I was never a huge Jersey Mike's fan until I came to this location, and now it's becoming my go-to sandwich spot. The shop is located in a plaza with plenty of parking, and is always clean with plenty of seating. The staff here is always incredibly friendly and takes the time to prepare your sandwich exactly as you want it, no matter how busy they are (and they always have people in there). I've had a variety of sandwiches here with no complaints, but I think their BLT is damn near perfect; it's got plenty of bacon and is one of the best BLTs I've ever had (get it Mike's Way with some cherry pepper relish, you won't regret it). THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & THEY ARE THIEFS! I placed a order "ON THE JERSEY MIKE'S APP", not on a 3rd party app, so since I never received my ordered, I called Jersey Mike's to find out what happened, the first thing the shit head said was "oh, she picked it up", and I said who, I was told "I don't know, the girl". I said I never received it, which shit head said "it was my fault for using a 3rd party app. & that it's my problem", that's when things got heated! They offered not to replace it, nor refund it, once again said it was my fault for using the app., and it's my $39.00 Loss! I emailed corporate but I decided I should share my email here as well. While placing my order, I momentarily forgot to specify the size of the sub. Instead of simply asking for clarification, the cashier responded in a way that felt unprofessional and dismissive. She laughed, repeatedly stared at me, and shook her head while staring at me, which made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed over what was a very minor mistake. Additionally, I noticed another employee who was adding toppings had her hair hanging down over the food and it was not pulled back or secured. This raised a food safety concern for me and added to my overall discomfort during the visit. I understand that working in food service can be stressful, but customers should be treated with basic courtesy, and food handling standards should be consistently followed. This experience was disappointing and not what I've come to expect from Jersey Mike's. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed. I ordered the club sub on the app with chips. My co worker placed an order for the same thing. He went to pick up our order and when he came back we realized that he got the wrong chips and I didn't get my chips at all. When I called the store to kindly let them know that they forgot my chips the young girl on the other end immediately got upset and claimed she packed our online order correctly. I thought this was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was gonna refund me the $2.50 for the chips. This occurred on 11/11/25 so it's been a total of 9 days and I still have not received my refund. The sandwich was delicious but I also asked for Oil & Vinegar on the side and of course they forgot to include that in my order as well. This is our usual mikes and often have great customer service but had a terrible experience today:( I believe her name was estefany, we started ordering , our second sandwhich was a mikes hot italian , she made a face and told us she hates making that specific sandwhich , we apologized but it was the one we wanted. We ordered our third sandwhich and she looked upset , she didn't ask if we wanted anything else and instead moved on to the customer next to us but we still had one more sandwich to order , she was rude and gave a sarcastic smile to the person next to us apologizing to her. The girl with tattoos and dyed hair that added the veggies was great and so was the girl at register. The employees are usually amazing but this girl made us very uncomfortable, sighed, and made sarcastic remarks. I usually never take time to write negative reviews but it was truly distasteful. We apologized to the girl at register in case our orders caused an inconvenience. Such a shame the others employees are amazing but this girl made my family and i uncomfortable to come back. First time coming to this location and got good service. I ordered the California club regular size and it was delicious. I like how the deli meats are sliced fresh with your order and this big staff member gave me a nice big serving of avocado on my sandwhich. Love the flavors of Turkey avocado and bacon. I came to pick up 2 sandwiches for friends. The 2 girls in the pictures look like they just got out of bed and came in to work. They did not come across as friendly or welcoming at all. I was really annoyed. It was my first time at a Jersey Mike's and honestly I prefer going to Subway after today's experience. Who wants to walk in to a place and see sour faces? We all should be grateful to have a job, especially after all this covid situation where we all realized we can lose everything in a moment. Disappointing to say the least. We love JM but this location had awful customer service. There were three young women working and no one in line ahead of us. They were obviously working on online orders, but no one greeted us. I stood by the young woman slicing meat and cheese and while she looked up at me and made eye contact 3 times, she never said anything. I finally jumped in and just placed my order. While I was waiting for the topping person to ask me what we would like on our sandwiches, the third woman by the register calls over to me asking if I want any drinks. I literally said, "Are you talking to me?" Since no one had spoken to me until this point. The food was as it is, and at least prepared fresh and tasted on par, but I'd go to any of the other locations around if you want to be treated like you are there in person. read more

Today's morning staff was rude and unhelpful especially the manager. I placed an online order for delivery and called to confirm the staff had seen my note under special instructions, first I was told my order was complete and I didn't place a note, then I was told they were busy and I should have called sooner. I asked if they followed my instructions, they didn't, so I asked if it would be fixed. After asking multiple times if my order would be fixed I was told they would fix it as best as they could. What does that even mean? You either fix the order or you don't. I will not use this location, I'm very disappointed with the way I was spoken too. read more

I've been coming to this Jersey Mike's for years and I've tried a handful of their menu items. Overall, I'd say my rating for them ends up around 4/5, because it's been more good than bad. It can be pretty hit or miss. Pros: I love the mobile ordering feature, it makes it easy to pick up lunch in a hurry. I also love that they have Pepsi products. Lastly, I appreciate how they slice the deli meat and cheese in front of you when you order so you know it's as fresh as possible. Cons: the quality of the food can be hit or miss. I stopped ordering avocado on my sandwiches because one time I bit into the avocado "stem" or cap which found its way into my sandwich from this location. Also, when you place an online order, you can't order a fountain soda, only bottles. I wish they would change this because I prefer fountain soda and I always have to order it separately when I get there. If you're not counting calories, I recommend the Mike's Famous Philly or Cali Club Sub. If you are, the turkey/provolone is a good option. If you're gluten-free, they have gluten free buns, or you can get your sub in a "tub" with no bun (picture attached), but I find that it's not nearly as good in a tub. read more

The food is fine. The lady making the sandwiches was so rude. I couldn't even say what I wanted as she was grabbing the next things. Then she says so these sandwiches are both mikes way I said no one doesn't have onions and she rolled her eyes and was clearly annoyed.
