I went in on 09/09 around 2 and a girl in a red shirt was talking down to other workers in a demeaning tone in front of customers. I felt really bad for the two other girls. Place is awesome, I get its corporate but man the food is good to great and the service is maybe some of best service I have ever had, the ownership makes you feel like you are coming into their home to eat. I LOVE jersey mikes subs! Good quality ingredients. I come to the Navarre location often to get subs to-go. The staff & management are very friendly BUT, tonight is the 3rd night I have gotten home, excited to open up my sub and then found out it was made incorrectly (missing ingredients or ingredients included that I did not want). I have complained before and the manager did seem upset and offered me a coupon but, I hate that I would have to drive back to the store to get my order fixed and wait again. Jersey's Mike's...is awesome. I just bought a cold sub from there like 15 minutes ago. First of all, the workers were very friendly, and they gave me the rundown of their operation, since I've never been there before. Coincidentally, another woman, who had never been there before either, walked in and ordered a minute or two after myself. For the few minutes I was there, the employees were very sociable. The other woman and I were joking and laughing with the employees until we purchased our subs. They definitely made us feel welcomed, and I will be returning for sure. Love Jersey Mike's, sandwiches are delicious and the customer service is great! I ordered online 2 sandwiches for my kids, and somehow got send to the wrong city. When I went to pick it up, we realize the mistake, and the employee called his boss to try to get my money returned and do the transaction, we were not able to get the money back, but he went and made the 2 sandwiches and told me not to worry about paying for it. My husband and I got subs here today. The management and staff are outstanding. They made excellent suggestions and we're spot on. The sandwiches are made like a masterpiece. Proportions were perfect, plenty of meat & veggies but it doesn't fall apart!!! for me that's great because usually sandwiches fall apart before I get a few bites, my darn tiny hands... The place is very clean and the service is fantastic. It is a bit pricey for a sub but worth it. The suggested tipping thing upon check out is frustrating but it is obvious that is why you are getting such good and friendly service. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! We bought 4 giant subs to take out on our boat today. We called in our order, which was probably a mistake because we weren't watching our sandwiches being made. I suggested Jersey Mike's because in the past the subs have been pretty good -- not today. I was embarassed in front of my guests who joined us on the boat. Hardly any cheese on Veggie Sub. We asked for Provolone only and no Swiss instead there was only a few thin slices of Swiss. On the Roast Beef Sub the meat was fatty and there was no cheese . 2 Club Supremes were Ok. Poor and inconsistent quality and I don't like paying Jersey Mike's prices for a sandwichs that look like they came from Subway (hardly any meat or cheese). Big disappointment read more

Wow...I think that pretty much sums up what my wife and kids think about our first sub from Jersey Mike's. This is a premium deli cut sub that tastes as great as it is fresh. Everyone has their favorite sub shop for one reason or another. Our favorite overall shop was subways, because for us, the sub is more than the bread or meat, its also the condiments...and subway is the king of condiments with the large selection of vegetables, seasonings, oils, etc. creating a nice crisp crunch coupled with a flavor symphony to make your taste buds dance. Firehouse is our meatball sandwich sub shop because their paltry condiments aren't needed to top a delicious meatball sandwich and they beat Subways hands down. But Jersey Mike's comes to the scene and they add a new factor the the sub equation and up the ante in others. Of the sub shops we patronized (Blimpies, Firehouse, Publix (so far the king of grocery store subs), Schlotzky's, and Subways), no one comes close to Jersey Mike's in customer service. Coming into the door you are greeted by an employee and enter into a fresh, clean, uncluttered and subdued environment. It was our first visit and they had a few deli cuts we were unfamiliar with but thankfully Ms Courtney, one of the smiling subaristas (I know, not a real word but why not, Starbucks has baristas and the word sub just lends itself to the title) was there to assist us. She offered us a slice of several cuts which quickly eliminated cappacuolo due to the slight licorice flavor (which we were informed by Ms Courtney blends well with proscuittini but my 7 year old and wife did not feel ready to try them together yet, though she offered to let us try the blend). But the proscuittini was a hit, even over my favorite, the homemade (I realize its really store made) roast beef. Ms Courtney let us double up on our meat of choice and added the topping (which were fresh and plentiful even if a bit limited in variety). You could taste the freshness of the meat and condiments. Wow...this is a sub and my picky little man enjoyed every bite. But the real story is the how Jersey Mike's was able to meld the people, physical shop and food to perfection. Their friendly customer service is second to none and they are the standard at this point for all quick service establishments. Kudos to Ms Courtney for making our first foray into Jersey Mike's a resounding hit. read more
