Worse experience I've had at a Jersey Mikes. I ordered online #7 Mike's Way. I had to pick it up fast so I could take it back to the hospital where my daughter just had surgery. I got all the way back to hospital and found that the sandwich only had turkey mustard and pickles. They close at 9 and I was inside the restaurant before 9 (8:55pm, close to closing but it doesn't take 10 minutes to make the sandwich)where there was a couple trying to figure out what they're going to order before me. Instead of telling me the moment I walked through the door that their order was the last order he was taking he waited till they made up their mind to tell me that was the last order he was taking tonight. If I'm in the restaurant before closing I wouldn't think it would be a problem considering you still had cooking to do and it wasn't anybody else behind me. It was just me. This Jersey Mike's on Stuart Street in Redlands, CA does not enforce its policy of 'face mask required or no entry'. Plus, the sign is on the window to left of door. It should be placed in a more prominent view, i.e. the front door. I was in the store Sunday afternnon, around 4pm on June 14th, when 2 women along with a man walked in without mask. They were not asked to leave and their orders were taken. It was not until a customer, waiting for his order, made a comment the man left and returned with his face covered. One of the women behind the counter appeared to know them. She and the 2 women were laughing, talking loud, and oblivious to others. My partner got food poisoning from here after eating the chicken Philly cheesesteak sandwich. When we arrived there was only one worker working and he rushed cooking the chicken as there was more orders he needed to take and fill. The sandwich was not cooked to the proper temperature which resulted in food poisoning. I'd recommend going to the other location off lugonia. read more

I love Jersey Mike's. No matter where you go, the quality is high, the food is flavorful, and it consistently impresses; just not the one in Stuart in Redlands. It's low quality for sure. The bread is half-baked, the portioning is ridiculous, especially for what you're paying. I've gone in and the kids don't listen when you order. I used Grub Hub today, same thing. It was tiny ($13 for a sandwich, remember?), it was supposed to be Mike's way, add pepperoni I. I got it, there was hardly any lettuce, two pieces of soft over ripened tomato, no onions, no pepperoncini. They were supposed to give the driver Dr Pepper, and gave him Pepsi instead. The Mikes on Stuart seems to be a franchise run by someone who is trying to cut way too many corners, and hiring kids who can't listen or read. I'll drive the 15 minutes to the one on Alabama now. Best service and sandwich I've ever had. I enjoyed the super friendly staff, as well as the A M A Z I N G sandwich Seth recommended. It was two different sandwiches blended together nicknamed the "99". I remember being most impressed by the manager Jayna delegating what was happening very clearly to her staff AND to the customers. As a customer, you feel good being validated and it's helpful to hear an explication of what's going on with your order. I got a roast beef sub sandwich for my wife after a long morning. My wife was working on call, she's a hospice nurse despite the sandwich being mikes way it was terribly bland. The roast beef tasted like it had sat in water, no flavor. Such a disappointment and waste of money, I ended up going to Surfer Joe's new location a few miles away and getting a proper roast beef. The workers were standing their talking amongst themselves and didn't even look up to say hello. A few minutes later one of them finally comes over to help me. He mumbles something about it not being ready. Turns around and says to other workers "can you make that order real quick?" Says nothing to me. So happy to find this location through a fundraiser at my son's school. Excellent customer service, everyone was smiling in good spirits, and the sandwiches are amazing. After having a string of negative experiences at the location I have been going to for the last few years (on Wabash and Lugonia) I was not interested in going there any more. When the school organized the fundraiser with Jersey Mike's, I had never even heard of this location but I decided to support the school. I got a great deal on subs for the family and all of the money was donated to school. I've gone 3 times, and every time the staff has been awesome. I had witnessed a few staff members being trained, and the supervisor seemed to be very patient and kind with them. Not once did I see her doing or saying anything condescending or offensive to the employees, which is something I've witnessed more and more at the other location. It made me very uncomfortable and upset with the employee who was a complete jerk, and when I did stand up to him, he was rude to me as a customer as well. I will continue to be a regular at Jersey Mike's on Stuart and recommend it to anyone who asks. read more

Jersey Mike's is now serving breakfast from 7:30am to 10:30am! I had a hot ham, egg, and cheese sandwich served on the fresh Jersey Mike's bread...i t was hot off the griddle and delicious!
