We order here often. And rare is the time some detail is not wrong. Tonight, 2 sandwiches which after the $5 tip totaled $30. The plain tuna slim on wheat bread came on bread that was burned. They did include the extra tuna. However we had to put it on our own bread. My Billy Club looks suspiciously like a slim. Note it's not cut in half as was requested. It's not exactly overflowing with toppings either. We requested napkins as we always do, and for some reason this place rarely provides them. Tonight - no napkins. But this is hardly worth $30. Usually, the quality is better, but not tonight Also it took 35 minutes for it to get here. For this kind of money, it's disappointing. Again, usually it's better. This is by far my favorite Jimmy's around. I'll go in and order for my whole office, I'm always asked if I need a box (which I always do). The staff is super friendly and quick. Food is always on point. Will is always so friendly and kept telling me to get the app, which I finally have and have saved so much money now. Will also always goes above and beyond by helping me carry out my boxes so I don't have to make multiple trips to get it my car. And he is cute so that helps Store is always clean as well. read more

Don't support this franchise as it doesn't even support its workers, I've worked there since Covid has started have been understaffed every day I work took the owner months to get us masks, owner never even sent out information about the Covid or a thank you to the workers for working understaffed and in a dangerous environment, not to mention no difference in pay but twice the work, finally got hazard pay the last week when they finally decided they would fire new employees and pay us all the same but give no compensation to the people that have slaved for him for nothing, I myself have asthma and was forced to work. STOP ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION! -- on multiple accounts, delivery driver failed to follow extremely simple requests. in particular: "Please call upon arrival," "Do not knock!" Delivery driver knocked today and woke my family up. Delivery driver failed, yet again, to call upon arrival -- and, instead, left the order at AND immediately in front of the front door (which included a large fountain drink beverage... which we'll get to in a moment). The door was opened because I saw heard the delivery driver, opened the door and saw him vacating the property but no food in sight. Upon opening the door, I discovered where the meal was because the door opening ended up spilling the large fountain drink. I cleaned it up some, then called the store. The representative who answered the phone denied all responsibility due to "...the delivery driver doesn't read the receipts." Clearly, this establishment isn't interested in accommodating delivery requests -- so I would conclude that this location is not family-friendly or patron-friendly. Further, upon request for a replacement, the denied responsibility stood and now I have a partial order. I'm embarrassed to have given this location as many chances as I have -- spare yourself the embarrassment, frustration, and sacrificing your hard-earned money by not getting everything that you had ordered... then get mocked on the phone when requesting accommodation. I wish there were a corporate entity that audited such a location to correct this misdeeds and wrongdoings -- but, I digress; wishes don't correct poor customer service. read more

3-6-18 I decided to try it again. I had a ham sub when they first came out about 5 years or so. Never tried it again smelled like fresh meat in a bad way. Tried it today bc My daughter eats it daily. Still today it was just ok . Hard white bread turkey cold cut nothing special. If you are hungry it will due alright. I like potty bellies better maybe bc it's not so cold and toasted. read more

Sandwiches are consistent. You won't be surprised about anything except for fast they deliver your food. never got my food ring and I order from here often. It's not a gourmet restaurant but for a quick meal that us high carb but not as terrible for you as far food it'll do when you're in a rush. read more

They advertise that they are "freakin fast" and they are. By the time you pay for your order and get to the opposite end of their counter, your order is ready. The subs are always delicious and fresh tasting. If you are in a hurry for lunch, this is the place. read more
