I've been coming to Jersey Mike's for a while now and my go-to order is always the #8 Club Sub, Mike's Way. It's hands down my favorite sandwich on the menu. The combination of turkey, ham, bacon, and provolone is perfect, and when they add it Mike's Way with the lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, and vinegar it just brings everything together. The bread is always fresh and the sandwich is packed with flavor. One thing I really appreciate about this location is the service. The staff is always friendly and quick, and they make the sandwich exactly how you want it. Even when it's busy, they keep the line moving and still stay welcoming. The ambience is nice and casual, which is exactly what you want when you're grabbing a sub. It's clean, relaxed, and a good place to stop in for a quick lunch or dinner. After a long bike ride thru Santa Clarita Valley, we had lunch at Jersey Mike's for a victory sandwich...and what a fantastic sandwich it was!! We ordered a large roast beef sandwich with provolone cheese but made like a Philly Cheesesteak on the grill with the pepper and onions. Added lettuce, extra tomatoes, pepperchino peppers, avocado, a little of their special relish, mustard, and mayo. Also had it Mike's Way with the oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, and oregano (I think thst is what it was). Also had a refreshing glass of iced tea but no chips. The service was friendly, quick, and made to perfection. This was absolutely one of the best sandwiches we have consistently had at Jersey Mike's and this was exceptionally delicious!! During my visit, I observed that register receipts from online orders were being placed directly on top of and underneath the bread being served, as well as on the chopping board where sandwiches were being prepared. Receipts are printed on thermal paper containing chemicals such as BPA or BPS, which are not recommended to come into contact with food due to potential health risks. In addition, using receipts on a food-preparation surface raises sanitation concerns that fall below expected food safety standards. When I politely requested uncontaminated bread for my children, the employee who was preparing our order responded with visible annoyance, eye roll and stated that the staff "is in their 20's and don't care about that" and that it "isn't a big deal." And that the guy cutting meat doesn't work there and doesn't know better. I told them they're in food service and should be familiar with bare minimum safety & sanitary regulations. This dismissive attitude toward customer concerns and food safety was disappointing and unprofessional. My family enjoys Jersey Mike's, However, this experience left me questioning the training and oversight at this location. I hope corporate management can ensure that staff receive proper guidance on food safety protocols, as well as training in respectful customer service. We will not be returning unless this issue is resolved. read more

Located in the plaza next to Starbucks, parking is easy and readily accessible. Went on a weeknight and it was 2 clients (including me) in the store. Space itself is not significant or worth pointing out, there are seating available if you choose to dine in. I had gotten a regular Chicken Bacon Ranch to-go. Getting home to eat it, the sandwich was still hot. The sandwich was fine, quality of the food was good, although the lettuce looked a little old when I was watching her assemble it. So I came into the store 13 minutes before 9am to place an order for my family to go. The open sign was lit and the lights were on. Being in the Hospitality Industry for 30 years, we welcome and are glad to service guests who come into our establishments even 1 minute before closing. As I placed my order, the gentleman with red hair just shook his head. I asked him why he was shaking his head and if he wanted me to just leave... No response and just continued to take my order. I was disgusted by the look on his face. If he didn't want to serve anymore guests, he should have just put the closed sign up and shut off the lights 30 minutes before closing. The food is good here, but I don't recommend this location :( We came on a Saturday night, and there was only one other customer here besides us. They took over 15 minutes to make one giant big kahuna with 5 employees working. The employees are also really unprofessional. Had a pretty rough go here. Ordered on their website and the results were less than stellar. My giant turkey sandwich with added avocado, extra meat, and extra cheese was over $30 and missing all the extra stuff. When I finally managed to get through to someone after I called 4 times, I was told they were out of avocado, which I was still charged for, but they put the cheese and meat on there. I am sure they did not. I asked for a refund for the extras and was told he couldn't do that but would credit me another sandwich. I'll have to deal with my bank to get my money back seeing as I won't be going back to that location. My wife's food was supposed to be in a bowl, which ended up being on bread, so again not what we ordered. Overall, not the greatest experience and a hassle. $63.75 for two incorrectly made sandwiches is pretty weak. read more

