I love the Jersey Mike's tuna sub on Rosemary Parmesan bread. Ordering online is easy, and while this was my first time at this JM location, it was pleasant. The parking lot is busy because it's shared with a doctor's office, Starbucks, and a lot of other restaurants. There's a designated parking spot for takeout orders, though. This location was busy with customers in line, but it was also well-staffed with multiple sub-makers and a cashier. My order was ready when I arrived (at the promised time). I appreciated that it was behind the counter and the worker verified my name and the name on the order. My sandwich was just as I'd ordered it- I left off the oil and added pickles- and it was perfect. The brownie for dessert hit the spot. My only qualm with Jersey Mike's is that it is a little expensive for what you get. I know the days of a $10 lunch are long gone, but here, you're lucky to come out for $15. Still, this is a great lunch option after a day of shopping at Tanger or on the go with online ordering. read more

I placed a mobile pick up order from this location on May 3rd. The order wasn't ready when I went to pick it up and staff was inattentive and rude. I finally gave up and left with only one sandwich out of three due to time constraints. I've tried submitting feedback online several times and haven't gotten any response other than more requests for feedback and lots of Jersey Mikes ads. I didn't want to resort to a public review but I can't get a response. I paid over $43.00 and got one sandwich. I just want a refund. read more

Nice location in N. Charleston near the Tanger Outlets. Restaurant was clean and employees friendly. All were wearing masks and those handling food had gloves on. Easy in and out. They have a lot of good looking sub options. I highly recommend #43, the chipotle cheese steak, on rosemary parm bread. The chipotle mayo is really good. I added tomatoes which gave a nice flavor bonus, but I'm a tomato fan so... The only negative for JM's is their prices. $8-$9 for a 7" sub is a little high; same for their drinks at $2.19-$2.29. The tiny 4" subs are $6-$6.50. The best deal is their Giant subs at $14-$15; they're 14" and easily enough food for two people. read more

Worst JM I've been to. The manager was rude and no one seemed happy to work here. Food was good. Kids don't eat free on Wednesdays at this location either. This location must have entirely different owners than the one on Rivers Ave. Take the extra few minutes and head there instead. read more

I used to have a Jersey Mikes in walking distance and probably over did it so I don't go too often any more. This is the closest one to me now and I'm really happy with it. I get a craving from time to time and will place an online order here or call it in. The staff is always nice and they always have my order ready on time. I often used to get mistakes in my order in the past but not at this location. Fingers crossed it stays that way. read more

First time here at this location and I don't recall ever eating at a Jersey Mikes. The ads kept getting to us and we gave it a try. Glad we did. I ordered the roast beef, turkey, Swiss with bacon and they didn't cheat me on anything. Great quality and fresh. The only reason it's not 5 star is I do feel like it's just a tad expensive. One sandwich about 7 inches long is almost 10 bucks (after tax). I didn't get anything else, so that's a bit high for a cold sandwich. We went on a Sunday at about 1, we were the only ones there at the time, more customers came later. The people working all wore masks and gloves. It was clean inside everywhere. They were all very nice and polite to us. My bf really enjoyed his steak sandwich a lot so we both were happy with our choices. read more

I am a HUGE fan of Jersey Mike's. However, I will not come back to this location. My husband and I came in for lunch on Saturday afternoon. We walked in and three men were working. They were all leaned up on the counter watching the football game and we were not even greeted. We said hello and received a blank stare. We we were never asked what we would like. They continued to watch the game the whole time we were there. The tables were not wiped down. The doorbell they have connected to the door is insanely annoying. Their subs are infinitely better than subway's. The service is fast and reliable. The atmosphere is nice and pretty clean.

Absolutely obsessed with this place! We order here for work at least twice a week, usually three times. The food is always accurate, ready when I get there, and I love that they have reserved parking for to go orders. Very helpful with the shopping center where they are located. I tried Jersey Mike's for the first time today and it is sooo much better than Jimmy John's. I will be ordering from Jersey Mike's again.

I am a fan of this Jersey Mike's! The main reason is that the service I received on this visit was unexpectedly amazing. This was my first time stepping into Jersey Mike's and I really didn't know what to expect. I saw the reviews and got a meatball sub on the rosemary bread. OMG, I wasn't ready. I am just glad that I got the "regular" sub, which seems to be about 10." Definitely a belly buster. Even though it was crowded for the lunch rush, it seems like they actually got people through relatively fast. First time trying this chain and I really like it. I've stayed away for so long thinkin it was another silly chain. What is it with their bread? I really like their bread. Lol I've heard that they were pretty consistent with their flavors throughout all their locations. Also, I've heard they make their roast beef and bread in house. I wonder if you can add more meat to the sandwich, I just wished I had more meat!!! That would be so bomb. The bread is thin and you can squish it down and it's kinda awesome. And it was fresh and tasty too. It has a real NJ deli feel to it whereas Subway is just Subway. I would definitely choose Jersey Mike's over Subway any day. Also, their fun logo on the sandwich paper, cup, and brown bag makes you feel like you're at a ball park. They Constantly short customers on the amount of meat and cheese required for wraps,regular and giant size subs by HALF at some locations. 4 slices of cheese go on a wrap and regular size sub, most locations will only give you 2. This saves the management on their food cost so they can bonus! read more

4/13/17 Of all of the restaurants in this North Charleston airport area, this might be the better of the ones we tried. I know it is only sandwiches, but Jersey Mikes knows how to do it. I got a turkey sub with bacon, Mikes Way. I was a little disappointed in the volume of oil and vinegar (it was lacking so much I could barely taste it), but the sandwich was mighty tasty. Easily the best chain sub place around anywhere. I've been to many a Jersey Mike's and they're all consistently good. Bread is awesome, perfect texture, not too chewy, not too soft. The sliced meats make all the difference. They actually look like the pictures when they're complete, I almost feel bad eating them! Almost. I am a fan of Jersey Mikes, but this place exceeded expectations. With its exclusive Rosemary Bread and welcoming scenery, this place is perfect for any type of meal. Lots of seats, a men's and women's bathroom and quick, but compassionate service makes this place a perfect place to stop for a sandwich. While it may be one of the more expensive sandwich stores, it's taste supports its price. The employees were nice and very careful with my special inspection order asking whether the amount of toppings they gave me was enough or not. So I am giving them a five stars and do suggest this particular Jersey Mike's. read more

Disappointed. I Have been coming here several times a week for the last few months. I usually come after 5pm. I have noticed that the lettuce usually has just started to turn brown due to the time of the day that I visit. On my the last visit the lettuce was discussing. So much so that the patron in front of me refused lettuce on her 3 subs. After over hearing her request and the denial for fresh lettuce I was shocked. I too refused the brown lettuce. I was told by the employee that the daily lettuce allotment is cut in the morning. He also said he would not throw out the lettuce. Other than this issue everything has been great. If you like lettuce on your sub or wrap I suggest coming before 2 pm. I was buying a cold type sandwich. Being polite and respectful I started to provide feedback that last time I ordered hot sandwich which was very bad cooked. It happened not the first time. So instead of politely respond to me. That my feedback was helpfull, manager in the rude form replied me, quote : "Why are you coming here? I hear it not for the first time.
