Got lunch here while serving my jury duty at the courthouse. Was in line with a whole squad of firefighters & other office workers who were also on their lunch. I got a regular #5 on Parmesan roll. THE SUPER SUB Provolone, ham, prosciuttini and cappacuolo, with hot honey (extra charge) and relish smear. The staff here seemed to have a good smooth work flow and quickly got the orders out. Clean space with a few tables for dine in. Parking lot shared with other businesses so it was quite packed. I added a chocolate chip cookie (not a fan) and sun chips plus drink. Stopped by on my lunch break today, decided on this location vs the one at the Downey landing. Walked in to three ladies making sandwiches, weren't greeted. The cashier who looked like she was training one of the ladies was absolutely RUDE AS HELL. An attitude the entire time, it was like we were interrupting her by ordering our sandwiches. Asked us multiple times if we were getting drinks with our order when we clearly told her we were, one of our coworkers has never had jersey mikes so he was looking over the menu and he definitely rushed. There are too many places to get food in the area to deal with horrible attitudes from the people making your food. If we weren't on a time crunch we would've canceled our food. Whoever manages this location needs to invest in better employees read more

Ordered a large sub on their app. It was double "shore" points today. I shared a large Philly cheesesteak with my mom n gma. It's pretty big, we still had a third of it left. It's super delish. It has steak, white American, peppers, onions and mushrooms. My all time fav sandwich anywhere. A large sandwich is $19.95. My don can eat a whole one yo himself. I only go when it's double points day. There loyalty program is simple. 4pts when you buy small, 6pts regular sized, wrap or bowl, 12pts for a giant, I called it a large. To redeem its 48pys for small, 72 for regular and 144 for giant. So, that's why I wait for double points day. It can get pricey. The store is pretty new. It's across the street from the Norwalk City Hall and courthouse. It's clean and employees are always friendly. My order is always ready very quickly. Walk in and basically walk out. Parking lot is big in the back. There are only a couple handicap parking. read more

Don't order online here. Every time I've ordered online here they mess up the sandwich. I order a number 7 no cheese mikes way, no tomato add mayo and bacon. They didn't add any onions. Barely put any lettuce on it. And put the tiniest pieces of bacon on it. Driest sandwich I've ever had. They forgot to add the vinegar and oil. Weirdest Jersey Mikes I've been to. I was the only customer there and the gentlemen behind the counter asked me what I wanted. So I told him the regular size chipotle sandwich. Then he proceeded to ask you want 2. I said no, just 1. Weird. Then he gave me an old school hand written receipt with my name on it and told me to sit down. Other jersey mikes I just watch them make the sandwich in front of me and then they charge me right away. I had to ask them to ring me up. I wanted to pay and just leave. And the Cashier guy didn't ask me for my number to use my points. I wanted to use my points. I had to tell him I wanted to put my number in. The sandwich was also soggy. Such a weird experience. I was traveling on business so I wanted a quick sandwich for dinner and since Jimmy John's was closed for renovations, I decided to go with my #2 choice. Poor decision on my part. Unlucky experience? Ordered online and they gave me the wrong size, which is fine mistakes happen, however the remake had the wrong customizations/items. I'll probably stick to the one in Santa Fe springs until this one has its kinks worked out. 1 star for getting a sub right, then another for the nice woman who apologized and put a rush on the remake. read more
