This place is dangerous- amazing flavor, fun venue, big portions, and incredibly nice service. I was planning on going to the Peruvian food truck and my wife asked for burnt ends (pork belly). I snuck a bite and about fell over because it tasted so good. It had the perfect combination of sweet and savory. Needless to say I also ordered pork belly, with baked beans and Mac and cheese. The beans had the perfect amount of spiciness and Mac and cheese was rich with bacon. The portions lasted over 2 meals. I will DEFINITELY be back soon. The venue that hosts the food trucks is worth noting - there is covered restaurant style seating, clean bathrooms, a bar, deli, ice cream shop, and several other great food trucks. Why has it taken me so long to find this bbq? Well now that I've found them I'm a huge fan!! Absolutely delicious and moist, and perfectly seasoned turkey breast! The ribs were very tender with a lil bit of a pull off the bone - ribs done right. Nice smoke ring and seasoned without over salting. Great balance. Ate them with any bbq sauce. The bacon and mac & cheese had me wanting more . The coleslaw slaw is not traditional but was good. 2 weeks later I went back and was lucky enough to get the chicken salad....YUMMY!! WOWOWOW!! Meat Candy is the perfect name for this place. The Maple Bourbon Burnt Ends absolutely delivered that sweet, smoky, melt in your mouth experience you dream about. The brisket was maybe some of the best I've had. Their white sauce is special too. We enjoyed everything we ordered and had plenty to take home. On top of that, these dudes are kind, thoughtful and definitely take pride in their craft. They took great care of us. Went there with family, kind and talkative staff greeted us and we conversed. The food was done in no more than 10 minutes and it was definitely smoked; smelt nice and was flavorful.
