I called three times before walking in to the shop. The shop was empty besides two employees. Once I placed the order, I mentioned I called and no one answered. The cashier looked at the phone and said it never rang. I pointed out that the phone was unplugged. If I could give zero I would these subs were the worst I have ever gotten from Jersey mikes we ordered two one roast beef and one big kauna the roast beef was so rare it tasted like metal the second one was on the first half I went to eat the second half and the first bite I found a piece of hard plastic it was like a water bottle cap. I almost choked on the plastic it was horrible we threw out subs away and called and all they could say was we can make a new sub tomorrow. This is unacceptable that they would even have hard plastic in the food. Last year I was in Florida and tried JM's roast beef, then I gave this location a try. It wasn't as good, but I did like my sandwich. Then I switched to the #13: The original italian. YUMMY!! Its my new "go to" choice here at Jersey Mike's. Its a nice, refreshing sandwich that makes my mouth and tummy happy. I order my sandwich online and then walk in and pick up. Its ready within 20 minutes and I never have to wait. I don't visit Subway or Togos, or even Wich Which. Jersey Mike's is the best fast-food chain store sub around. I love this place. The bread is always killer. I like the tuna salad sandwich. It has a unique flavor with the red wine vinegar/olive oil/oregano dressing. Absolutely delicious. And generous portions. My wife and daughter like the turkey. The sandwich is big enough that they split one between themselves. Super-tasty turkey and that special dressing plays well on turkey, too. The service is always pleasant and speedy. I was craving a Jersey Mike's sandwich. Came in today and I was the only customer in the restaurant with 3 employees working. The employee's working were all involved in a conversation, I let them finish, they then greeted me and asked what I wanted. My sandwich was made nice & quick and tasted good. There was no real customer service or personality by any of the 3 employees. Once I paid I sat down to eat. Tables & floor was dirty, looks like nothing had been cleaned i a while. All 3 employees went to back kitchen standing around talking, on cell phones and 1 even sat on the prep metal table, which I know is out of compliance. For 25 minutes no one did any work beside giving 2 orders to a delivery person which was made before I came in. To the Managers and or owners, your team needs more customer service training or supervision of keeping busy. Labor hours are being waisted. Produce was a little poor. Tomatoes looked old and lettuce was browning. Generally, we always order one of 2 sandwiches and almost all Jersey mikes have a managers special deal. This one did not but she told me people always ask. Then with the kids meal, I always get my kid chips instead of the cookie. Ordered on the phone and I don't know if this girl was having a bad day but wasn't very friendly to begin with and wasn't friendly when my fiancé picked up. Ordered a number 8 & 13, both breads were stale and they didn't add bacon to the number 8, even after specifically asking to add bacon over the phone lol. By far the WORST jersey mikes experience Walked in to an empty store and when I walked up to place an order the ENTIRE STAFF didn't greet nor acknowledge me & continued to work on online orders for about 15 minutes. Finally when placing our order we repeated it about 2 times to be sure they got it right & they still continued to ask us which bread and which order about 4-5 more times. When receiving and having paid for my food already something told me to check my sandwiches incase something was missing and Ofcourse the bacon was so I let them know if they can just Add it then, and the young lady that had been cooking on the grill had a worse attitude then when she asked which sandwich it was. Before even adding the bacon she had been whispering to the guy cashier to make sure he charged us for the bacon?? Why order online if it's not going to be ready when you arrive. My order was supposed to be ready by 12:29pm but I didn't receive it until 12:44pm. Normally not a big deal but because I was short on time for lunch I really needed the food to be ready at the time they said it would be. This place is always messy and dirty, no one cleaning but yet they stand around like there's nothing to do when they should get their lazy asses out clean the dining area, restock with napkins, chips etc. not sure if this is a franchise or corporate location but someone needs to stop in unannounced. read more

