Person running the line put the toppings on my sandwich today. Used his pinky finger to rub the mayo and mustard around on my sandwich, quite aggressively. I even said "that's good!" It sucked. They hide it into three bags so it looked like a size regular but it was not. They put almost no meat on it and i had to run back in to get the rest of my order cause they didn't put it in the bag. It was a Mobil order so i grabbed it and didn't realize it sucked until i got home. It was basically just dry bread with some lettuce. I'm a regular here(at least once a week), and every time I walk in the staff is welcoming and always delivers a good product and experience. I just left there a few minutes ago and today's experience really touched me(which is why I'm leaving this review). Before coming in today, I just had several frustrating and tough experiences, just a bad day. I ordered today and went through the normal routine. When I went to pay my card malfunctioned(just to top off my day). I was clearly surprised and frustrated, and told them just to take the stuff back and I'm sorry. Instead they gave me my meal! First time trying Jersey Mikes. Me and my wife both got the club. I had their regular bread, it was a great sandwich and very filling but the bread was pretty hard. My wife said the gluten free bread is about as good as any near no flavor and hard. Sandwiches were around $8 each so a bit pricey for a 6" sub. read more

As soon as I pulled up my coupon it was it said it was valid for the Foothill location only. Very nicely, I finally was able to hit up one of these places without also being hit by a gut bomb immediately after. This is an ok chain sandwich, probably a step above Subway, several steps above Jimmy John's, but definitely less than some of the other ones out there. I only go to these in a pinch or if someone else chooses, but they did an overall pretty solid job here, where the bread wasn't completely soaked and I could get most of the flavors...I forgot to order double meat, though and forgot also how much they skimp on that, if left to their own devices...place is a bit on the smaller size and fills up kind of quickly, so caution around the rush times. read more

About 2 weeks ago my Mom and I were headed out for a bite before we went shopping.... as we were about to turn into Popeye's I saw the Jersey Mike's in the same parking lot. Since we were both tired of all the friend food fare we decided to go in for a sandwich. I am so glad we did, the sandwiches are good but the best part of our visit was the cleanliness of the place and the service! Since that first visit we have been back an additional 3 times and each time has been as pleasant as the first. Mom really likes the Turkey and Provolone while I favor the wraps, although, I intend to just work my way through the menu! My Mom is in her eighties and the people here are so patient and kind even when she can't quite decide what she wants, I salute the management team here for developing such a wonderful staff thanks again and we will see you soon! read more

Sub was great after I FINALLY got it. The people that came in after me got their hot sub before I got mine because apparently the new guy on the grill doesn't know what he's doing. When I ordered I asked them to put my sandwich on the grill no lettuce no tomato and a side of ranch so after 10 minutes of my sub not being done I went up there and saw them halfway through cooking it and had asked him again to put my bread on the grill because They had forgot, after that they of course put on lettuce and tomato that I asked them not to do so I reminded them that I didn't want that,.... And to top it off the new guy on the grill couldn't get all the meat on my Sandwich so when they handed me my sub I asked if I can have the rest of the meat that was on the grill that I paid for!!!!!! and then when they handed me my sub I asked for the side of ranch that I had also ordered. . And then to top it off the new guy comes out and changes the station on the TV I'm watching without even asking us. Great place for a sub. Meats and cheeses are cut to order, and the ingredients are all great. I'd give their bread the nod over JJs or Subway any day. Got a #5 small (their large is way bigger than a 12" but I think their small is under 6" so ask to see the bread size before you order) which was plenty of food after all the toppings were added. Having heard good things about Jersey Mikes I decided to give it a try, I agree with another reviewer that it is a very run-of-the-mill sandwich shop. I went with a Chicken Parmesan sandwich, there was only one bread option (for all sandwiches) - plain white that although was fresh tasting was just too thick and became soggy and a dominant factor in the sandwich's overall taste. There was a significant lack of ingredients in all sandwiches, typically only 2-3, however there is the option to customize on request, however the topping options are extremely limited. The chicken was mushy and there were only a few small pieces, the parmesan flavor was lacking and was overpowered by the thick bread. The tomato sauce saved the sandwich from being a total disaster, but still overall it was quite bland. The price was far too high for the quantity and quality of food. There are far better sandwich places for flavor (Which Wich (The best IMO), Firehouse Subs, Quiznos) and value (Jimmy Johns, Subway). And there are better eating options in the area too. read more

I use to work at a jersey mike's so I have somewhat of an idea of how things should run there. I have never had a bad experience at a jersey mike's in Utah and this was another one of those times. First off, let me give a shoutout to the worker, Michael. He was fantastic. He was extremely friendly and talked to me the entire time he made my sandwich. I felt like he really cared about me. He was amazing. Then the rest of the staff was the same way. Each worker was talkative and friendly. The establishment was clean and it was not too hot or cold as well. I will also say I ordered a confusing sandwich and they made one small mistake (they put ham instead of roast beef on it). When I went to see if they can throw some roast beef on the sandwich, they made me a new sandwich free of charge. They were fantastic from start to finish. A truly memorable experience indeed.
