As I drove off, I reviewed my bag for accuracy, and I immediately noticed that Amaree gave me coleslaw rather than the mash potatoes & gravy. So I had drove back into the drive through straight to the pick-up window. I told Amaree that I ordered the mash potatoes, could you please swap, so he did. As I drove back to work, and settled in to eat my food I noticed that there was only 1 ranch dipping sauce, and my drink was not a sweet tea as I requested, instead I was given the unsweetened tea. I have to hunt throughout my facility for Splenda/Sugar packets from my co-workers. I then called the Golden Valley store to speak with the manager. I spoke with Damion the manager, and expressed how my order was wrong, and there was no way for me to return to Popeyes since I am employed in a Juvenile Secure Facility, which apprehends me to come & go when on demand. Damion apologized, and was very easy to talk to, he reassured me that he will indeed make it right for my future visit by providing me a corrected version of my order. That really made my day. I seriously was pretty upset, because I initially was heading to "The Habit Burger" for lunch, but decided to eat at Popeyes instead since there was a coupon on your app that i simply could not pass up, plus there was no traffic in the drive through which also shaped my decision today. Damion did everything right, and I truly appreciate his generosity, his charismatic demeanor, and his attention to accommodate me as a valued customer. It is individuals like Damion that truly makes all the difference in someone's experience going from bad to great, and allowing me to continue giving my business to this restaurant. Purchased a 3 piece tender meal deal…read more Just over $13.00 price given at speaker upon ordering however we have a coupon we give at the window for $5.49. As soon as we get the food and pull off from the window not even fully out of the drive-thru my partner asks me for the receipt to make sure they applied the coupon and we use the FETCH app and can all of our receipts. And what do you know, NO FREAKING RECEIPT!!!! We immediately pull into a parking space out front to see what we were charged on our bank card and sure enough the full amount was charged so the coupon they took and kept was never applied...WHY NOT?!?!?! Went inside and all of sudden there is an issue with a refund because...we don't have a receipt!!!! Now every employee including the manager is acting absolutely incompetent because we don't have a receipt that they purposely didn't give us at the window and that is the scam. I'm not sure if they're pocketing/splitting the register overages at the end of the night (when they can get away with it) or not but this is not ok and for darn sure isn't an oops or oversight. If you pay with card get a receipt from these folks. They want to frustrate the customer to the point they say forget it and just leave overpaying but in this case my coupon loving partner wasn't going for it so after 20 mins we end up with a store credit which is total BS. Shame on you guys and believe me, I'll tell anyone who'll listen to be aware of y'all scamming unprofessional behinds.

Also, I decided to get tomato soup, tell me why it was $5 for a super small cup, which it was good but not worth $5 especially when you already are charging a high price for the sandwich itself. I think this would all be okay if the quality was the same as last time, but it definitely wasn't.
