Was it a robbery gone bad? Customer accidentally smashed their 40 up against the door? Employee was pissed? Or perhaps the door was locked and someone ran into it? Inquiring minds want to know. Anyway back to the store. Inside the store wasn't very clean; especially around the roller grill section ( I was there for hotdogs ). It wasn't like dirty as in gross, but just needed a bit of straightening up. Pretty simple cleaning really. And I still got a hotdog which was good; in fact I got 2 hotdogs and a drink for $3 plus tax. The lady working behind the counter seemed friendly enough and got me on my way in no time.

They said they didn't receive any order. I showed my phone to show the transaction was made and charged $$. They then proceeded to ask me if I picked the right store location. Needless to say I disputed the charge on the spot. Not sure what is going on with their online order system, but I am not downloading the app because I do not frequent their establishment. On top of this failed order attempt, there was no effort from the staff to even check for the order or an error in the system. Lastly, I would only recommend attempting to get fruit from here as a last resort.

When I pointed out that I should at least receive the correct cup size for what I was being charged, he handed me $0.30 and said that next time I wouldn't be allowed to get additional toppings because the deal only includes what's shown in the picture. The whole interaction felt unprofessional and misleading. Pricing should match what's advertised, and customers shouldn't be charged extra due to inventory issues. They were barely warm and the cheese wasn't even melted. The hamburger patties looked like they had been in a warmer for an hour. They tasted bad. When I left, I had to walk through a big cloud of smoke from the entire Wendy's crew on a smoke break right outside of the entrance. I held the door open for a female employee that was headed back in and she gave me the stink eye. I told her to have a nice day and she ignored me. As i drove away I looked back at the crew going back into the restaurant. The last guy walking in turned his head at the last moment and projected phlegm right onto the sidewalk at the entrance.