I love Jersey Mike's! Always great service, friendly faces, good fresh food. This is my first time eating from this location, and unfortunately the first time I've been disappointed with the food. I always order a chipotle cheese steak, and after an especially gnarly hangover I ordered a giant size hoping to remedy it. Unfortunately, there was just simply not enough filling. Where I can normally finish just one half and feel full, I ate the entire giant sub feeling a bit disappointed. Hardly any chipotle mayo, a dry and skimped out portion of steak (maybe dry from lack of the chipotle mayo) and lacking in green/red pepper strips and onions, there was /more bread than the filling/. While it still tasted decent, it wasn't the quality that I was used to, and I certainly did not feel like it was worth the $20 I'm typically more than happy paying. Granted, this is a newer location so I hope that some constructive criticism will help improve quality control as far as ensuring consistency of portions! Until then, I'd advise my friends to steer clear of this location for now. read more

Like many of the other reviews, I like Jersey Mikes BUT this location has some issues to work through. Sadly I have to drive a little further out to get a good sandwich. The staff are friendly. They greet you, they smile, nice to talk to. They mean well... Last time I went in I ordered a ham sandwich on wheat and when I got home, I found the bread was as hard as a rock. I could have used it as a weapon. The staff member felt the bread... she made the sandwich but yet still sold me something that she probably wouldn't want to eat. That was a waste because I couldn't eat it. Had to just eat the meat. At the take time I watched another staff person "attempt" to make a wrap and she clearly had no idea how to do it. She literally said aloud "I don't know how to do this, this kind of looks like a wrap" If the manager reads this, please train the staff better. It's a nice location, the staff members are friendly but they don't know what they are doing. Not all of them of course but one employee can cost you a customer. I am a huge fan of Jersey Mike's! I love being so close to this location. First time there, I picked up a ham and provolone sandwich for my kid, he was so excited to open it up, but then he was disappointed. The bread was hard and on the burnt side. I ordered a sandwich from Jersey Mike's for pickup. After I sent the order I was a little wary because I thought they might make a mistake with all of the toppings or shortchange me on ingredients because I wouldn't inspect the sandwich until I got home. Well, my worries were unfounded as the turkey was stacked high and there were plenty of toppings, everything that I requested was on my sandwich. I would have given them 5 stars except the sandwich, while wrapped well, was pretty messy and certainly not photo ready. I guess when avocado is involved there's always a danger of the other veggies slipping out, due to viscosity issues. The ordering via Yelp/Grubhub was pretty easy and I got an almost immediate response that the order was received and the timeframe when it would be ready for pickup. The sandwich was ready and packed up when I arrived and a polite fellow got it from the rack for me. The store was very clean and they were well staffed. All good! Overall, this was a positive experience with ordering, pickup and my sandwich tasted really good. I was able to save half, due to the generous size of the "Regular", for another meal. I will definitely visit this Jersey Mike's (Skyline/Plum Canyon) again in the future. read more

I visited on a Sunday night 15 mins before closing. Two young women helped us out, one with dark hair put in a ponytail and one with a braided blonde hairstyle. Eyes were rolled while giving the order at the counter. 10 mins later my 5 year old needed to use the restroom, we were eating outside, we walk back in minutes before closing and immediately was told "we're closed go use the restroom at Starbucks instead". Visited the plum canyon location for the first time today, was not all impressed. The girl who helped me asked what I had on my order multiple times even though she wrote it down. She wasn't to friendly either. I won't be a bit surprised if my order is completely wrong. To top it off I order a fountain drink and as I filled my cup up with the stubborn agave soda I noticed small black specks in my drink. I dumped everything out and surprise surprise ! I have a cup full of ANTS!! Yes I said ANTS! Completely disgusting and 100% unsanitary. Wasted my money and I'm not even sure if I wanna even bother eating my sandwich now as I am very disgusted. I have had nothing but problems with the Plum Canyon Jersey Mikes since they opened. Their app does not have a choice for wraps. I called to order earlier and when I got home the whole order was screwed up. It was supposed to be two mediums and a mini. They made two minis and a regular. When I tried to call to complain I received a message that the number couldn't be reached. I tried a number of times on my land line as well as my cell phone. I'm pretty much done with this location. I am a driver for one of the food apps. The pick up is really inconsistent. I live a few minutes from this location, and get the notification at home. I usually wait about 10 min until I move towards this location. Today, I arrived to find the order halfway complete. The employee had stopped the order, to assist walk in customers. From the point of notification to actual pick up was 30 minutes. Ultimately, the customer gets the food late, I get dinged for being late as well. I think the employees work hard here, although they seemed understaffed. Hopefully, this gets resolved. read more
