Dont order the california club. I checked to see how the portion of avocado was, but didnt check til i was home. That was my bad, but it literally had about 1/5 of a half of an avocado. Or about 1/10 of an entire avocado, and it was on only one side of the sandwich that was cut in half lol read more

Simply put: AWESOME!! Try something different, you will enjoy it!! Food: Fresh everything, plentiful servings, interesting combos that really work, chicken fried fresh, and some amazing salads!! ever since this place got a new owner /management this place has been awful . it used to be amazing , the previ owners were Great . now , customer service is awful , food is not the same anymore , i asked the worker that was making my sub , for her name (ryu and manny ) they both got really defensive and gave me bad customer service , she started to speak In her language to the owner, making sure I didn't understand what they were saying . *** W O W *** We've been passing this place for years when taking the back streets home, and have never had the opportunity to stop during business hours. Yesterday, had the opportunity to stop and so glad ww did! The sandwiches are Phenomenal!!! Been to many delis and this one is pretty dang good! The bread is FRESH & ohhhh SO soft. I had the "King Louie" and was SO good! Quality deli turkey, fresh bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoe and ranch. VERY GOOD!! My son had the Mediterranean and my daughter had the Tuna salad. All were VERY VERY GOOD. Annnnnd they have a HUGE beer and alcohol selection ;) This is a MUST stop place, dont pass this one up. To top it off the ataff is super welcoming, friendly and helpful. I've been coming to KWIK Market for years and I've always bought the same two sandwiches for myself and my wife . I went for the first time since they changed owners. The sandwiches were good the only thing was they don't put enough chicken or turkey in the sandwiches like they use too. I also bought a macaroni and a potato salad from the open case that's in front of the isles and got home , and tasted it they were bad . You could even smell that they were bad . Never again will I go there . When they changed owners it's not the same anymore .Don't eat here my wife and I got food poisoning this evening really bad . I use to come here quite a bit. Mt last visit was a week back. My sando wasn't made right, and I was angry over the fact that the guy making my order used glove hands on something else. I was born and raised in Philly, so I know a good hoagie (sub) when I find one. Now I will say that it is very difficult to find a quality hoagie in California. At least comparable to that of the kind in Philly. That being said, I tried this place today after driving past it every day for a year. The sign out front read "best subs in town". While I believe there is merit to that statement, I think they are selling themselves short. They have better subs than about 99% of the state. I tried the Italian cold cut. Meat was decent. It was not overkill but they didn't skimp either. It was just about right. I wasn't thrilled with the roll but I also know it's hard to get the right bread out here so I can't give them crap for that. But overall it satisfied my hoagie craving. My only suggestion would be to gut the inside of the roll. I'll definitely head back and try some of their other subs for sure. read more

Little deli that's kind of hidden in a little market shop. You walk in like to any little market to get some snack and a soda and you discover this delicious corner. The beautiful aroma of the food gives you a hard time right away, because now there is a dilemma. What do I choose? Fried chicken meal, salads, wraps, hot or cold sandwiches. They have variety of food, freshly made to order sandwiches, where you can choose everything, starting from the bread. A little downfall is that at the lunch time they tend to get pretty busy. Can't say I blame them. They are super delicious. They are located at a business location and there are not that many places to chose from. What's good is that you do choose to go to Kwik Market & Deli, not only because there are limited places to eat near by, but they are actually good and serve good food and in general have a great service. My favorite sandwich usually is the one I want at that specific moment and they are "kwik" to make it to my satisfaction. Plus, you can call, place your order, than go and pick it up, less waiting time. Really convenient for me and I am sure for people who work in the area. If you are ever in the area, just go ahead and check them out, you will not be disappointed. read more

This place is such a good pit stop! Not only do they have TONS of snacks and drinks they also have a variety of cold/hot sandwiches, salads, they even have a little fridge with hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit and egg salads. They also offer some fried chicken and potato wedges. There is definitely a lot to choose from here. I had the chicken chipotle sandwich twice so far since I work down the street. Very tasty, the small is 6 inches and packed with lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, chipotle sauce and Mayo, they do offer extras like Avocado and bacon I believe. This place does get crowded during the lunch hour so be prepared to wait a little, 10-15 mins as they make all the sandwiches fresh. They also take over the phone orders if you wanna just pick up and best of all they accept apple pay! They do have a few seats and tables, if you wanna just have a quick bite there. I haven't been here in over 3 years and was coming home from an event. Stopped in and got the Cold Cut sandwich and chips. My daughter got her usual California Club. The new owner changed a lot about the store, and I'm not sure it's for the better. Should have just kept the store culture the same. The sandwiches don't tastes as good. Must have changed bread vendor, to bad. The should have kept the old soda fountain machine too. The look, feel and taste from the deli is not the same. That's why people who lived in the neighborhood kept coming back. Now my friends and I look for alternative delis to go to. It's no better the Subway. What happen? Coca Cola tried to improve on thier Coca Cola formula once. Even though it tasted better, people hated it, because it didn't taste the way it did when they were younger. The point is that when Coca Cola change their formula, the new formula didn't bring back the taste that made people feel good and nalstalgic. read more

I always appreciate a good local deli... We have been here once before and I guess I never reviewed it till now. We each got a sandwich along with some sides. I went with an Italian combo which was very good on thick fresh bread (A little too thick for me) and my wife had a custom Turkey sandwich made for her. My son went with a custom pizza sandwich and for good measure we got a side of macaroni salad (standard sweet deli style) a side of chicken strips (fried fresh and tasty) a for good measure a deep fried burrito (reminded me of Junior High) The food was all prepared fresh, service was good and the food was as tasty as it was fresh. Haven't been here in a minute and forgot how good this place is. This place is so delicious and they also have salads for all those that want a healthier option. I would have given them 5 stars except that I ordered a California club sandwich for my bestie and in the menu it says it comes with avocado but they failed to add it to her sandwich which totally sucked.
