I came in today and got a #13 and #42 and it was both made wonderfully! The staff was kind and very respectful, they were all willing to help and suggest the best way to top the #13 mikeway. I have never tried it like that but i will most definitely be getting it again! I order 2 sandwiches via the mobile app for curbside pickup. Time for them to be ready was 5:47. I left my home and came to the store, checked in via the app at 5:55 (food should have been done) sat in the car till 6:09, husband went in to see if they were ready and the smart ass punk behind the counter said "can't you see we are busy, we have a lot of orders and they will all come out at the same time." I'm not sure that's how it works. But fine. Went back to car. I called the restaurant from my car at 6:17 no answer. I called again at 6:30 and a young girl answered and said she came out looking, which didn't happen because I have seen sitting there watching the door. There is no reason a curbside order should take an hour. So now my hot sub is cold and my cold sub was soggy and it was even the right bread. Very poor service. Food tends to be decent, a bit expensive honestly, nothing different than what you'd expect from other Jersey Mike stores. Only issue I have with this store in particular is the service. I typically do pick up orders and have been in the store when the employees say to one another to just skip over pick up orders because "they can wait". Has happened multiple times now and defeats the purpose of using the pick up system altogether. Worth noting, there's a Chick Fil A across the street that is more respectful of customers and their time. read more

I've been here only at dinner time. It is not as crowded as I'm sure it is a lunchtime so service is not an issue. I like the food and agree with another reviewer that the food is better than Subway. Easily the worst Jersey mikes I've been to. Walked into the store and tried to place an order. Right when they started to prep the sandwich, the cashier told me their card reader doesn't work and they don't accept cash... so why did they start my order?? Decided to come back a week later after downloading the app to place an order. Once I picked up my order and unwrapped it, the entire sandwich fell apart. The service was great. The food was good. The meat slicer was dirty, sliced ham, roast beef, cheese and never wiped down the machine. The employees never changed the gloves handled meat, cheese and bread and handled a knife and other utensils never changed. Area next to the grill is dirty with food debris on the bottom shelf. I love this place. The Big Kahuna on Rosemary Parmesan -mushrooms +lettuce & pickles has satisfied me more than Subway ever could. I love Jersey Mike's and this location definitely doesn't disappoint. I always get great service and great quality food when I go. This visit was especially great, because the owner was there working along side her employees in an apron and visor. No one knew she was the owner because she was working just like everyone else, but husband has met her before and knew who she was. To see an owner take orders, wipe tables and converse with customers and employees says alot about how much she cares about her store and employees. It shows that she truely understands what her employees deal with every day and that she is not above them, but that they are all part of the same team. Very impressed! read more

Update: 11/17/2016 So, in the past 3 or 4 months, I have had 3 (THREE) orders incorrect. Now, typically this wouldn't be a big deal, except that it's always at lunch, and I'm always ALL THE WAY BACK AT MY DESK on NAS Pensacola. And if you know what a chore it is leaving/coming back to the base at lunch, you know when your order is wrong, you can either call and complain or do nothing. The past couple times before when this happened, a lady helped me, and said my next sandwich was free. That was like 4 months ago. Last week, I ordered a Club (#9) which comes with bacon; and they left off the bacon!!!! So, when I discovered this at my desk, I called, and politely explained what happened. The gentleman that helped me said he'd tell "Matt" and that "Matt" would get back to me. When I got out of work (we can't have our phones where I work) I saw I had a missed call from the Jersey Mike's number, but NO MESSAGE. NO APOLOGY. NO NOTHING. I went in today, and I spoke with "Matt"; explained the situation. While I was explaining, I was polite and cordial. Thinking they were going to take care of the sandwich today, I ordered the exact same sandwich I'd ordered last week when they got it wrong. And when I got to the register, he said they couldn't just pay for my sandwich. Excuse me? He actually told me that I would have had to have brought the sandwich all the way back and showed them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So, you're not only insulting me by suggesting that I can't afford an $8 sandwich, but that I would actually lie about it and expect a freebie. I told them they could just keep their sandwich today. Matt, if you are reading this, YOUR store made the mistake, and a pretty blatant one at that.
