I was very disappointed with the state of the restaurant and the staff. I'm afraid the owner or manager isn't paying any attention to this location and because of this I won't be back. Probably should not post this and I don't recommend anyone copy.. but went to Jersey Mike's orders sandwiches at end of line ready to pay when I realized I forgot my wallet, manger just smiled and said well will you pay us later I responded of course. He let me have the sandwiches. Came back a few hrs later to pay and assistant manager thanked me for coming back. She offered me a discount for honesty. We could tell this was a new place as soon as we walked in the door. There were only a few customers and the restaurant was spotless. Overstaffed by about three people and all were very energetic and very welcoming. We ordered our food and sat down to wait. A few minutes later they called our name and we grabbed our food. My Buffalo Chicken Wrap was really good, at least to those of us that like wing sauce and blue cheese dressing. Yum! I also appreciated the fact that they offered a wheat tortilla and I didn't have to ask. My BF got a Chipotle Cheesesteak and said it was pretty good too. The prices were reasonable. Different day, same results. Like my last order, missing ingredients and condiments that were asked for in the add-ons and instructions. Pickup time was for 1:35PM, arrived 1:15PM - to make sure my add-ons and condiments were applied to each of the three sandwiches. Don't you think, they were already done at 1:15Pm and waiting for pickup. This was an online order. They are in such a dam rush to get these bagged, they disregard the instructions and the check boxes for additional items. This is the second time, same results. I gave two stars; as for the sandwiches were still good, but I had two unhappy family members because they wanted the extra items that were in the instructions and checked. As always, hardly any tomatoes when we asked for extra this time (there was practically none on my last order). Missing spicy brown mustard and banana peppers. Every time I go here it is poor service. The last time they got my order mixed up and provided the wrong sub. The time before that they completely forgot to put my sub in the bag. I have to go here a lot to pick up food for my boss and they are notoriously bad. Went to order 3 sandwiches and the guy cutting the meat had a bloody hand! He had a clear glove on but how do I know if there could have been a hole in it!! He should have stepped away from the meat slicer, cleaned up the bloody mess, put a band aide on and the glove on to return to work. Ordered 4 sandwiches. Got sandwiches 3 customers later. Only received 3 out of 4 and didn't realize until later. Called store and Jordan said "yes I remember your order of 4 sandwiches.". When told that one is missing, Jordan replied, "well you shouldn't have left if it was. Guess you can come back if you want us to make it." Upon returning and waiting on the missing sandwich, there were no apologies from any of the staff and staff had a annoyed rude attitude as if they are being inconvenienced. This Jersey Mike's is just like other locations I love - the food is fresh, the staff is friendly, and I can be out the door with a great quality meal in 10 minutes! This is my favorite place for traditional sandwiches (sandwiches without crazy toppings or sauces) because the sliced-to-order meats and cheeses are sooo fresh and everything tastes better Mike's Way. This is my go-to place when I decide to eat a quick meal out, and even though the prices might be a little higher than other sandwich shops, the quality and staff make it worth it every time. Jersey Mike's Subs is my favorite for a traditional sub sandwich, that includes all the traditional meats. I prefer a competitor for a normal plain ham sandwich but this is my go to sandwich place. Went here on a Sunday at around noon to grab a quick bite. The staff was friendly and helpful and also offered suggestions for sandwiches on the menu that they enjoyed. I ended up getting "The Original Italian" after the staff suggested it. This was only my first time at a Jersey Mike's and I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of tables and chairs inside and outside to sit at. I can't say it's the best sub sandwich I've ever had, but it was good. My little cutie pie and I met my hubby here for lunch. Hubby had the sliced to order #6 Roast Beef Special he really liked. It was huge with all the veggies, oil and vinegar. I had the #17 Philly Cheesesteak, not bad. I've learned my lesson not to order a kid's meal just because often times lesser quality meat is substituted. Maybe not here, but I didn't want to take a chance. He got the mini turkey with provolone, a good size for a mini. He had to eat the other half later on in the afternoon. They get really busy here, so go before noon, if you want a table! read more

