Lots and lots and lots of mayonnaise- ewwww
    Rob B.

Ordered a new #13. Staff was nice and friendly and the wait was less than 5 minutes tops. The sandwich was a disaster though- now dont get me wrong, i love jimmy johns food- but who in their right mind globs mayo (see picture) on a sandwich like this? Not this guy! I used the chips to scoop it off half my meal, the other half i just tossed. Im not that guy to complain and try to get free meals, money back etc. so- in the trash it went. The sweet tea was good ;)

This is the flattest $8 sandwich over ever seen!

Ordered 2 number 5 combos without onions to go. They yelled out when my order was ready. I walked up, my sandwich's were plopped on top of the outer counter ready to be grabbed and go. Except I was not dining in so I patiently stood there waiting for the gentleman to finish making a sandwich. Then he preceded to ignore me and started making another sandwich. I politely interrupted and asked for a bag. The woman working next to him crassly said they are in front of you, you can grab them. I've never eaten at a fast food restaurant where they expect you to reach into the food prep area to grab your own bag and napkins. I know it's fast food, and it's hard to find help, but maybe if you expect your customers to package their own to go orders the to go items would be placed in a customer area. Not something I would pay $8 for again.

Sucks. Nothing in there. We don't go never again. that was first time and last time. Only a lot of lettuce.

Sucks. Only have alot of lettuce. subway better and cheap delicious x 100

Did not even finish changing clothes and they were already waiting for me to pick up order.

The place is a meat lover's daydream--goat, Wagyu beef, turkey, and more cuts of steak and chicken than you can shake a cast-iron skillet at. And the best part? Prices that don't make you wince on the way to the register. We sampled our way through like it was our civic duty, and every bite backed up the hype. The Italian cotechino sausage ended up pulling double duty--first in a pot of collard greens that could make a preacher shout, and then in a potato hash that was nothing short of sinful. The olives? Lord have mercy. Worth the stop all by themselves. Now let's talk atmosphere. This place looks like a gas station that found religion and got saved by a butcher block--and I mean that as the highest compliment. It's got character, grit, and just enough charm to make you want to hang around longer than you planned. Do yourself a favor: don't just think about going--go. Make the trip, take the detour, tell whoever's with you they'll thank you later. And for the love of all things good and right, get the tuna dip. I don't know what they're putting in it, but it ought to be studied by scientists

I'm convinced they were blessed by the Greek gods themselves. Fresh ingredients, tender gyro meat that practically melts on contact, and that perfect balance of herbs and seasoning, it's easily the best gyro in town, hands down. And don't even get me started on the Cuban sandwich and the buffalo chicken fries. Those are my "don't think, just order" picks. Every. Single. Time. Flavorful, hearty, and dangerously addictive. But I have to be honest: Recently I've missed seeing my favorite Hip Pocket employee, Leigh! The one and only. She gives the kind of customer service that makes you feel like you're walking into your best friend's kitchen. Absolutely nothing against the rest of the team as they're great! They are just not her. Leigh could teach masterclasses in hospitality. She's a huge part of why I've been a loyal regular for years. The food is outstanding, but Leigh's kindness and energy are the extra magic that keeps me coming back. I never have a need to get hummus from the grocery store or even make it myself when I'm in Pensacola anymore! The hummus at Chickpea house is so good and super affordable. The menu is super simple. Pita, falafel, fries, hummus, tahini, and a few veggies for salad and to make a sandwich (which is a pita with falafel in it). I would like to say this place is vegan, but since I didn't see it listed anywhere on the menu I'll just say that this place is good for vegetarians for sure. Not gonna lie I love Mediterranean meats and I would love to see kafta or any lamb on the menu. I understand that the simplicity is what makes this non-traditional Palestinian restaurant efficient and fast casual, however!
