This is the second time I've had Jersey Mike's and the first time going to get it myself. I ordered ahead online to be picked up in about 45 minutes. I ordered exactly the same as last time (#9, Club Supreme) and set off about my day, paying ahead. Their website suggested I cut the line and go directly to the register to pick up when I arrived and, 45 minutes later, that's exactly what I did. I gotta be honest? It was kind of a shit show in there. Three staff members were behind the counter. One was actively engaged with a customer and two others were doing ... whatever. It was several minutes and a few customers later before someone finally came near enough to me for us to connect and he quickly gave me my sandwich. From there, I went straight home to shove it in the gullet, about 10 minutes away. After sitting down to dine, I noticed that parts of the sandwich were fairly soggy, as if they'd been made when I'd ordered it, not when I'd said I'd be by. I had intentionally asked for a later pick up time to avoid this, otherwise I'd happily have gone to Jersey Mike's first and let my Club Supreme roll around on the seat of my Volkswagen for an hour. The bacon was crisp and the bread was flavorful, but that's about it. Not much other than the lettuce had much taste to it and I was otherwise unimpressed for nearly $10. My first sandwich (two or so weeks ago) was great! This one ... not so great. I might stop in if I'm in the area again, but I after today, I certainly wouldn't make a special trip for it. read more

230 pm on a Sunday and had to wait 30 minutes for a sub. They had like 6 people working and they messed up every single sandwich while I was waiting. They eventually messed mine up as well. The worker put a tiny amount of turkey on the sandwich, I asked for more and he gave me a look, I said I would pay extra as I had been waiting 20 minutes just to order. He then stops to weigh the turkey on the sandwich and says, yup you were right, need more turkey. He would make people wait right in front of him while he would do 2 online orders in between taking their order. I understand it's Covid times, etc, but wow, no place I've been to recently is this bad. read more

I LOVE Jersey Mikes. There is just something about them carving the meat right in front of you that makes you feel like this will be really fresh. I usually get the #13 Italian Mike's way on white, regular. It's delicious. I also order #17 steak and cheese with onions only and that's bomb too. read more

Disappointing and just disrespectful for no reason. My boyfriend and I went around 7pm and I had never been to a Jersey mikes before and was unaware of the ordering process and how "it's not like subway". The young Asian man working was upset that I didn't order things correctly the way they like to be told and then proceeded to scoop handfuls of juice from the containers of pickles and banana peppers when I asked for them. I got home to a completely soggy sandwich, evident it was doused in about 1/2 cup of pickle juice. He glared at me throughout the whole checkout and I walked away wishing we hadn't even come. read more

I heard this place has gluten free buns so I went in to check it out. When I walked in, I was the only one there. I told the man at the counter, I would be ordering a gluten free sandwich and without me asking he took the time to wipe down all the equipment to allow it to be more gf friendly. He got out the knife and board that they only use for gf sandwiches. The customer service was awesome! He kept up a friendly conversation never once seeming panicked that the line was building. There was a woman there too that added to the experience while she was preparing Uber orders. I have been places where they act a little put out that they have to take extra measures like that, but not these two! The store is doing a "Month of Giving" for the month of March, where they are raising money for Children's hospital Cancer Center. As I am sitting here typing this, the woman at the counter announces this to the entire line of customers along with an added detail of some of the success that Children's has has with an immuno therapy program they have created. I've been a customer service manager for many years and I have never wanted to write a review for a fast food restaurant before. They seem to enjoy their work and take pride in doing good work and going that extra mile. I would be proud to have them on my team! Now, for the sandwich it's self, they load that to overflowing! I ordered a regular and am wrapping up half to go! Now the bread... well, it is Udi's, so imagine you bought a loaf of their white bread and made a sandwich out of the end pieces only thicker. So yeah, a little dry and flavorless, but I suspect that their regular bread subs are fantastic just going by the fillings. I ordered the Original Italian and it certainly fed a craving this Philly girl gets fromtime to time. It's hard to find a proper Italian Sub in Seattle, so thanks Jersey Mike's! I've been coming to this jersey mike's for years. I used to love the food here, was always delicious and fresh. About a year ago, everything changed. I used to always get the meatball sub every time I go in, never had any issues. Now when I ask for a meatball sub there is always an excuse why they can't or won't make it. Very lazy staff now. The tables are always dirty as well as the trash can is full. I finally told my self enough was enough and decided I'm not going to this jersey mike's until they do a full clean out. read more