Let me start by saying that I love Jersey mikes, but only when the location and service is at franchise standards. The guy that cut my bread squished the loaf down as he cut, leaving barely any bread for the top. After ordering mikes way, the gir sprinkled oil and vinegar leaving my sandwich completely dry, then when I went back in to get more oil and vinegar, the manager doused it beyond what should have originally been put, leaving my tongue with a burning sensation after I ate. In my opinion this staff need to be retrained or replaced. I usually get a giant for lunch and save half for dinner, but this is going on the trash where it belongs, a waste of money! read more

How is Jersey Mike's as a chain still in business? The only one I've ever tried is this location and I've been here twice. Quiznos tastes better and Subway offers a way better value. The first time I ordered a Turkey Breast and Provolone and it didn't do it for me. It was pricey, bready and the sandwich didn't have any flavor. I already regretted ordering once I opened my mouth, once I realized the customization options were so few... no avocado, no olives... two of my favorite ingredients. The second time I ended up here was because I went to Fresh and Easy and they were out of sandwiches. I went to Quiznos in that plaza only to find it was closed (one of the many that are closing of this quickly dying chain). So it was between Subway and Jersey Mike's which were both on the way back to work. I was just going to go Subway, but thought, "What the heck, give Jersey Mike's another chance, maybe your first visit a year ago was just a one time thing." So there I am looking at the menu and thinking again, "Man, I forgot they don't have avocado or olives. How much is it to add bacon? Where's the price for that?" There was no cold sandwich that I was feeling. I ordered the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak, which is the one that has onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos and cheese. Their cheesesteak sandwich is okay, but could use a more meat. At $8 for a regular, I don't feel the value is there. The whole time I was thinking, "Philly's Best, Philly's Best, Philly's Best..." Philly's Best just has more of everything. More meat, more juicy, sweet hot peppers, better taste and they have fries! It just topped off my bust of a lunch break. I wanted a $4 Turkey Croissant Sandwich at Fresh and Easy. I moved up to the $6 Quiznos Sub but they were out stone cold with the hand written "out of business" sign. Ended up spending $8 for Jersey Mike's and it wasn't even as satisfying a Fresh and Easy sammie. 30 minute quick run for to go order lunch break turned into 53 minutes. Not a good Howie day. If you do come, the service here is normal and it's easy to find a seat. Both times I came for lunch on a weekday there were only a couple of people in the restaurant. I won't be back. Sometimes, I even get a free sandwich (if the Angels score more than 10 runs in a game). Everyone working here has always been nice, and the sandwiches are always fresh.Their biggest sandwich could feed a family of four. I tend to order the original Italian or the California chicken. Their chicken kills anything Subway could ever offer. Of course, this is probably because they cook the chicken fresh on the griddle in front of your face. What I got: Chipotle Cheese Steak: comes with grilled onions, peppers, and chipotle mayo. I added on lettuce and tomatoes. I was frantic trying to find a sub shop that would accommodate my 100+ sub order within 48 hours. Other Jersey Mike's near me were full for catering however I got lucky when I called and this location. They were able to have all 9 boxes of subs by the box ready for me. The staff was extremely welcoming and nice. Many staff were on hand and they did look very busy with other catering orders. I want to thank the staff for helping me with my large order in a short time. I will be returning to this location because of their helpfulness and kindness. Jersey Mike's is one of our favorite restaurants. We had a unpleasant experience prior to the world wide pandemic and still continued to patronize this particular location, despite Megan's indifferent and callous service. We avoided dealing with her and simply went elsewhere when she was there. We had to modify and change our habitual dining methods due Covid as did the rest of the world . Unfortunately we accidentally ordered over the phone and were again unpleasantly greated by her when we went to pick up my office's sandwiches. We realize that we have choices when it comes to spending our hard earned money, but it behooves the Owners business to have her deal with the loyal customer base Jersey Mike's has built. I love how friendly the other associates are, dis she not receive the same training? A fake smile doesn't change your personality nor your ability to make somebody's experience a dreadful one.
