I often like to stop at out-of-the-way spots to try their food, most times I am disappointed with either their food or their service. HOWEVER, this was not the case with this place! Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted with a huge and friendly HELLO AND A HUGE SMILE from the lady behind the counter. I felt as if I was a regular customer which was very comforting and inviting. When I saw their menu, I noticed that there many choices which is always a good thing. Since it was a hamburger joint, We ordered a cheeseburger combo and a chilidog. Neither of them disappointed, they were moderately priced, great portions and delicious. Looking around the restaurant, it was obvious to me that the patrons there were also enjoying their meals. This place has alot of positives. But the number one thing (other than great tasting food) is the great customer service they provide, that is hard to find nowadays!! Give them a try, you wont be disappointed!! Great solid burger! I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with fries and onion rings. The burger was nice, thick, and juicy. The fries were the thick cut diner fries perfectly fried and salted. Onion rings were also a good consistency and not overly fried. They're very generous with their portions which is always great in this economy. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

Been coming here since I was kid and the asada fries are my absolute favorite. It does come with tomatoes but I get them taken off. The salsa is a hit or miss on the spice level but it is so delicious and very big. Can be shared with 2 or devoured by yourself. The service is quick and the staff are super friendly. The Uber eats deal here is awesome. Got a Small Chili Cheese Fries and a Colossal Pastrami Burger both for $17 when the buger itself cost $14 by its own. The fries can probably use a bit more time but good none the less. The staff here is nice but they get packed at times so it can take a while to get your food. Took me 15 min to get mine. read more

5/15/26 Approximately 4:00 pm I ordered a pastrami combo. After debit it was $24. Fries were wet and soggy, almost raw. Pastrami sandwich which back in the day with some extra bread, you could make 2 more sandwiches. This one left me still hungry and I ate the whole thing. I called and let them know I was really disappointed about the fries, if I didn't have an oven to finish cooking them, I would've thrown them away. Gal who serviced me offered a credit but I said to just make it up to me the next time. After I finished the sandwich, I wish I would've taken the credit because I'm not motivated to come back. We called in our order today. The girl was hard to understand, she was rushing . It was ready when they said it would be. We ordered crunchy beef tacos Plain burger. The salsa is hot and spicy but it tastes good with the tacos. We ordered two junior burgers. I don't know why they don't order the smaller buns instead of putting a tiny patty on the regular size bun. It's a waste of bread. If you pay with a card they charge a small fee. The onion rings were awesome but the zucchini taste like they were frozen from a bag. They didn't taste homemade like the onion rings. read more

This place is great! We have been going there for years. They have a very diverse menu so I'm sure you'll find something you like. I love their Jr. Burger, just the right size and the onion rings are great! But be hungry if you order because you get a lot! The staff is always nice snd friendly. I called in a lunch order and it was ready for pick up within 20mins. I ordered two tuna melts (lady asked if I wanted tomatoes and I said yes) , one chicken tender combo and zucchini fries. There is a $1.00 card transaction but for me who never brings cash, it's not a big deal. For those who bring cash, $1.00 extra can be steep for a credit card charge. All the food was nicely packed and all correct. I was 10mins away from home and all the fried food sat well. I was extremely impressed by the fried zucchini holding their "clothes" on. Most of the time at these burger joints, the fried batter on the zucchini just all fall off while they're in the to go brown bag. Not these guys! Tuna melts was nicely flavored and grilled to perfection. Chicken tenders were not overly fried. Fry oil tasted fresh and didn't have that old oil tinge on my tongue. Bill was $30 bucks. First time at this location haven't been to a Douglas Burger in years I decided to try it out it's down the street from me about a mile. Ordered a Carnitas burrito wet green which is pretty good remind me beans taste. Got a Taco on the side it is al pastor and it's pretty good. Chili fries or very good Paramount cheese and chili I had a good amount given. Ordered a cheeseburger and it was very good cooked well with a shredded lettuce which we like. Ordered some taquitos as my daughter says they were naked with a side salad and dry as flip. She means they had no guacamole or sour cream on the side tortilla hard and dry. Also ordered a side of beans with didn't come with it. We decided to call and ask about it and let them know what they didn't give us and the cook knowledge that he forgot to put the beans. My wife got an apology from the cashier on the phone. I'm good with that the food's good I will return I did only give 3 stars and I have my reasons, taquitos over cooked and no condiments also because it's a responsibility to the customer that you make sure they get everything in their food even the condiments. Patty is bland, but the burger had some sauce, shredded lettuce, tomato, and what I think was some onions in a little bit of thousand island sauce. Came with cheese. Fries- for the most part, crispy. Freshly fried, nothing wrong here. Champurrado- pretty good as well. A bit thin, but piping hot and a bit cinnamon-y. Still good. Churros- freshly fried, but are really churro bites. When I drank the soda realized what it was. My sprite taste like tap water. And I realized the pastrami also had the tap water taste. If I'm going to pay $20 for a meal I expect good food.
