He must have asked us at least 10 times during our dinner if we needed refills on anything, how is everything tasting, can I get you anything else, etc. Dude had the biggest most genuine smile the entire time too. At some point I even joked saying: "dude, clearly you're looking for a promotion! You're insanely good at this!" And he laughed and said something along the lines of "Just doing my job." Talk about humble. Anyway, enough about the best waiter I've probably had in a year or two. The food was okay as usual, big portions of pasta and salad as always, breadsticks are breadsticking, Alfredo sauce ready to be dipped. I come to this location about once a month, and overall am pretty pleased with the experience. The best aspect of this restaurant is the service. Whoever hires and trains the waitstaff is doing a great job. These kids are courteous, attentive and accommodating. Couldn't ask for more. The food is consistent, always a good meal with their unlimited breadsticks and soup or salad. If I am having soup, the pasta fagioli is my go to dish. For entrees, chicken parmigiana and the "build your own pastas" are my favorites. My one complaint is that many times the coffee is warm, not hot. I definitely prefer a hot cup of coffee during and after a meal. read more

I ordered the cheese tortellini and it was amazing. My in-laws enjoyed their food too. My husband was happy with good food and being surrounded by family. It was a win win for everyone. Ambiance was very crowded and loud. The table next to us was rude and extremely loud. They had children with them and gave each child a tablet with blaring volume. Pickup order: service to vehicle good and was within 5 minutes of checkin. The chicken scampi a disappointment- did not have bell peppers and red onions as advertised--as usual. Not sure what was in there; perhaps hard stalks of asparagus cut in 1/2 inch pieces and seemingly tomato pieces that I had to pick out since I can't eat tomatoes. So, I've gone to this location a few times this year and it's been a good dining experience each time. The servers are usually very attentive and the restaurant space is well-maintained. It's located in the Village Mall center so, there's ample parking, too. The food tastes great! Recently, I did a Create Your Own pasta with the rigatoni in a mushroom cream sauce with broccoli or Italian sausage. The salad and breadsticks are also the best as I'm sure you're familiar. Out of all the Olive Garden locations, I'd say this is one of the better ones and considering it's usually busy, it is worth giving a try. read more

Upon arrival, we were promptly seated; however, things did not progress smoothly. Our server failed to take our order accurately, resulting in me receiving Chicken Scampi instead of the Shrimp Scampi. My guest waited to eat, and by the time the correct order arrived, his food was cold. Furthermore, the items we ordered to go never arrived. After a considerable wait, our server returned to address the issue of the missing food. Value: the average cost of eating out within my community for two people is around $80.00 therefore the cost was as expected. Ambiance: This restaurnat maintains a family oriented vibe. The Olive Garden experience isn't exactly what it used to be. The endless bread sticks is still a thing but unfortunately they only bring you one per person at the table. Service is decent and staff are always friendly. The ambiance is is nice. I love the wine racks encased in glass. The bar is nice. Food quality is good. I would say above average and the portions are a good size. Overall if it wasn't for the lack of bread sticks and the time it takes to replace your bread sticks amongst other dishes such as the Alfredo dipping sauce I would be happier. read more

Classic restaurant to go to! My partner and I wanted to get Olive Garden together and I wanted to try the Bucatini with spicy three meat sauce! Blythe and Diego, our servers, were attentive and great! They've checked in and helped us with our orders! Consistently refilled our soups, breadsticks and sauce! I got the Chicken and Gnocchi soup with unlimited breadsticks! The ambiance was average and not too crowded on a weekday night! Tip: You can get the unlimited sauce on the side to dip in your breadsticks for $3! The restrooms are near the front and there's ample parking! I always come to this Olive Garden because it's close to my house. This day I came after work and I used their handy dandy app to order my food to be picked up curbside. I drove to the restaurant and waited in my car. I was approached by one of the employees and she stated that the restaurant had lost power and that they had just regained power so the food was not going to be ready at the promised time. I told her that was okay. I then called the restaurant and asked if I could get something complimentary for my inconvenience. The manager offered me a free soda. The food came out about 10 minutes later so it wasn't much of a wait at all. I drove home. Grab the Olive Garden paper bag and guess what? The soup had seeped through the bag and the bag gave out with all my food flying to my garage floor. The soup wasn't packed well. Thankfully the other food items were perfectly fine. The soup was splattered all over my garage. I took the food into the house and called Olive Garden. I spoke to the manager again and told him what happened. He asked, "how can I make this right for you? " I told him I just only wanted to replace my soup. He said he would send me a gift card via email. He did just that. I appreciate him keeping his word and being willing to rectify the issue. 5 stars for the manager in how he handled the situation. Although I didn't go inside the restaurant, I can honestly say the employees are welcoming and respectful of your time and money which sets the ambiance as friendly. read more

