Didn't get her name but the girl who made my sandwich was super sweet and polite. Was greeted once i walked in, 30 min before closing too (hate being that person lol). For my first, mind you "First time" as I mentioned to the employees at this location the sub maker (girl with the full set of fake eyelashes) was very rude!!! She didn't speak clear and spoke very fast making it harder to understand her saying "do you want it Mike's way?" First of all what the heck was "Mike's Way" and why couldn't she just take a little extra time to explain that??!!! And secondly I felt very rushed with my order even though there were no other customers in line! This is one of the best tuna sandwich's I've had. I got the #10 Tuna fish (Mikes Way with Mayo). Their sandwich, especially this location, was fresh and tasty. I would say don't get the soda because it's lacking a lot of flavor. I noticed some reviews about unfriendly staff and long waits but I did not experience that myself. The staff was very kind and paid great attention to detail. They were also fast even while working on online orders. The place was clean with a good amount of seating. There is also a lot of free parking behind and on the side of the building, which is convenient. read more

Probably the worst Jersey Mikes I've been too. I usually go to the ones in Pasadena and or Northridge. This one not only are they slow but kinda clueless. There were 3 guys and only one was doing his job. Poking bacon, the other two were almost like frat boys. They got my order wrong and I didn't notice until I got home because I was paying while they were adding my toppings. But the reason why I am writing this is because it's a problem when you have more cheese than meat on your Italian sub. Can't believe I paid for it, never again. Was here about a week ago to get a sandwich and had an okay experience. When I first came in there was 2 people ahead of me and 2 people waiting for their orders so it was busy. But it was awkward because no one acknowledged me when I was standing in the order here area. It took so long that I thought I was supposed to order somewhere else even though I was standing in the right spot. It did seem like they were under staffed. Other than that everything was good the restaurant was clean and they have a good amount of parking. Staff was friendly once they starting talking with me. The food itself was very good. I would come back to this place but they may need to staff more people but obviously there is Covid so it's understandable. read more

I Just ordered two regular sandwiches and two kids meals via the app. I called to confirm they received my order and made sure they were able to accommodate the special requests. At first, they didn't answer but 2nd try some guy confirmed my order. He was pleasant. There are no delegated parking spaces specifically for Jersey Mike's, so I was hoping that wouldn't be an issue for my curbside order. Guy brought me my order, and everything was great. :) read more

A new location with new staff. The food is excellent even better then my normal Jersey Mike's, the food took a bit longer than normal but I can here the manager encouraging and appreciate his staff working faster. So can't really complain. I got the Big Kahuna, it was really great it's basically a Philly Chessesteak. Keep up the great work and hopefully they will become a bit faster to be as fast as the other stores, I'm definitely coming back here more often. read more

Worst jersey mikes ever! I was so excited that a brand new Jersey Mikes was opening up in our neighborhood. But let me tell you what a disappointment. The customer service is terrible and just ruins my appetite at the end of the experience. I hate how rude and snotty the girls working there can be. Thinking the next experience might be slightly better I give them another chance and then another. This last time I went the girl making my sandwich tub wasn't wearing a mask! It was really gross! I should have spoken up! But I didn't cause I didn't want to be rude. But then I get hit with a mouth full of attitude because I wanted to add more items in my sandwich tub, that I had thought of at the last minute and plus I'm such a regular (look at my shore points) I know that they always ask the customer what they want on their sandwiches as they go down the line right?! Lol Anyway this regular is done giving this location a try! If JM customer support is reading this please! Get some more customer service training for these employees ! Garbage service.. Even when you're the only customer they mess up your order.. Deli guy Ken, remember this name KEN, is terrible in taking an order..
