First time coming to this Jersey Mike's since I was in the area. I actually drove past the store through the parking lot and thought this location had closed down because I could not find the store. It was night time so everything was dark. Turns out their outside sign light was off or was not working. You should really get this fixed! This store is in the same plaza as Sprouts, but off to the side. There's plenty of parking, so park wherever you want. I place an online order for pick-up and the app says it's ready in about 15 minutes. I went to park a little closer to the store since I had drove all the way to Sprouts frantically trying to find this place. After 15 minutes, I head into the store hoping my to pick-up my sub for dinner. It's not ready yet... There were a few new people working there and I could see that they were training how to assemble a sub. Even though it said my order would be ready in 15 minutes, I'm going to be nice since while being new on the job, it may take a little longer because you want to make things right the first time. I got my usual #13 the Original Italian. My all time favorite made Mike's way! It was good. The meat and cheese were soft and smooth cut. The rosemary bread was not too hard and a staple go to even though it leaves a smell on your hands after eating. Overall this visit wasn't so bad as I initially thought it was.

I have only tried Jersey Mike's Subs once at an airport and thought they had pretty good sandwiches. I also remember my uber driver I had in Philly once had told me that Jersey Mike's Subs "is legit" for their sandwiches. Well this location can be found in the same plaza as Sprouts, specifically next door to Hella Bird and Great Clips. My husband and I decided to check out this location on a Tuesday because we wanted to get my husband a sandwich for his flight out the next day (more and more, my husband has been travelling a lot for work and usually we get Lee's Sandwiches for him but thought maybe he would want to try something a little different). We came in around 8 pm and were greeted by 3 employees behind the counter. We ended up ordering: #55 The Big Kahuna Chicken, Giant Size, $16.95 prior to tax- A Philly cheesesteak, but with chicken. I remember having a chicken cheesesteak at Ishkabibble's in Philly years ago and thought the sandwich here at Jersey Mike's was just as good. The chicken was tender, warm and the sandwich was cheesy. Loved the flavors of grilled onions, peppers and mushrooms (I had requested to omit the jalapenos because my mom and I don't do spicy foods). My mom and also my husband also both really loved the sandwich (we all ended up eating it as a late dinner when we came home with our order). With the size of the giant, it is massive and easily feed 2-3 people and be satisfied. #56 The Big Kahuna, Giant Size, $16.95 prior to tax- This is the Philly cheesesteak, traditionally with beef. My husband had a little bit on the day we bought it and thought it was really good. He also liked eating it the next day as breakfast and well lunch too (again, the giant size is huge). #13 The Original Italian, Giant Size, $16.95 prior to tax- This sandwich comes with provolone, ham, prosciuttini (Italian pepper ham, which is similar to prosciutto and pancetta but a little different), cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni. There is quite a lot of meat in this sandwich. I liked the shredded lettuce and tomatoes in this sandwich to help round out the sandwich. I had the jalapeno omitted and also the oil and vinegar because I didn't want this sandwich to be soggy since we were not planning on eating this sandwich the day we bought it. My mom just loved this sandwich. We both ended up eating this sandwich over a few days (really made for a fantastic lunch for me for a few days). The employee who assembled this sandwich for me also cut the sandwich in quarters (as I had asked). --------------------------- (Total= $54.32 after tax) Wow what a delicious meal all of these sandwiches made for us. But of course the price of one giant size is pretty heaty. But seeing that it can easily feed the 3 of us, I think the price is justified. Service was friendly and wait time wasn't too long, especially since we were the only ones there who ordered. It is most likely that we will be back to try the other sandwiches that Jersey Mike's has to offer.

This location has the worst customer service provided by the "asst. mgr" who is rude and unprofessional on every level. She refused to tell me when the restaurant general manager would be in the restaurant again to lodge a complaint against her, claiming that she couldn't give out his personal schedule, when i clearly needed his business schedule. She also claimed that she chooses to not wear a name tag for fear of customers (and their complaints i guess). If a name tag is a requirement and provided by her employer, her choosing not to wear it sounds like a blatant dress code violation to me... I truly enjoy the product that Jersey Mikes offers, just not the unprofessional unnamed individual in the photo

I've been dining at this Jersey Mike's since it opened. The food is delightful, the staff is enthusiastic (especially Josh) and more than helpful. I travel often, dine out many times a week, but I'll gladly go out of my way to stop here. read more

These guys need to be trained on better customer service. Was given the wrong sandwich and didn't realize until I got back home. Drive back to pickup the right one. No apologizes given for the mistake or inconvenience. read more

By far my favorite jersey Mike's. I was visiting my family in Monrovia I came here to grab lunch and they had a small line really quick service I love how great they were. My sandwich was amazing they made it with turkey so fresh and delicious I really recommend coming to this Jersey Mike's. read more