I drove 3 miles to get here, which doesn't sound like much but I left my golden retriever in charge of my two-year-old who was in the bathtub so I had to hurry back. No..wait... but it was Saturday and in Seattle anywhere near a Costco on a Saturday is a logistics nightmare so technically I did risk my life on some level for the number 13 red meat future heart attack sandwich. I recently discovered these guys. I definitely have a favorite sub - their Big Cahuna Steak Sub. Steak, cheese, mushrooms, grilled onions, and jalapeños.... oh my!!! There is a major discrepancy in order accuracy in person versus order-ahead. When you order at the counter sandwiches are accurately made. The last 3 carryout/delivery orders that I have placed have been missing items or made completely wrong. Just be aware of the quality/accuracy difference you will receive if you don't stand in store and physically watch them make the sandwich. read more

Very rude people working here . I guess no one showed them what good customer service is. I walked in I'm not sure if he is the manager there but it was a short guy with a blue mask and he didn't acknowledge me until minutes later of standing there . The when he did he cut me off halfway through my order I had to tell him "i wasn't done " when I asked for what topping came in he didn't want to bother answering my question . When I paid out he looked over my shoulder to see if I would tip and I didn't because he was just rude all around he threw me my sandwich and made me wait another 20 minutes for my other one . Fresh you can taste. Washington has the closest locations for Oregonians looking to bite into a Jersey Mike's sub. On our visit to Future of Flight Aviation Center and Boeing Tour also highlighted our first Jersey Mike's experience. We shared a regular sized Italian with the recommended fixings. There was not "a ton of meat in the sandwich" and the tomatoes were not mealy unlike the claims by other Yeeps. The sandwich is good but not the best. If you put Jersey Mike and Subway Jared in a boxing ring, Jersey Mike would wipe that silly smile off of Jared's face on the way to a severe beat down. This is not the place to order a 200 calorie 6 inch sub sandwich. However, this is a healthy alternative to greasy fast food that actually makes sandwiches that taste like sandwiches and not like cardboard. I ordered the classic Italian Sub, "Mike's way," and it was the best sandwich that I've had all year. Beware, "Mike's way" means drowning in oil and vinegar (as well as oregano, mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion). I was afraid at first, but after the first bite, I was sold. All of the meat is sliced right onto your sandwich, and they pile it high at this location. There aren't a zillion cheese and topping choices, but what they do have is fresh and honestly, all of the cheeses at Subway are the same processed shit. They just make it into different colors. Jersey Mike's is the standard sub place in North Carolina and after spending a few discussions talking about how it was something we missed I was EXTREMELY happy to see one in Shoreline. This is what a sub should be folks, nothing too involved on a soft yet hearty roll. This is standard food so we are talking shredded lettuce, your choice of meats, oil and vinegar, and a few add-ons if you are interested. I can get a little pricey so watch what your spending but for those looking for back east fare this is standard college in North Carolina food. read more

