I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a #9 sandwich online and asks for pickles and banana peppers on the side. They were not in the bag and they would not give them to my husband. Got the sandwich home. There was barely any meat on it and it had ZERO taste! The bread was also not fresh at all. The sandwich was almost $20! Forget ordering on-line. We started coming here a few months ago and the order was always wrong. The last time we ordered on-line every sandwhich was wrong. I contacted customer service for a refund so they forwarded my email to the management. Haven't heard back. The only way to get a good sub here is to go into the restaurant and watch them put on every ingredient. But really, there are much better places to eat for the money. read more

Yesterday I ordered 5 giant subs online for an event and when I went to pick them up I had to wait 20+ minutes and I watched people walk in and get their orders while I waited. I spent just under $100 added a tip (which I now wish I could remove) to wait. The sandwiches at this location were on par with pretty much any other JMS. The problem was the attitude of the staff. We went to JMS specifically because they have gluten-free bread. When the member of our small group stated that they needed gf bread, there was the usual question on if it was for allergy or preference. When it was stated that it was an allergy the response of the employee was a huge eye roll and loud sigh. She walked over to another employee and told her, in a loud and snarky tone, that there is an allergy. "Well crap!" was the response. Nice and professional, ladies. They were good about wiping everything down, but it was clearly done with distain. We were the only customers in the shop, so it wasn't like they were super busy and had a long line. read more

The individual who took my order had the personality of a plant, "What do you want?" and then walked off. Only to return and ask the question again. I had to ask her to repeat herself at least three times with my choices. As I waited for my order I observed this individual prepare a lot of sandwiches with speed and skill. Came by today 5/10/25 and ordered a number 8. I paid and got the wrong sandwich which contained mustard which my girlfriend is severely allergic to and had to take her to urgent care to get a steroid shot. I went back to speak to a manager about it and he immediately referred to a refund or remake of the sandwich which was the least of my worries although a refund would have been least they could do. They said they needed "the sandwich" back. These people care nothing about us, only our $ which they wouldn't be open if it wasn't for the people who buy from them like us. This is a very good sandwich place. They make up the sandwiches fresh and according to your specific instructions. It's much like Subway in the way they do things, but the sandwiches here are about a hundred times better. I think they serve much nicer breads and meats. It's a little more expensive, but definitely worth the extra money. This location is located in a strip mall near a Vons grocery store and next to several other stores and restaurants. There is more than adequate parking, but sometimes when things are busy you might have a problem finding a place to park. read more

Workers are not properly trained on sanitation, they handle your food after they handled the register!!! U must change gloves when dealing with the register and food. New workers need to be trained on how to handle gift card sale's instead of relying on the manager to handle this issue. My family goes to Jersey Mike's often and in different locations. I can tell you from that the quality of service at this location is not the standard of service that is provided from other locations. Therefore, I have rated this location with a 2-star. It has been the second time I have been to this location and their credit card machines were down and had only accepted cash. Mind you, this so happened both times at its most busiest time (lunch). Another issue we had was with the amount of meat put on the sandwich. It was so little, that my son had asked where the meat was. Again, we go to Jersey Mike's often and this location the workers were just skimpy. I recommend probably trying a different location if you like Jersey Mike's, I know we will. I ordered a number eight ham, turkey, bacon club and when it came time to say what I wanted on it, they didn't put the bacon. They started to put the sandwich together and cut it and I said well what about the bacon and she said that I didn't say I wanted it. Why would I have to ask for something that comes on the sandwich? That's like ordering the Italian sandwich and not putting on the salami because somebody didn't say that they wanted it. It comes with it! When I told her, of course I want the bacon that's what makes it a club, her whole demeanor changed and she was quite rude about it. If you get a provolone and ham sandwich, do you have to say you want the provolone? Of course not? I understand mistakes happen, but she tried to imply that I somehow did something wrong. I usually really like Jersey Mikes subs. But the last few times when I ordered the veggie for delivery, they missed putting in the bell peppers for the sandwich and the other ingredients were skimpy. They missed the bells peppers on three occasions. There is not much to the sandwich anyway. This was reported and received no acknowledgment of the mistake, also implying that it was probably ordered wrong, which it wasn't. No coupon for a future visit. I really want to give this store 5 stars. They've had great customer service and have made great food. But they are not covid safe, allowing anyone in. The manager said there was nothing she could do, when we all know full well she can do crowd control. I had stopped writing reviews but today I had such a horrible experience that it has brought me here again. This was my very first time trying Jersey Mike's so I was very excited. Originally I went during my lunch time 12:00, as I was placing my order, I specified no sauce of any kind on my sandwich as I don't like mayonnaise and ranch is pretty close to it. I had ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. When I got to work, I had what looked like a salami and ham sandwich. I couldn't eat it because it had vinegar and yellow peppers. I just don't like that. Anyhow, I call the shop and they tell me to come pick up the sandwich. I couldn't leave work so I told them that I would swing by after work. They didn't apologized or offered a refund. After work I show up and they hand me my sandwich. Upon opening it, I was so disgusted. The bread was soggy, the tomato and lettuce had turned brown. Have you ever seen the lettuce turn transparent and brownish. That's how it looked. The tomato was wrinkly and very yucky. The pictures don't show what it looked like in actuality. I am very disappointed with this experience. Jersey Mike's is not cheap so I post this review so that you think twice before selecting this place. I don't know if all locations operate this way. The only reason they are getting two stars is because the sandwiches were good, so ill give them an extra star for that. This location has the worst customer service. The person taking the order looks like shes bored and was completely uninterested in me explaining how I wanted my sandwich. She told me to wait until it was on the board to tell them how I wanted it, but allowed other people to tell her ahead of time. The cashier was polite but is not on top of checking what sandwiches are ready. This resulted in another customer, my husband and myself waiting for over 15 minutes only to find out our sandwiches had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. We were within sight the entire time. There was no reason that the cook and the front of the store can't communicate with each other in order to have a smooth process of getting their customers in and out. There was no apology and no thank you or a smile.. It seems that at least in the last year customer service is not a priority. We will not be returning. read more
