This Jersey Mike's Subs location on Sepulveda Blvd in Mission Hills is our favorite Jersey Mike's location. Whether we're ordering online for pick up or just deciding to stop by to order in person for to go, the staff is consistent in providing excellent customer service. The eatery has seats available for dining both inside and outside. We normally just purchase for pick up via online order with their app and/or walk in for in person order for to go. Portions and sizing of the hot sub sandwiches are also just right. The portions of the meat and vegetables are plentiful. Our favorite is the Original Philly Cheese Steak, Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak and the California Chicken Cheese Steak. Sometimes we have it on wheat bread and sometimes on sourdough bread. It's the @light_skin_dragon coming to you with a fiery sub. Which was my 2nd time ever coming to Jersey Mike's Subs. I got the 43 the chipotle! My first time having this one. It was beef, with grilled onions, bell peppers I think, and toasted wheat bread. I enjoyed the service Carlos helped me out. I didn't know which one I wanted and he was on point! He picked the one where I gave him full range! The ambiance was okay it's wasn't crowded and their service was quick. The light_skim_dragon was on his lunch break but now he was sent back to work! There's tons of parking in this center, but everyone seems to rush for the front lot. Just save yourself some time & park in the back. Yes, you'll have to walk a few more steps, but it'll save you time driving around & around. I ordered takeout via the app and even though I showed up about 10 minutes later than the pickup time, it was clear they hadn't even started my order. Also, no one even acknowledged me as I walked up to see what orders were ready to go, then patiently sat off to the side in hopes my sandwich would be ready soon. I was in no rush & enjoyed the free A/C, but if you're in a rush, just be aware of that. I don't know if my instance was a one off or common occurrence (though the fact that I came at an off time when they weren't busy doesn't bode well for how they handle app orders when they are busy). With that said, my sandwich was made correctly with plenty of meats & toppings, and tasted fresh. I can't complain in that arena. I feel bad for anybody that orders here. My mom who is in her 60's ordered online 20 min in advance so they had plenty of time to make 2 sandwiches and 1 sub in a tub. These few boys that work in there Suck Ass! There was nobody in the store when my mom went to pick up our order which made this situation worse. Are they just sitting around staring at the ceiling?? Then customers come in and they go make a sandwich for every other order or walk in instead of taking care of my mom who mind you PRE ORDERED 20 min in advance. Seems a lil personal. I stopped by this Jersey Mike subs to finally use my tmobile Tuesday deal on the reward points. I ordered from the app and went with the #8 Club Sub regular size. Everything was good when the item was in the cart then I applied my rewards point on the order. When it was time to check out, I saw that they charge a fee for a bag. I tried to remove it but it never went away so I had to pay the small bag fee on my order. I arrived early to the store since I was in the area but my food wasn't ready until the actual pickup time. The inside of the store is nice and quiet. I waited like 10 minutes for my food to be ready. I thought my sandwich was a bit salty so I didn't really enjoy it. Got told "there were orders before yours". Uhm... Does that make sense? You can literally start the chicken to grill which takes no effort to even monitor while you finish the orders you had before. So instead you think it's ok to just let your customers wait 20+ minutes for a single sandwich? The food is below mid and not worth the wait. I made an online order. I accidentally arrived too early; my order wasn't ready. I decided to walk around the other stores until it was time. My phone was on 5%. The order took almost an hour to arrive for a half-sub sandwich without lettuce, and I made some changes to the sub, such as omitting lettuce. I kindly requested Chipotle mayo, chili peppers, banana peppers, and bacon in my sub. It was the most depressing sandwich I have ever seen. It was flat as a board. Also, when I saw my order at the pickup location, I waited until a worker came because I didnt want to assume it was mine and they almost wanted me to leave without my soda cup or my chips telling me that it was all already inside. Almost all the workers were extremely rude and they had a weird dark energy while working there. Just nasty and horrible service! It was overpriced and I left still hungry. Quality is lacking. Multiple times they have forgot to add the oil and vinegar and this time, they forgot a sandwich. Order sandwich for pick up since us mamas are always on the go, got to the restaurant, went to the pick up area as instructed by the app, I ask for my sandwich they told me it was not ready, pick up time stated 12:31 it was 12:29 (which is understandable) when I got the there, I kept seeing several people picking up there food and still my sandwich was not being called, I finally after 15 minutes got up to ask if it was ready , and sure enough it had been sitting there and nobody bothered to inform me knowing I had been waiting, keep in mind there was 2 customers and 5 workers, after that I went ahead and said "well than Thank you" out loud and nobody bothered to acknowledge me, not a good experience at all and maybe it was an off day for them but this is not the first experiencing this. read more

Leaving 1 star - this establishment needs better training of their employees. Very disappointing for 2 reasons: 1. I ordered on the app so I can avoid the line and I walk in and my order isn't ready yet so I sat and waited. I ordered a on a wheat bread with extra onions and when I get home I opened my sandwich and got white bread with no onions. What a great experience! My husband and I decided to buy lunch for our team today. And they chose jersey Mike's. This location at the Olivio at Mission Hills The nearest location to us so we decided to stop by. Being such a big shopping center there's plenty of parking Which is a big plus for us. As soon as we entered we were kindly greeted by Peter. His smile and radiant energy lights up the place. By the time we are ready to order the entire staff was out and ready to go. They took our order in with in a few minutes we had all of our sandwiches ready to take. Talk about teamwork these guys are awesome every single one of them were smiling with the perfect attitude and enjoying their jobs.