I love love love me some Jersey Mike's. I used to crave it like heroine when I was away from Seattle. It's definitely my favorite sub shop. I like to get the Philly Cheesesteak or tuna and provolone on white. The key is that thin cheese, man! It's so thin! It just tastes better that way. One caveat: try to avoid at peak lunch hours. I don't know about this location in particular, but I once waited 25 minutes just to get to the counter and order at the JM's in Redmond!! Really, really good! Great freshly sliced meat, fresh bread, great service and great prices. Only a couple reasons why I didn't give this place 5 stars: 1. I've noticed twice when I went in that the lettuce was a little discolored. 2. Anytime I've tried to order in advance over the phone, they've messed up. Other than the two reasons above, this place is awesome. The crew that works here is always friendly and very nice. The sandwiches never disappoint, and the price is right. ***UPDATE 3/24/2021*** After posting our review, the manager was able to reach out and provide us with refund of $50. Will provide one more star for the effort to resolve our complaint.**** Poor customer service. We came in on March 11 and Ordered three sandwiches. All three sandwiches on rosemary bread. TwoPhilly cheesesteaks on rosemary bread and one veggie add bacon also on rosemary bread. Picked up the order and all of the sandwiches were on white bread. We spent about $62 on this order because the sandwiches are approximately $16 apiece and a 15percent gratuity. Contacted the manager to let her know our order was wrong and instead of her being willing to remake the sandwiches correctly she advised she had to reach out to the owner first. The owner still has yet to call and agree to remake our sandwiches. We didn't want to refund just the food remade correctly. No call yet! For us to have spent so much money on these couple of sandwiches we would've expected better customer service . Needless to say, we will not be returning to the store. Without hesitation, this place beats out Subway or Quiznos if you're looking for a hearty and flavorful sandwich. Pricey(!), but the meats and cheeses are deli sliced at the time of order - generous portions I think. Wished they offered yellow cheddar. Regular sub is about $8 or $9 (well, for what I order). Literally some of the worst health standards I've ever seen in a restaurant, let alone in the middle of a global health pandemic. I'm honestly terrified to even eat the sandwich I just bought. Food all over the line, the same knife being used to cut every single sandwich without being cleaned/wiped between uses (um...allergen contamination issue?!?!), and no real direction/leadership present. There were 7-8 people behind the counter, with one woman counting change behind the register who admittedly announced she "have no idea what's going on". As I sink my teeth in the Big Kahuna w/steak, I seriously think I could eat a giant one of these every day. I LOVE their hot subs, especially the Philly, Chipotle Cheese, and the aforementioned Big Kahuna. In the words of Joey Tribiani from Friends: Meat. Good. Cheese. Gooood. Onions and peppers. Goooooooooood! It's so good, it'll make you wanna slap yo mama. I've never tried their cold sammys, but the hub sometimes gets club subs and he's also referenced the large portions of meat and goodies that are piled high. I also appreciate their great service. Subs are made quick after ordering, and the staff has always been friendly. In fact, last time I was there, I ordered 2 giant subs and the guy who rang me up offered me 4 additional bags of chips and 2 drinks for only an extra $2. Who offers extra food for pennies nowadays? The lady who took my order didn't ask me specifics about my order and was in such a hurry to walk away when I was trying to place my order. Very disappointed ....sandwich was something a six year old would make. The counter the food was prepared was not cleaned ,the lettuce container was filled with soggy brown leaves,the new gal by end of making sandwich Pretty much put all her weight on the sandwich ,squeezing it into a bag,that made the sandwich looked liked a dropped accident. There was two big roast beef out of oven but when we ordered our two 14 inch roast beef ,we got the tiny end of last roast beef,even the guy could not slice it with the machine and used knife,...oh that was even after we asked,is the roast beef fresh out of oven,then we order that,and he said yes!!! Ok, my experience was pretty different from your guys. Most of you are giving these great reviews of the place. I thought this place was going to be great and really good, but it wasn't. I was disappointed. I ordered a meat sandwich. The workers were very friendly, but they didn't ask me if I wanted Mayonnaise or Mustard on my sandwich, when they did ask what veggies and everything else I wanted, so I assumed they would naturally add mayo and mustard to it. I asked for pickles, they didn't put pickles on it. The sandwich was dry (hence the no mustard or mayo). The workers bad mouthed every other sandwich restaurant when I was there too. I did like that the workers were very positive (for the most part). But I doubt I'll go back. read more

Then when you call to get it straightened out don't ever pick up the phone! Tried getting my order straightened out and have been calling for the last 2 HOURS! This place seemed poorly managed and the people who work there reflect that. Employees are young and understandably probably just don't care. They are extremely apathetic and no sense of urgency. The older woman (presumably the manager or shift leader) was very chaotic and disorganized and not communicating with anyone. There were in total 4 employees all apathetic and moving around so slowly even though it was clearly busy. I was asked the same question by 3 different employees, and the same question multiple times by another. The employees visibly did not communicate with another, it was almost comical. Many patrons were angry and waiting. I hope this isn't their norm but it really was quite inefficient and an awful atmosphere. Plan on waiting and definitely don't gamble ordering or eating here on your lunch break or especially if you are someone who gets hangry...because you literally won't be eating. read more
