This used to be my "go-to" place on Tuesday mornings at 3am for a sandwich and Diet Coke as I head to work. Unfortunately since the beginning of the year, they have switched to Pepsi products. Very disappointing. Future more, I don't know what they did to Italian bread. The last time I ordered with Italian bread, it was horrible. -1 Star for serving Pepsi products -1 Star for serving poorly baked Italian bread -1 for covering up the meat display +1 for being clean +1 for staying open 24/7. Now that McD next to Subway is open 24/7, I will be jgetting my Diet Coke from McD instead. I know Pepsi switch came down from corporate, but as a Diet Coke drinker, I have no taste for Diet Pepsi. read more

This subway location recently came to my rescue. It was the morning of a large scale event that I was helping to plan. At the last minute I was asked to purchase sandwiches for 30 hungry volunteers and bring them within the next hour. I found this location as it was right off the freeway and en route to my event. I called ahead and placed an order over the phone at 8am and within 15 minutes the order was ready, neatly packaged and ready for me to pick up. I was so relieved that I was able to get the order completed in such a short amount of time. The staff member even helped me carry the sandwiches out to my car. Super friendly and professional staff. I went there last night to pick up a sandwich and after waiting for the person behind the counter (Martin) to finish with the other guests I walked up to the counter and said "hi" to him (which he ignored), so I waited for him to put on his gloves and initiate the order because I also work in food service and I know how frustrating it can be when a guest starts spitting out their order when you're not ready. He then kind of bluntly asked "what can I get for you" and I said I'll take a 6 inch sub and he just stared at me, and after I realized I should have been more specific I said what sandwich I wanted and he still just stared at me and kind of raised his eyebrows like he had no idea what I was saying. He then, seriously, threw up his hands and snapped "What kind of bread do you want ?!" like I was supposed to read his mind and know what HE was supposed to ask. After that I was just very blunt back to him. He also forgot to put cheese on my sandwich, which normally I wouldn't make a big deal about but after that interaction I was kind of annoyed...I understand it was late and he probably did not want to be there and I also understand that people have their own personal things going on, back the way he snapped at me and was just very rude was not cool...I get it's just a sandwich but being unnecessarily rude is kind of uncalled for...the last several times I have ordered here at this location, everyone has been very friendly (which is why I am giving a few stars), and while I don't expect people to be overly friendly and polite every time (again it is just fast food) , my interaction with him last night was really unprofessional... read more

I bartend late nights so this is usually the only spot by my house when i get off of work that open. It's usually the same guy that works the late night shift, and i usually feel bad, so i always leave a tip, what ever i can. But man... this guys is rude sometimes and tonight was the last night of me going. As much as I love Subway, some of the workers are such assholes! I just wanted some pepperjack cheese on my meatball marinara and one of the workers, "Haydee," picks up the provolone and as soon as I ask her, "isn't that provolone," she goes "you said provolone," in the most bitchiest attitude ever. I tell her its fine, trying to be more compliant with her, but she proceeds with her attitude and throws the provolone cheese and smashes the pepperjack onto my sandwich. This was just my experience with her. Let me make it clear the subs here are good, it's just that this one bitch, Haydee made it a bad experience, enough said. For the customers in front of me, the blatant disrespect was abhorrent! As a frequent customer of this Subway, it was really disheartening to encounter such rude customer service. I literally appreciate the rest of the staff here, except her. She got upset with the customers in front of us, as they told her their orders politely. She actually intervened on another workers order, because the other worker was doing their orders!
