Horrible customer service. Came in 10 minutes before closing Saturday night 4/26. One customer was being served so I asked if they were still open for business. Working was a male and 2 female employee. The male worker was nice but busy helping another customer. While the two other female employee were just unpleasantly rude giving me the death stare. Somewhat more expensive than other chain sub shops but also a notch above in taste due to high quality cuts of meat plus their unique steaming. It's also fun experimenting with the myriad variety of hot sauces. Just be careful because some of them WILL LIGHT YOU UP!! This location is always clean and competently manned and the TVs are tuned to ESPN which is great if you want a quick bite and keep up with a game. Why why why would they heat up an Italian sub? Why did said Italian sub have horseradish sauce on it? No vinaigrette no oregano and flavorless onions. This is not an Italian sub! It's $h!te. Need to always check Yelp first!! We walked in Saturday night and no, we weren't greeted. Three employees behind the counter all watching football. We were the only ones in firehouse. We stood at the register and waited for someone to finally come over. The young man starred at us and never said a word! He was very involved in the football game on the TV and quickly got us out of the way. Again, never a hello, thank you, welcome or anything just awkward silence from all 3 employees. When it was time to leave a few more customers had arrived and they received the same service. I guess I've been spoiled by other locations that have their customer service top notch! The food was great as usual but the overall experience (and customer service is a BIG part) was lacking. Get it together guys!! Subs are delish. Staff is good. Our online pick-up order had issues. Add-on to one sub was missed. No place on online app to ask for non-hot Specialty Sub. Missed telling not to heat our Italian sub. Well never go again. On vacation and three of us ended up with food poisoning. It was awful.

I have ate many different locations and this is the worst. It was not very clean. The food quality was not their. I got the smokehouse brisket sandwich which was all fat and to top it off I found a hair in it. This location has a long ways to go to be where it should be. read more