We are going to another Italian restaurant and it was packed so grandkids wanted to go to Olive Garden. We were seated pretty quick as we were a party of five. This was on a Thursday night and it was pretty crowded. Our server was Kevin and he was very attentive made sure we have water, soda, more bread, etc. On the menu, they have smaller portions. Since we didn't want leftovers, this worked out for four of us as the younger one had a kids menu. I had an Italian margarita and it was pretty good. Did an online order and the process was very easy. My order was ready in 25 minutes. The pick up was also easy and the workers were friendly! Got two kids meal which comes with 2 breadsticks and a drink for each meal. They also have a $6 to go entree promotion so I was able to get an order of fettuccine alfredo and spaghetti with meat sauce for $6 each. Came here on a Friday night of Father's Day. They were able to seat our party of 4 right away even though they were super busy. Our server Esteban was moving through his tables. Our drinks came quickly and he was ready to take our order before we were even ready. Food came out pretty quickly as well. The chicken gnocchi was super salty. I had to add water and even then I could use it as a sauce for my food. Pasta was pretty good though. I got the tour of Italy. The chicken was the best part. Super crispy but not overly oily. The kids options are pretty great too. They can create their own pasta or choose from a good amount of options. Only other thing I would note is that it was very hot due to the lights. It's a chain but when they are consistent with good service and the food is predictable in a good way, so I see nothing to knock off. Only thing was the stuffed Marsala had very little Marsala sauce and the stuffing was very mushy bread which didn't taste so great. Otherwise I enjoyed the nostalgic endless soup and salad. Spaghetti and meatballs dish was perfect for the little one. And the tour of Italy. Highly recommend the dipping sauce for breadsticks. Fun place for a family night out. read more

This dining experience was super awkward. I'm not sure if it was the servers first day or week , and while she was friendly and kind she was really lacking service knowledge. She didn't bring out soup refills when asked, my husband had an entree with soup and that never came out, she said she'd have to charge me for a salad refill even though I ordered soup salad and bread sticks. She checked on us a lot which is nice but again didn't fill our water cups or bring our to go containers. She said the manager would bring them out for us and the manager walked by a few times and we just got tired of waiting we left all the food behind. 3 out of the four meals just left there. Honestly this was on a gift card and had I known it would be like this I would have picked a different restaurant. She also made some uncomfortable comment like of the items can refill can I fill them for you? Like did she think I'd ask for a cocktail refill? I'm not sure but like I even started to question my husband if I did something to upset her because she didn't want to wait on us. Like literally she was like "my manager will handle your togo containers" when we saw her helping the table across from us. We went to the Olive Garden for a family dinner of about 18 people. We had reservations but had to wait for 20 minutes while they set up our table . Sadly, there was only one server and she couldn't get the order correct and she came to our table more than once to repeat our order. We ended up with two extra soups and one salad missing. No one came to refresh our drinks. Finally, our food came...understandable because we were a large party but not everyone got served at the same time. One person in our party never got her food. We complained to the assistant manager and she ended up taking her food to go. I don't blame our server because she was only one person but the Olive Garden should of had more than one server taking care of the table read more

We were seated and our server (Robert) was excellent. Very attentive, professional and personable. One of the managers (Gabby) came by our table as well as other tables, introduced herself and asked if we needed anything....nice touch and greatly appreciated. The food was freshly prepared and outstanding. I had the shrimp scampi, my wife had the stuffed chicken marsala. Both prepared exceptionally....not to mention the salad and bread rolls. The shrimp and chicken carbonara was very good tasting. I'm glad they have less salt. The restaurant seems haphazard. Too many people in black milling around and not enough attention to detail. I.e., the bus carts were in the room where we were sat - just in front of our table! All that unused square footage and the clean up cart is where they sat their customers!!!! I stopped by to pick up lunch. The young lady that took my order had a great upbeat spirit and attitude. And I appreciated that. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. Once I received my order I asked if they could grate some of the cheese on it because the few packets they added in the bag wasn't enough. So the young lady handed it off to a young man at the front counter. Well the little sprinkle that he added was a joke. So I decided to just leave it at that. Then when I got to work and took it out to eat I noticed that it barely had meat sauce on it as well. It hardly covered my spaghetti at all. it was a terrible experience.
