We did not eat here, but did have an extremely negative experience. We did not know that we were not allowed to sit for a few minutes on a few chairs which happened to be outside their stores. We purchased frozen yogurt at the "Forever Yogurt" place next door, and they provide very limited seating. I am disabled from chronic, serious back problems. My 2 family members and I were rudely told to get up and leave since we were not paying customers. There was zero business taking place there. Messed my order up and made no effort whatsoever to rectify. I picked up my order in the store. When I got back to the office, my order was incorrect. I called the store to advise them of their mistake and was asked if I could come back to the store. However, I am at work so that's not an option. Instead of offering to deliver me a replacement, to give me a refund, or even a measly discount on my next order, I was told there was nothing they could do. So I thought I'd give Jersey Mike's another spin, and maybe try the sandwich prepared a little differently. When I went in again, I saw they had wheat bread. I don't recall seeing wheat bread there when I went in the first time, so I decided to try it. I made 2 other changes to how my sandwich was prepared. I had them put mayo on, and added pickles. That made all the difference in the world! I felt the mayo prevented the massive amounts of oil and vinegar from soaking into the bread like a sponge, and the pickles added some much needed oomph. The wheat bread also seemed to hold up to all the ingredients better, and so I was very pleased with my Jersey Mike's experience the second time around. So much so, that I've been back several times. I always get the turkey, but with my new choices, I think it's a much better sandwich on wheat, and with the little tweaks to how I get it. read more

If they could only get orders correct they would gain 3 stars, they screw up 75% of our weekly orders (through door dash). Went to Jersey Mike's with my order to get the sandwich remade correctly, their position is that ordered through doordash replaced through door dash, even though I was standing in the restaurant, the same restaurant that has to remake the sandwich, the same restaurant that made the sandwich wrong in the first place. Red wine vinegar for the win! What a difference that makes in a sub. That ingredient itself separates itself from the competition. Sandwiches here are solid. Deli meat is sliced right before your eyes and the topping selections are few and simple. The bread is chewy and soft on the inside yet slightly brittle on the outside. I was impressed by how good the subs are and can't wait to try all of them on the menu. I will gladly stop by any Jersey Mike's in the future. read more

Ordered through their app and though the order came super fast it had many mistakes on it. I ordered plain breads but received some type of cheese bread, ordered two pops and chips and I received only one but paid for two. Ordered Diet Coke but got a Mountain Dew. After calling the store to mention the errors John, the new manager stated he could not help me and I would have to speak with the general manager the next day. no one will answer the phone and you cannot leave a message. I left a message on the catering line assuming that they would want business and check that one but no one has called me back. I left two emails and only received a reply from corporate headquarters stating they would forward the message to Park Ridge. I just want to get my refund for the items I did not receive. Perhaps they can substitute your breads and drinks. I do not appreciate not having someone contact me though and give me my refund. read more

This is the best Jersey Mikes out there. Pablo is the best, he remembers me and my bfs order when we go in. Recently went in today and another employee there recognized us. We take advantage of the student discount that comes with a sub, chips & drink. Everything is so fresh. We are sub members which is extremely handy because you get points and receive awesome deals like buy 1 giant and get another free. Worth it if you stop by quite often. read more

First time ever eating at a Jersey Mikes and I must say that I am a fan! I had the Famous Roast Beef & Provolone which I must say was one of the BEST I have had. The beef was just perfectly cook. Sandwiches tasted great (got a tuna and a veggie). They service was excellent and both folks behind the counter seemed to be very excited about their work. I let them know that I needed the sandwiches made for travel and that they wouldn't be eaten until later, so they went through extra effort to pack them that way. Also, they were really good about keeping any meat products away from the sandwiches (changing gloves, washing the knives, etc.) and I really appreciated that. read more

Jersey Mike's is our favorite sandwich place. I do have to say though that this particular locations is the best. I live in Park Ridge but I prefer this location. The staff is always very friendly and they actually pay attention to our order. We always do Mike's way but no vinegar. i cannot tell you how many times the Park Ridge location has messed up our order and put vinegar on it. One time the person didn't even offer to make a new one. Her attitude was just "Oh well". We probably come to this Niles location once a month. One of the employees Sam always greets us with a smile. I found it funny at first that she remembers us when we come in, but we do interact with her so maybe that is why. She gives great customer service. The other employees are great too, but I wanted to give extra kudos to her. read more

I have always heard good things about Jersey Mikes, that when I was shopping in Niles yesterday I came across one. Move over Subway, Jersey Mikes may be more expensive but the quality is so much better!! I had just a lame turkey and provolone and my husband had #20. We both was thrilled. We were there about 40 minutes before they closed and the guys behind the counter didn't make us feel like we needed to leave, which you know those places that get annoyed we walk in close to closing time. This was my first time going to Jesey Mikes and I will never again! The staff member that tended to me was very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a mini turkey and provolone sandwich .. Simple right. Well the staff member (male) cut off a piece of bread that was laying on the counter not wrapped in anything or covered. I wasn't sure how long it had been laying there either .. Eww. The woman in front of me had ordered a turkey wrap and he had prepared it nicely and on a sheet like he was suppose to. Anyways, he sliced the turkey with one glove on and proceed to place the meat on top of the bread with no glove and put my sandwich down the assembly line with no sheet , wrapping paper or anything . Just on the bare counter . He proceeded to prepare the next customers order nicely on a sheet . The next staff member who was to start putting the fixings on my sandwich saw that I was uncomfortable and I asked for a new sandwich with a sheet. She explained my request to the man that prepared it originally and he didn't seem to think anything was wrong with it. But he still was going to make a new sandwich. Second try, he cut off another piece of the bread from the one just laying on the counter and threw it into a sheet. He did not grab a piece of bread from the bread storage like he did for everyone else. I told him never mind and asked him would he eat a sandwich like he he made for me and he said oh I can use bread from the bread storage ( which he should of done in the first place. Moral of the story- I will not be eating here again , the store has unsanitary practices which is very alarming and staff should not judge a book by its cover. Go at your own risk... read more

I pickup lunch from this location several times each month, as I work nearby. The staff is always very friendly. I always get a turkey or Italian, and the quality is much better than Subway or Jimmy Johns. They slice the meats to order, and the veggies are always very fresh. The service is fast. It is not the least expensive sub in the neighborhood, but the quality is better. And, if you join their online club, they email coupons on a regular basis to get free chips and drink, with the purchase of any reg sub. read more

I came in with my brother, both of us are college students with valid school IDs. My brother frequently uses the student discount at this location (which gives you a reduced price, chips and a drink) and convinced me to go to Jersey Mikes today by boasting of the deal that regularly keeps him coming back. Today when he tried to get the student discount they said it was only for high school students. Obviously they recently changed the rules, fine. However, the manager intervened, and was nice enough to give HIM the student discount anyway, saying "I'll let it slide." When I asked for the discount too upon checkout, the cashier refused to give it to me. I was baffled. It was like she was playing favorites, choosing to let it slide for my brother and not for me... even though we came in TOGETHER and stood right next to each other and talked to each other through the whole process! This was petty. Two people walk in together, and you choose to give one of them a discount and not the other?? I paid close to $10 for ONLY the sandwich... and my brother paid about $8 for the exact same sandwich, chips, and a drink. Looking back on it I should have just left and refused to buy the sub. I have never left any sort of negative review, nor am I the type of person to do so... but the level of pettiness that I experienced in Jersey Mikes today needed to be addressed.