I placed an order over the phone today to avoid being inside the building. I came in after 10 min placing the call, informed by the worker that it should be ready 10-15. He told me I don't have to stand in line, and instead, come straight to the register. When I arrived, I saw the sign saying a limit of 5 customers at a time. My gut feeling told me to stand in line. When I finally came in, I was told my order was not ready yet. I assume they are about to finish packing it since its been about 15 min since I made the call. Well, it wasn't finished. I noticed my order was not made yet. Instead, they wanted to get those walking in their orders first. I waited an additional 10 min for my order. The young woman at the register didn't bother acknowledging me or the other 2 customers waiting for our order. No apology for the wait. Business owners and advocates asked customers to be patient. However, as a customer I expect to be given priority if my order was placed in a timely manner. I shouldn't need to stand there and watch my order be placed when in reality I placed an order 15 minutes prior. Why take phone orders if you are not going to place them when it comes in. I suggest training your employees on priority and proper customer service. Pandemic or no pandemic, there is no excuse for what happened. read more

I should have kept my money. Or just ordered a bag of chips and left the building. The bread was hard, tough to chew, and tasted like I was eating paper. They're not the best sandwich in town. I was expecting more because I ordered from their first pick, their top sandwich of their menu, It's named after the owner, Mike!? Very disappointed. read more

My girlfriends and I went and were very pleased. The employees were very nice and the sandwiches were amazing. I had a mini #7 mikes way I have never had a better sub. The store was very clean and service was efficient. Would recommend this place to everyone! Also, if you enjoy their subs sign up for their phone number program and get free items! read more

Never in my life stepping in this dirty jersey mikes. When i first walked in all the tables were dirty with crumbs and some white fluff on a corner. They never even welcome us and the girl who helped us on sunday december 30 at 4:00 pm wouldnt stop yawning. It is very unrespectful to keep yawning specially in front of customers. She not only did it once but 5 times! The avocado here is nasty too. They smash it and put in a container while it doesnt taste nasty , it was oxidizing and looking nasty. They need to clean this place. It bother me seen the girl go sit and try to chat with her co worker who was in lunch instead of cleaning tables. Never coming here. If are used to eating in a dirty mess come here if not just go to the one in el monte by valley and santa fe trails read more

Ordered a regular #8 Club Sub with the works...?? They gave me no Provolone, no Bacon, no Pickles, no Mayo...And it was supposed to be on the sub... Then they charge $8.75!!!?? I might of been able to understand if it was the middle of lunch rush, but I was the only one in there... Blaaaah! Never Again... Gene's Grinders is superior in All Ways!! read more

I live in san dimas. Ive been to the jersey mike around here. I give them 2 to 1 stars. Now i to drive to monrovia just to enjoy jersey mike sub the real way. I order the number 9 giant mikesway with chipolie mayo. Cant go wrong. Im always asked hows my day when i order. They seem to be down to earth. Im down with that. Over all experiances best in a long time. Even if im not sure what to get. They are not afraid to give me the the quick run around on whats good or even trying something new. Just flat out amazing. The line took about 20 minutes. I counted. I usually LOVE Jersey Mike's. This location however. The workers looked like zombies. They did not respond well to adding extra things I would be paying for. Also they did not clean off the counter when they placed my sandwich on someone else's remains. I was not pleased with my visit at this particular location at all. Overall I love Jersey Mike's, but this location I will not be visiting anytime soon. read more

I had lunch here with a youth sports client. We all agreed that our meals were fresh, delicious and stocked well with both meat and condiments. The staff along with the owner were most gracious and hospitable. Despite the hectic lunch hour we were served promptly. I have become a greater fan of them over subway and will be back again! The service and food are well worth it! read more

I had the chipotle Philly sandwich. That chipotle sauce is awesome. Creamy, smoky with a hint of heat...they should sell that as a dip for fries. Overall the sandwich had a good flavor, but lacked "beefiness"... Had I not known it was beef, I wouldn't guess what meat it was. The sandwiches are hearty, most people can probably get at least two means out of the large sandwich. read more

Jersey mikes usually is pretty good, but this time around something went wrong. We made a phone order and a online order to pick up, we gave more than enough time and only half the sandwich was ready. Literally only have the sandwich, waited to have the other half done. And that the chicken was on back order, how can chicken be on back order? It's chicken!!! read more

I work nearby and always order huge orders for my entire branch. They are always fast and efficient. They have NEVER messed up an order (which is pretty impressive considering all my coworkers are picky and want everything in their own specific unique way). The prices are reasonable and are totally worth it! the food is healthy and mm mmm good!!! Jersey Mike's seriously cant even be compared to other places like quiznos or subway. Freshest and most delicious sandwiches i've ever had! If you try it out, you will become a regular. Parking is super convenient considering they're located in a huge parking lot. The staff is really good with their service. They get know their customers and become your friends. They have the best customer service and are like a family. read more

Went here to get my birthday sub and the staff was nice and honored my free sandwich (I got the Italian) even though I didn't have the printout, just my ID. The sandwiches here are great, I've had their subs a handful of times before. I would say that it's a step up from Subway. read more

Worst spot for a quick sandwich. Not quick at all yesterday. Orders should be taken and completed all the way up to check out, instead they took 4 different customers orders all at the same time so they wouldn't have to keep taking off their gloves to ring up customers. Not so smart at all. Wait time for a simple sandwich was more than 15 minutes. What is going on here. Employees kept having to apologize for wait time on every single order. read more