Hands down my favorite sub place...their italian sub reminds me how they make it back home (Chicago). Simple, clean ingredients , fresh meat an cheeses and great bread. This was my first time here and I have to say I was unimpressed. That is just my opinion. I am sure most will call me crazy and it is not that I didn't like the sandwich I just thought it was ok. I have had better. Now to clarify I am not a fan of the major sub chain. I don't go their Way at all. I am the Duke at my favorite sub shop. Now some people may not like that place and that is fine. That's what makes the world go around. If we all had the exact same opinion on everything life would be boring. But so far everyone I have taken there likes it. Even one person who had been to Jersey Mike's before liked it more. I got the Original Italian on white bread regular size. I thought the bread was dry. The whole sandwich was dry to me but I like extra condiments on my sandwich. The meat was good and I like the fact that they slice it right in front of you but overall I was just not impressed. I will not be disappointed if I never go back to Jersey Mike's again. Not because I hated it just because in my opinion there are must better places out there. I was even excited to try it because a lot of people talk about it. Maybe I just went on a bad day. But I tried it was not impressed enough to even give it maybe one more shot. A classic burger done right. Crisp bun, juicy patty, packed with all the essentials (Ketchup, shredded lettuce, tomato, and pickles). Jersey Mike's makes a pretty decent sandwich. Fresh bread, more meat than that other chain where Jared eats, and a whole salad's worth of veges on top. Great flavor to everything. I like the number 13 Italian. Decent cheesesteaks too. However, the prices are a bit steep for a chain. This location is clean; and it's generally staffed with friendly people. TVs in the corners if you're trying to watch a game while eating your sandwich...but with the hard seats and lack of beer, I don't really see the point. I am not a big sub sandwich eater. I've tried many of them - Subway, Quizno's, Jason's Deli, Eegee's......etc. Besides Eegee's (which is really good), I just thought they were all decent sandwiches - some better than others. But I have had Jersey Mike's a handful of times now, and their sandwiches are much better than the others. Just get it "Mike's Way" and enjoy the tasty food you receive. But just as importantly, the customer service I have received at this store has been impeccable. The people are always very friendly and patient and that makes a huge difference to me. I must say that their sandwiches are a little pricier than others. I get their "Giant" size (ok - so I'm a big eater....) at it runs about 12 bucks...yikes! But as delicious as it is, it's worth it. Whoever is writing 4 and 5-star reviews for this restaurant must be a friend or relative or employee of Jersey Mike's or its owner. Every time I go to Jersey Mike's (this time will be my last), they come up with a new way to slice their meat even thinner than the last time. I think they're down to single cell thickness now and soon we'll be getting virtual sandwiches that don't really exist. We'll all just look like mimes pretending to eat a sub sandwich that isn't really there. On top of the fact that they give you mainly just a lot of mayo and lettuce on a bun for your money, the straws were all over the counter, and there were no lids for the drink cups. The table at the entrance was too close to the next tier of tables so you couldn't even get through to sit down and had to walk around. Who manages this place? No one, apparently. Jersey Mike's didn't make me weak in the knees but it is clean, efficient and friendly. The menu is a little difficult to read for a first timer, so the zig zag lane where you order your food made me feel a little rushed. I went at lunch time and it was packed. The mini sub is what should really be called a regular. The regular is quite large and the other size is enough for three people. The club had plenty of meat on it. It was difficult to tell the difference between the white and wheat sub rolls, but they were not bad. The most interesting thing was the cups the drinks come in. There are several different cups with the stories of various Jersey Mike's that have done fund raising for feel good causes. I want to believe this is true because we all like to think we are patronizing do-gooder companies. It may just be branding, I haven't had a chance to really check it out yet. I would go back, but I want to try something spicier next time. read more

I'm very disappointed as this is one of my go to spots, knowing they close at 9 I decided to be courteous and call them at 830 as I was already headed there way so they could start making the sandwiches, I arrived maybe 7 minutes later both sandwiches done on the counter. Cool I'll tip, so 38dollars later after tip for TWO sandwiches i head home to the wife, open our sandwiches to find out the grilled vegetables to still be cold and hard, the meat to be half way cooked and the cheese half melted..obviously neither sandwich was made correctly. Tried Jersey Mike's for the first time today. I got the mini #8 Mike's way minus tomatoes on white. This sandwich more than filled me up for lunch. It had a great flavor, everything seemed fresh, and the bread was great. The people working there were so nice. The only complaint is the location. It's not directly off of Chandler blvd and it's next to a Starbucks. So once you figure out how to get to it, you have to deal with all the cars going to the Starbucks drive thru. read more

This is our family's favorite sandwich place. Their cheesesteak and Italian are the ones we love and eat all the time! Tonight we had an especially nice surprise when I called ahead to order the big kahuna with the chipotle sauce on the side. When I got there to pick it up up, they had prepared it with the sauce on it. Since it was a large, my boys where sharing it and one of them doesn't like the sauce at all. Went to this location today (May 24th) at 5:45pm. They were out of onions at the moment so the girl working asked if I still wanted them. Trying to be nice, I said only if it's not going to be a huge hassle. Her answer was "yea it kind of is" okay well, talk about rude customer service. The guy behind the counter was messing around with his apron longer then it took them to make our sandwich. He also did not replace his gloves after doing so. The drink machine and ice marker are dirty on the outside and I don't want to think about the inside.
