Jersey Mike's is a causal submarine sandwich chain. Founder of the company, Peter Cranco purchased his first sandwich shop in 1975 at the age of 17 in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. In 1987 he began franchising his sandwich shops. By 2015, the number of Jersey Mike's shops exceeded 1,000 and Cranco is still the owner and CEO of the company. I was in the area and needed a quick meal before getting back on the road. Jersey Mike's in Tradition to the rescue. My favorite sub is the #5 Super Sub with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, and cappacuolo. I really like that they slice the meat fresh for your sandwich. It's then topped and dressed the way you like it. Get it Mike's Way. The guys who were working were friendly and they really hustled. I was in and out and back on my way quickly. Jersey Mike's has a rewards club that you can join and earn points to redeem for free food. When I need a fast meal I always find that their subs are delicious. A bonus feature of this location is that they have a nice courtyard with tables to eat at outside. I order online and it is consistently ready on time. I always end up ordering when there are teen employees, and they do a great job. Always greet me upon entering and quickly get my prepared order to me. They are always busy doing something when I've been in. Cleaning counters, wiping tables, etc. Sandwich is always fresh and prepared as ordered. Great location. read more

Today I walked into this location and not only was I immediately greeted by the counter worker, but the other two employees were busy quickly making subs, and the fourth employee was thoroughly cleaning the fountain drink machine. The entire restaurant was clean. So many times we walk into places nowadays, and the workers are on the phones, goofing off while customers are waiting and the store is in disarray. That is not the case here! I just appreciate how professional all the workers were while customers were in the store. Good training here! read more

Today I tried Jersey Mikes again, this location this evening. I had a turkey, sub with salami and provolone plus toppings. Whoever made this submarine reedemed this location! This sub was outstanding!! Made exactly the way I ordered. Two years ago I ordered a cheese steak from here and it was not too good at all bread pale and what not. It's been pretty much that long before I gave it another chance. So glad I came back for another sub because whoever is working in there tonight, Rocks! Sat in car while hubby collected dinner. I got a salad however have to admit couldn't find the lettuce but the cold cuts were delicious. Always get it Mikes way. Did ask for double the protein but again looks like one slice of cheese went a long way. Hubby got a tuna sub no complaints!!!! I recommend not going here. My order is wrong 99% of the time. Just take out ordered a chicken bacon ranch extra mayo and the only thing in it is a little chicken and a little cheese. No bacon, or any fixings, nothing. No mayo. It's a nada sandwich. This is the last time I order here. Hire more competent employees or your business is going under 3 stars overall is not great. We ordered on-line and everything was ready at the time they said. We bought lunch for 4, all minis. Came with fresh shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes and the bread was fresh. Turkey, turkey club, 2-buffalo chicken. Everyone loved it. I hated mine, one of the chickens. The menu pic looked like buffalo chicken bites but was ground chicken, so not them I ordered wrong. Everything was nicely packed. The inside was busy but clean. Sadly no pics, I was in shock with the ground chicken. Lol read more

I've been to many Jersey Mike's locations over the years and can spot the good from the bad. This is among one of the very best and most well-run locations of them all. The staff is always friendly, everything is clean, and they get the orders right. What more can you ask for? The subs are great too. I have to say I was impressed with the staff on shift when I stopped in. There were 4 or 5 young men, all working extremely well together, efficiently and respectfully. There was even a customer in front of me that was a bit of a handful and they handled it with grace. Their attitudes kept the overall space easygoing. We've been many times. Quick service. 90% of the time servers are friendly. They always wear gloves while making food which we greatly appreciate. Gave it a 3 because of prices of drinks and especially the sodas. read more

Best subs. The most meats on an Italian sub. Second only to LaSpadas in Fort Lauderdale.

Had high hopes for this spot since it's within the Tradition line. Not sure they knew what they were getting themselves into. Service was less than good, bot rude just not helpful. Had to ask each person I interacted with to repeat themselves because they were mumbling. Paid $16.xx for a sub that was slightly larger than a publix sub, with less meat and taste. Not sure what happened to this brand, used to be a premium offering but now I wouldn't go unless I had a coupon. read more

Ordered subs through the app and was told delivery time would be 30 minutes. Once our driver got there they texted saying the staff told them another driver had already picked it up and dropped it off, which they hadn't. Mistakes happen, maybe someone grabbed the wrong food. Whatever. My boyfriend called the store, and spoke to someone named Jessica, who said they called DoorDash who said the food was already delivered, which it wasn't, and when he told her that she said they would make new sandwiches and send them with the driver who was there waiting. An hour later we called back again, and the same lady told us that we cancelled the order and they never got another order, so they didn't make the food. First of all we never cancelled the order, so her giving us an attitude telling us we did was a bit uncalled for, especially because if they had the orders behind the counter instead of leaving them out for anyone to grab, this probably wouldn't have happened. Don't even waste your time going to this store, you're better off going to Stuart where the employees are friendly and actually know what they're doing. Hopefully we'll get our money back, but based on other reviews that looks doubtful too. read more

We ate here twice so far, one was take out and it was the second day they were open....ordered online walked in picked up our food and left....fast and friendly service with a line out the door.