First of all, JERSEY MIKES IS THE BEST CHAIN (HOOGIE-STYLE) SANDWICH YOU CAN BUY. This location is straight bulls***. They top their sandwiches with a thin layer of meat and pack on the fillers like a typical SUBWAY. The amount of oil made my sandwich soggy before I opened it... that's not "Mike's Way." This single franchise could ruin the name in the entire SGV. If you live in Monrovia and want a decent sandwich, go get a burger! read more

Very unorganized today. I come here a lot. The sandwich line was not clean which is rare. I noticed mayo in the peppercinis, oil and vinegar in the onions, the sandwich maker wiping his forehead with his wrist and not wash his hands afterwards. They were busy but so is the Pasadena location and this never happens. Pasadena is consistently busier and they are very clean. I was hungry and it was my birthday so I dealt with it, but not sure if I will return. I guess I'll stick with the Pasadena location. Very disappointing. read more

This place just opened up in May. The food is good I've tried 4 of their sandwiches and I had no complaints. The process is a bit slower than going to subway cuz they slice all the deli meats and cheese as you order but that's the only bad thing I have to say. read more

Just moved to Duarte and the closest jersey mikes is in Monrovia. So decided to drive down for a hot sub got there about 8:40 and was ordering a tuna sub and a cheesesteak. Well the workers decided to close the grill early for whatever reason which basically takes half the menu off the able for ordering. I was not pleased since I drove all they way down there to grab a hot sub. If you are open till 9 then everything should be available till 9. The workers there didn't care and this will be the last time that I give my business to Jersey Mikes. read more

great location, wonderful staff (Armond, Aiden, Cade, Matt, Robin) not a bad attitude among them. Sandwiches are well made and they don't skimp. A calm group who work hard and do their best to make sure the customers are happy. If they are very busy, they do their best to make it run smoothly for ALL of the customers. Me and my boyfriend were headed to a hike when we decided to stop here for lunch. Staff were very friendly and helped us find the hiking spot we were looking for. As for the food...sorry not impressed :/ The sub was number one expensive...so I was expecting greatness...nope. We had the turkey sub number 7 mikes way...seemed pretty bland...idk why people love this place. read more

So a girl was hungry for lunch but didn't want McDonald's and only had 30 minutes for lunch. She decided to give Jersey Mike's a try and shazzam! Tasty and having a sub Mike's way delivers a kick! It helped my allergies and felt satisfied. Still feel good for bypassing McDonald's. Will try the Italian meats next time. read more

I just discovered Jersey Mike's although my friends having been raving about this place ... now I know why! Meats are sliced to order, rolls are fresh baked, crusty on top and soft in the middle, veggies are fresh and Mike's Way is just the way I like it! The staff is awesome, friendly, quick and eager to please. I WILL be a regular! I see they have some type of points program that am sure to join and they have an email club that gives you a free sub for your birthday! read more

This was my first visit to any Jersey Mike's, recommended highly to me by my wife. I had the Originqaql Italian made "Mike's way" as recommended by Neil. Let me tell you something about Neil....if more people were like this guy, you'd have a lot more satisfied customers thruout the world. Neil, you rocked. I explained to him that this was my first time here and he led the way. Great service. great sub. Reasonably priced. If you compare this place to Subway, you're obviusly not looking for a good sandwich. That other place has nothing on Jersey Mikes. Thanks agaain Neil, we'll be back for sure....this time for that Tuna ! read more

I VERY HIGHLY recommend this Monrovia location. The staff here is amazing. Went for the first time and got the large Philly cheese steak and it was big enough to share with my 15 year old son. I also went in to ask if they would like to make any sort of donation for my son's football fundraiser, the Pigskin Rally, which is one of the biggest fundraisers we have. The manager generously donated 50 sandwiches. The fundraiser is in a couple weeks but everyone is excited to have Jersey Mike's sandwiches. read more

While I stick to Costco and Trader Joe's for most of the Italian basics, Claro's is where I come for the next level stuff, and the prices are very reasonable. Risotto rice! Calabrian chilies! What impresses me more than the high-quality meats and fabulous red tapenade on my incredibly tasty Italian sandwich that I had Mikes' Way (veggies, oil, vinegar and spices) was that despite me being one of those people (i.e. annoying) who likes her food just so, for example, dressing on the side; can you omit the ham and have more of everything else and bread toasted, etc., both attendants that prepared my food were genuinely friendly and very helpful in creating my tailored sandwich. The young lady who completed my order even wrapped up my dressings in foil so they wouldn't spill and I didn't even think to ask. Exploring our new digs and found ourselves near Pasadena. With little time and our tummies making sounds I heard in the woods once, we stopped into JM's - SO glad we did. Like other reviewers, I find Jersey Mike's to be far superior to Subway and some of the other sandwich places. I appreciate the really fresh ingredients, especially ordering Mike's Way which makes my favorite sandwich, #13, the Italian Sub, truly satisfying. They make a really tasty cheesesteak! Sometimes at lunch they have a $5 special for a sandwich which is about as good a deal as you can get for a hot meal!
