The staff was friendly and helpful. ETA: Today when I started to make my pot roast, imagine my surprise when I found that I had two chuck steaks... not really super conducive to pot roast, and a little annoying since I asked for chuck roast. I've been to other butchers and asked for chuck roast and never been given bone-in chuck steak. This isn't something I could use because it wouldn't fit into the pot and I couldn't cut it with the bone in, so I had to go buy another $40 of meat at Albertson's. Not sure that I'll be returning to Long's. Hope my sister can use the meat so it won't be a total waste of the $30 I spent here.
