After all these years, I'm still a big fan of this Jersey Mike's. The biz is following all COVID-19 protocols (masks, gloves, social distancing, hand sanitizers, etc.) and still providing great sandwiches at a reasonable price. My go-to is the turkey club. Usually I get the regular size, but when my appetite is out of control, I'll polish off a giant. Do I regret it afterwards? Sometimes, but it's worth it. I love that everything's made fresh in front of you so that you can customize to your heart's desire. There's always a lunchtime rush, so keep that in mind if you're trying to avoid the crowds. Because it's in a busy parking lot, there's plenty of spaces, but you might need to go a little further away. They make consistently delicious sandwiches BUT, to make this the absolute best is the crushed red pepper sandwich spread that is normally only found in the east coast. The girl taking my order( wish I got her name) was so unbelievably rude towards me. Beware! Very disappointed with large order service. I had an order of over $600 for 20 turkey and 20 Ham Giant sandwiches. They gave me instead 20 turkey and 20 veggie without saying anything at pick-up. Jersey Mike's never called me to see if I would accept an alternative sandwich type. Or why not go to neighboring Smart & Final and get more ham if they ran out? I can safely assume this was intentional and will not ever order anything from this place again. Service was good in the beginning. I wrote down my order so it was very clearly communicated. They took the info down in a catering form. Jersey Mike's staff was very helpful and professional with this part. But messing up the order in the end was horrible. Thank you for the awesome catering!!! I recently ordered a box and 3 giant subs for a get together (25-30 people). I made the mistake of popping into JM at about 12:30 (in the middle of the lunch rush) my mistake, but the manager (I believe his name was Juan) stepped to the side and helped me immediately. He answered all of the questions I had about portions and serving sizes. He even gave suggestions and offered to cut the sandwiches a few different ways to best suit what I was looking for with the catering. He was very personable and professional. A few days before my scheduled pick up I called to order a few more subs, I was transferred over to the supervisor (Juan) and he happily answered all of the new questions I had and helped me modify my order. Confused cook staff at the grill. Ordered two sandwiches- on Italian and one regular Philly cheese . The Italian was excellent made within 5 minutes of order. The order for the Philly was lost from the front staff to the grill . Standing in wait, I watched as no orders on the grill yet no action on my Philly until after 10 min. I then inquired about the order. They then placed the meat on the grill. The resulting sandwich was lacking onions and peppers and flavor. The meat was not heated thru and tough. BEYOND rude to two separate customers who were frustrated that the student special, senior discount, and Veteran discount are no longer a thing at this location. The first customer asked for the senior discount and was surprised when they told him they didn't do it anymore. Same thing with a woman and her 4 kids with the student special. The new "manager" said he was the one who made the decision to get rid of the discounts as he needs to see if the store can survive? But the store has been at this location for years. I came earlier this evening and was kindly greeted by one of their employees. I forgot his name but he was very kind and punctual in letting me know what their specialties were, considering I had told him that it was my first time here. They have quite a variety of sandwiches and subs to choose from. Their chips selection reminded me very much of the same ones Subway has, which was cool! The one sandwich that caught my eye was their Jersey Mike Philly Steak sub. The Jersey Mike Philly Steak sub tastes just like it says it does-a good old fashioned hoagie! Inside the sub had some of the finest beef as well as their grilled onions and bell peppers! Mmmm! I ordered wheat bread to go with the sub. Price wise, well, lets just say it was the most I ever paid for a sub which was at $8-and that was for their regular sized sub. The size of the sub was a little more than 6 inches. With the purchase of a bottled water(I am not much of a soda fanatic), the total came out to $10. Is it pricey? Yes it is. But to say that I had quite a new experience trying a place where I was anxious of seeing is an understatement. It is well worth it. The service here was amazing and there was no line, considering it was early in the evening. Came here to grab a quick bite for my husband. Ok, the big Kahuna Cheese steak is hardly a bite, it is more a big meal for two. Sometimes he saves half for later, sometimes he has it all at once, but he always enjoys it. Prices are a bit high, $13 for his sandwich, but if you see it as two meals and that they quality is much better then other sub shops, the prices are I guess justified. I was hankering for a sandwich and not just any sandwich, one that's deli style with shredded lettuce and I found it here! I don't know what it is, but I really think shredded lettuce makes the difference on some sandwiches but I digress. I've never been to a jersey Mike's before so I didn't really know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. They have three different sizes to choose from, mini, regular and giant. I went with the regular today but I think next time I'll go with the mini. I ordered the roast beef and provolone Mikey's way. Mikey's way is lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, spices and oil and vinegar. Also, they slice your cheese and meat fresh, yes FRESH! I think they need the "taste fresh" slogan more than subway. The guy who put my sandwich together was all about it, he didn't rush the process and didn't make a mess out of it either. Anyway, my sandwich tasted great, I could taste all the ingredients and they all went well together. The bread was soft and the roast beef wasn't dry.
