The shop is small, but has outdoor seating. Love the Flaming Lips poster on the wall! Someone there has an eclectic taste in music. These are some of the best sandwiches in Spartanburg. All that was left was lids for my dressing, bread, paying, and leaving. Another customer walked in BEHIND me and instead of finishing my order, the employee completely stopped helping me and took the new customer through the ENTIRE line while I stood there waiting. I then had to wait 5-8 minutes while the second customer slowly decided on ingredients and changed her mind multiple times. The person behind me got almost full uninterrupted service while I -- the first customer in line -- was left standing there waiting. What made it even worse was the manager's response. He defended the employee, told me she "did nothing wrong," and completely dismissed my frustration with a "have a nice evening." The issue wasn't just the wait. It was being skipped over and then treated like my frustration didn't matter. I've been there around 5 times in the last month, but after this experience, I will never return.
