quickly. The sub she made was fantastic and I will be returning. Normally I go to the other one on Whickham but decided to stop in here this time. This location has the worst customer service and attitude. Got a sub to go, it had 1 piece of meat, no cheese (that I had ordered) and the tomato slices had the core. the young man has absolutely no customer service and extremely poor attitude. Last time for this sandwich shop, too many other places that value their customers. read more

We order from this place a lot - although not so much recently. Doesn't make any difference because I am sure these places have a lot of turnover. Most of the time, we just do a "reorder". We order tubs, same ingredients with comments of lots of lettuce and tomatoes, plus a tub of chipotle mayo for each tub. Tonight, when my husband got home with the order, there was NO lettuce or tomato and no chipotle mayo at all. I sent him back. They just wanted to add the lettuce and tomatoes but I asked him to have them make them over. They did, but there is no excuse for the mistake in the first place. Jersey Mikes happens to be my absolute favorite sandwich shop. I like everything about it. The quality of the bread, slicing the meats while you wait, the tasty toppings, and that yummy juice. This location is near Jordon Blass on Wickham right next to the new Fresh Market. It has only been open a short while but its running like clockwork. The staff is very friendly here. I got in line, made my order and poof a tasty sub appears for me to devour. Tonight I got the Italian. Tasty meats and cheese pilled high "Mikes Way" which is lettuce, tomato, onion, and of course The Juice. I add some banana peppers for good measure. Whats a sub without that right? I was a bit timid to try this location based on other reviews and we were just in town for a family visit. First, I'm not sure why people are judge mental on how others look (tats all the way up his arm)??? I'm more focused on the quality of food and service. Stated, each of the three food handlers were VERY friendly, jovial, and seemed to be in great spirits for the day after thanksgiving crowd. Visited this location as I do every few weeks after placing order over phone with red pepper sauce on the side. When I arrived and Samantha started making my order (the meat/cheese was already cut and laid out by someone else), I noticed she had sauce on the sub. I said "I tried to stop you before making the sub, but I didn't know it was mine." She then replied "do you want another roll, because sauce on the side wasn't mentioned on the ticket." Well, I didn't take the order, and yes I do want it on the side as requested. She then threw the roll away in disgust, proceeded to slam down the oil, pepper and vinegar each time she made sandwich, threw the sub in the bag, etc. She copped a major attitude (which I see is a redundant theme at this restaurant) and had a scowl on her face the entire time. As someone who also worked in fast food when I was 16, she is a horrible representation of Jersey Mikes and needs an attitude adjustment! I see a lot of bad reviews for this restaurant and I'm not sure why. I eat here often at different times on different days. I've always had a well-made sub served in a timely manner by a pleasant staff. I prefer the cold subs to the hot. I've had great Philly Cheesesteak at specialty shops in Philadelphia. This is Melbourne FL, and Mike's is a national chain serving a wide variety of subs. Bottom line is this place makes good sandwiches. If you want to relive some awesome cheesesteak experience from your past, buy a ticket to Philly. Otherwise, shut up and eat your sandwich. read more

Love this Jersey Mikes! I've fairly recently started to frequenting this location. From my understanding they are fairly recently under new ownership (maybe beginning of the year?) and seem to be doing a great job! Service and food are good. They get pretty busy sometimes, but always seem to be quick enough to get you in and out. I love that they are community minded. They donated a ton of lunches to the school system during the peak of the pandemic. Will continue to patronize this business. read more

Went there with my daughter; first time at a Jersey Mike's. It was the WORST experience at a sub shop. It was over $30 for two subs. There was barely ANY meat on the sub I had (Philly Steak). It was all bread. The wait was atrocious; and there was hardly anyone there! Maybe other JMs are different, but avoid this one as if you saw a rat on the counter. I never been to a "Jersey Mike's Subs" before so I went with my mom. We wait about 10 minutes for this shaggy hair guy name "Tyler" (I think that was his name) who took our order. We had to yell over the pop music, which was very annoying. And we had to repeat ourselves more than once. Two over workers came to help after a family came in. The two other workers seemed like they knew what they were doing. The Tyler guy was clueless on what he was doing and we had to remind him what came on the wrap. So I decided to give the Suntree location of Jersey mike's another try. And this time it was even worse than the last time. Truly disappointing compared to the other Melbourne location. The 3 giant cheese steaks had very little meat on them. You could easily see the roll through the meat. Don't eat here. Go to the new WaWa or around bend to Publix. Even Subway is better than this place and all three are about 2/3rds of the price. $42.33 for 3 giant cheese steaks. Outrageous!!! Wish I could give a zero star. read more
