Feeling excited that they offered gluten free options I rushed to get one. It took a long time for the sandwich to be ready so I was convinced the wait would be worth it. It was disappointing how dry the bread is now you may think that's what you get with gluten free but not necessarily. The tuna was bland no taste and dry as well which makes it very hard to eat a super dry sandwich I had to go home and add more mayo and mustard to make it more smooth. Love Jersey Mikes! I've visited this location twice and the sandwiches are amazing. The employees have been friendly and helpful. I know the sandwiches are pricey but they are really worth it! I was excited to try this place never had Jersey Mikes and the sandwich looked yummy however right in the middle of eating it. There was a hair in my sandwich YES a hair you read it right. I am so grossed out so no more going back. I think it's back to Subway for me. I never had hair in my food and it was not mine YUCK. So be careful what you find in your sandwich. Food is very tasty, the food is always fresh and served with a smile. The new shop isn't very large but has additional seating outside.

Great place to eat. Wonderful staff. Camilla is awesome she always has a smile one her face and creats a welcoming environment.

The sandwich was great. Such a fresh taste and full of flavor. I just love these sandwiches. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have their routine down from slicing, to putting it together to wrapping up each creation. Each person who handled the making of my sandwich did it with such flare. This was my first time ordering and eating at this location- tried to make it convenient by ordering through the app- placed an order for two regular "cold" sandwiches. App stated pick up at 12:14- upon arrival (12:12) I could clearly see they were busy so I expected to possibly wait a little over the allotted time due to lunch flow traffic- but the EXTRA 35 minutes I waited was not called for. When I first arrived I walked straight over to pick up area to see if my order was ready, not yet. The cashier at time then asked me who I was picking up for and asked coworkers behind him then proceeded to say its not ready yet- okay fine...after around 10- minutes and many more customers going through regular line, he then stops cashier position and states "ok I'm going to make your order now"...what? You're going to now make my order? Okay another fine. Waiting, Waiting, Waiting. Asked the then cashier can I check on my order and she turns asks then states we're just waiting one one sandwich....okay fine but both sandwiches contained the same meats? Then after waiting an additional 10 minutes or so to then hear my name called and said "we threw in some free cookies for your wait" What?! I am a patient person, and I am a considerate person. So without hesitation I grabbed my bag and headed out the door- I now have to head straight back to my office as my lunch hour will be over- Again I know it's lunch hour and I expected to wait a bit longer BUT 35-minutes is a joke- first sandwich that was sitting for this extra 20-30 minutes was then soggy and in the end they got the 2nd sandwich ingredients wrong! I am patient but had to mention this- Do better Jersey Mike's SJ-- our town wants you to succeed but service HAS TO BE BETTER!!! read more
