One of our favorite submarine sandwich places. Always fresh, good service and clean. Today I ordered the #56, The Big Kahuna, and my wife ordered the Tuna Sub #10. Everything was delicious.

Ordered the regular item I always get. Never had any problems before at this location service is good. But left the location to eat elsewhere opened the sandwich up and Found a hair in my sandwich. Super gross. I get it that these things happen sometimes but still nasty none the less.

Friendly Staff good service I had a chicken kahuna which has fair flavor but no spice Perhaps a few more jalapeños would help. Price have gone up two sandwiches were over 31 dollars

Jersey Mike's subs is truly a sub above, the flavors are very fresh, and you can taste the quality in the foods. Subway lost my business when we seen cockroaches in the spinach. They also have an app where you can track points and earn free food. The workers here always smile, and it makes you feel very welcomed.

This place closes at 9 pm. The guy sees me walking and literally shuts the door in my face. Like I get it, you want to leave, but you are still technically open. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional of them to slam the door in someone's face. He clearly saw me but continued to walk away. He then walked behind the counter and pretended not to see me. He proceeded to shake his head and shrug his shoulders, adding insult to injury. It was a truly disappointing experience. Had he apologized I would not have been as irate as I am now. I had worked a long day and was rushing to pick up something to eat before going home. But I guess this establishment is too good for my money because slamming doors on customers is not the type of business model I would follow.

First this place is absolutely amazing, staff is very friendly and love that they were able to help me with my order. A young lady took my order and I told her I'm looking for a vegan wrap, right away she said "#14 The Veggie with No cheese, no sauce only veggies if that's ok with you" I said yes of course. Right away she told one of the gentlemans to scrape and deeply clean the grill. I am so impressed, pleased with the service and the fact that they took care of me. I really hope that Jersey Mike's adds a vegan sandwich or wrap one day.

    Giant size bread?!?!?

My wife & I have made a concerted effort to support local businesses as much as possible to keep them afloat during this challenging time. Decided on subs this past weekend but instead of doing the usual Subway (Subway Club foot long $7.75 yummmm) my Wife asked me to p/u Jersey Mikes for a change. Much pricier (Club Supreme#9 giant $14.95) only had 5 or 6 toppings vs Subways 9 or 10 toppings. Its been maybe 6 months since last visit but the bread has magically shrunken. I remember it being a little over a foot long but much much WIDER. Now its almost identical to Subway size much narrower which means less meat/less cheese/less toppings for MORE $$$ ?!?! Will try other location on Copper Hill next time to see if this rip-off size is a company wide change or just this Bouquet location being CHEAP.

I've had a lot of sandwiches in my days roaming the earth and eating things so I feel I'm kind of an expert on the subject matter. The roast beef is super tender without all the nasty chewy parts you get in other meats, it's absolutely delicious. Ms Ruth puts in the perfect amount of condiments so you're not overwhelmed with one flavor over another. It's something that you just have to go and try for yourself. That being said, they have a giant selection of other sandwiches. The portions are very large and enough to split so go with a friend or take a couple home for the family and cut them up the way you want. There's abundant parking but limited seating so many people get them to go. It's in Seco Mini Market so the selection of chips and drinks is more than enough to make you happy.

I moved away from the SCV a couple years back, but driving through today meant one thing: I had to stop. The service is still as warm as ever, and the sandwiches? Just as incredible as I remembered. My BF and I also tried the famous Yelp Sandwich and quickly remembered just how massive these subs are. We absolutely should've split one--because the Italian Combo alone is basically a 2-pound masterpiece. If you know, you know. Still a 10/10.

Although it was a fairly busy time, there was only one person in line finishing up their order. The team member at the register was upbeat and friendly, offering to answer any questions about the menu. We ordered the Prosciutto & Chicken (no tomato) for the daughter, Chicken Parm Dip for the husband and 1/2 Chicken Pesto Caprese with Tomato Basil Soup for me. With no drinks or added sides and a moderate tip, it came out to just under $50. Fantastic sandwiches! The bread is standout delicious with fresh and generous fillings. The consistency and flavor of my Tomato Soup was on point -- so good! Although on the pricier end for a very simple lunch, it's worth the small splurge (IMO). The place is bright and clean. Friendly service. No issues with parking in the large plaza.

After ordering, you scan your receipt at your table so the staff knows where to bring your food. I'm not entirely sure of their policy on clearing tables, but we usually take our tray over and throw everything away ourselves. The food is definitely on the pricey side, but the quality and freshness make it a treat. This has become my go-to after-paycheck eatery!

The ingredients are pure and don't have artificial and natural flavors in the bread. These actually are found in the Subway and Jersey Mikes bread. It may also be in Capriottis bread as it did taste like an artificial type of bread. I ordered number 26, which was a roast beef, Swiss cheese, lettuce tomatoes and vinegar like dressing. The food itself was sour, but not in a fowl way. The sandwhich was about $14 and although that seems high, it was a decent size and it filled me up. The taste and texture of the food was really good. I enjoyed it. Service was average as you would expect. Nobody seemed excited working there but the food came out right and came out on time which is very important. Ambiance inside was nice, cozy and seemed calm and serene. Surround environment was okay, a parking lot with a lot of space, no graffiti anywhere or loiters. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot and not many people were around when I came. Overall, better than the other three sandwhich places mentioned in Santa Clarita, however; Las Vegas has better options and better tasting sandwiches at Greenberg. I would say of Santa Clarita, it's pretty dang good for what it is and the menu is unique with plenty of different options if you're into sandwiches. These sandwiches are not too easy to make so I'll give them that, a lot of care and ingredients required to assemble some of their sandwiches which would otherwise be difficult to make if I were to handpick each ingredient. The sauces options were vast and I would personally stay away from them as they are added calories and my roast beef sandwich didn't need it as it was already fine as it was. I'd come back again if I crave a good sandwich. One thing to note, make sure you heat up the sandwich as it is cold and I should have asked to grill it but didn't. It would have a crunchy texture to the bread which was needed. My bread was a little wet and soggy but not enough to destroy the sandwich. Great to bring a date if that exists nowadays.

I tried the potato soup and that was also delicious with the cheese and onion. I ended up dipping my bread and whole sandwich in it! The bathrooms were clean. The meatball sub is always a customization for us. Extra extra light sauce and add olives. They nailed it. Also tried the new Smokin' chicken honey melt. Very good. After the first bite I felt it needed a little more of the Chipotle honey sauce (which they provided with no problem) and adding it made the difference. I did customize having it made without the mayo (not a fan of hot mayo). Overall the sandwich, service and cleanliness of the store was excellent. So why only 4 stars? This location does participate in app based offers. When I changed to this location in my app ALL my offers disappeared. I know franchise locations can choose to participate or not. Perhaps this owner chooses to opt out due to the obvious steady customer flow. I respect that, but it rubs me the wrong way nonetheless. This is not my usual location, I don't live anywhere near here, but come frequent enough that it now serves as a great option for lunch.
