I definitely never go to this firehouse again The service it's really bad and it looks like they make the food as they want I got a deluxe catoring box and it was a mess it supposed to be 20 pieces and as you can see they make 10 big subs I'm sorry guys but I'm pretty sure you can do it better

Such a nice step up from Subway. The sandwiches here offer more options and are more varied, and the add-ons (such as chicken and dumplings) mean that you can get a good meal here instead of just a sandwich. The club was full, yummy and choked with meats, cheeses and veggies. I asked for a side of additional oil and vinegar because I like my sandwich juiced. The size and quality of the sandwich here is worth the price. The staff greeted me when I entered and thanked me when I left. Attitude was pleasant and they were helpful with selecting a sandwich and getting me additional ingredients. I would recommend the staff get out to clean the tables more often, as the three near me had crumbs all over sitting there while duration of my visit and there was food and wrappers on the floor.

Really good sandwiches served fast casual style so the wait is what you would expect for a place like this. I love the foreman's mural painted on the wall and the staff was all friendly and efficient.

I have tried to order from this location around 10 times. I really like the food but the customer service really stinks. They've gotten my order right about 2 out of 10 times. After today's visit I'm not sure I can continue to patronize this business. I ordered through the app so there wouldn't be any confusion. I selected "less bread" and even put "No bread" in the special instructions just to be sure that whomever processed my order would see it. I also added "don't forget pickle" even though side pickle was selected because 95 of the time, they forget to add the pickle. So my husband went to pick up the order and it was wrong. My sandwich had bread. They forgot the pickles. They didn't include the chips that were requested. They also forgot the chili. And when my husband asked them to correct the issue, the firehouse employee chastised my husband and said that's not what "less bread" means and it became this big diatribe/lesson on how the food was ordered wrong, when I've ordered it this way before and got what I asked for, the meat with no bread. You can clearly see on the receipt, it says no bread on my special instructions. And even though the chili, pickles, and chips are on there, they forgot those too. Any way, after being chastised about the bread issue and holding up other customers, my husband was finally able to collect the rest of the items missing from our order and deliver lunch, which was now cold. My chili was also mostly water with a few beans and a couple of kernels of hamburger in it. And... my Large Pizza breadless sandwich was still on bread. They didn't rectify it. The food is great when it's correct (which is hardly ever) but the customer service is infuriating and this will probably be the last time I ever eat at Firehouse again.

The sandwiches were pretty good but I would like to see more meat. I ordered the medium firehouse hero sandwich and a turkey sandwich kids combo. The employee that took my order was pretty friendly, but the guy packaging my order was mediocre, maybe he's new. Usually, when I get my food to-go I just grab and go without making sure I have the correct food with me. This time, I had a hunch that he might not had given me all my order so I checked to make sure I had everything. It turns out he was missing an item I ordered. I'm so glad I checked. The guy before me was also missing his soup. Like what's up with this guy, it's like he doesn't check to make sure we have everything we ordered. They should have given us napkins because sandwiches can get a little messy especially with kids. Plenty of spaces to park in the big plaza.

I just used Uber eats for the first time ever I ordered mac & cheese from this place. I got it cold and the container was only 3/4 of the way filled. Very disappointed I was hungry I will never use Uber eats again, and I definitely will not order from this place again. for my first experience with fire house subs they get two stars based off of food and service. Not to mention that dissatisfaction with Uber eats. I apologize for complaining. I normally like to give good reviews. I was hungry now I'm hangry. I spent 13 bucks on this sad picture.

We ordered 2 subs tonight for delivery about 45 minutes before closing. Order came on time, but we discovered that one of the subs had absolutely no meat or cheese on it - just lettuce and bread - Italian sub - nothing like what was ordered. By the time it was received, it was 15 minutes before closing and we could get no one to answer their phone. While I understand that mistakes happen, this seems highly careless. I suspect as it was nearing closing time, the staff just wasn't interested in being careful. Our first experience with Firehouse Subs - very disappointing. I am re-reviewing because Firehouse Subs got back to us and bent over backward to make it right. We are pleased! Thanks for the responsive service!

    Bolt in food

Check sandwich before taking a bite!! Placed an online order to take back to work. Order was shorted a sandwich and then discovered a BOLT INSIDE A SANDWICH!! Location wouldn't even give me my money back. They offered me a card to redeem a free medium sandwich with restricted dates.

During the fairy festival, my toddler and I stopped by. The only empty table was one of those standing-type tables with extremely high chairs. Putting my toddler on one of those chairs made me nervous, and I also didn't love sitting on something that felt so unstable (again--pregnant). I got a turkey sandwich and paid an extra dollar to have it heated up. I can't have cold meat when pregnant because of listeria. However, my sandwich was only heated to lukewarm, even though it was advertised as "hot" (and, again, I paid extra for the service). I returned to the counter and asked them to heat it again, explaining that it could jeopardize my health otherwise. The counter staff acted like I was extremely annoying and overall, it was a disappointing experience. The sandwich (still just kinda warm, not hot) was at least good, even though eating it made me feel nervous, and the mint brownie I also bought was delicious. I came again during Witch Fest, and even though the lines were longer, the service was better--but it could also be because I didn't have my sandwich heated that time. Overall, I'm unsure when or if I'll be back, but I definitely do recommend the food itself.

I went with the Cilantro-Lime Ranch. It was all wrapped up in one of their signature wraps. They were very delicious, and I was amazed that they were packed so full. When we came in to eat, we chose to visit at one of the tables. It was quiet with no other customers, and it was just us in the place. Then about five minutes after we started eating, some family or friends walked in, and went to the back/side where the owners were. From there on out, I couldn't hear my friend and she couldn't hear me. The owners and friends were socializing, laughing and talking so loud. It was really overwhelming. We literally couldn't hear ourselves over them, which was a huge damper on our dining experience. We got about halfway through our wraps when we decided to leave due to the noise. :( The facility was very clean, and I appreciated that they put on gloves during the wrap-making process.
