Timing, informative. When ordering, it doesn't allow for extras needed. Was advised to pickup between a 15 minute spread. Got order exactly two minutes before the spread time. Got it home and found meal was cold. Also was not pre advised that order could not be picked up at drive thru. read more

A busy location on corner of 9 mile. Very fast hardworking employees. Manager works hard too with his crew. I ordered 1/2# bacon club meal..OMG see my photo.. so big on 3 meats, heavy sandwich..it fell apart since too much honey Dijon mustard. A sandwich made for a hungry guy, not me a lady. I love Arby's but this particular location can be a bit problematic on service. If you ask questions be sure you let them answer before you go to the second question because they are easily confused at the drive-in window for some things. I must admit I love the new Smokehouse Brisket. The Smokehouse chicken not so much. It's quite dry and they don't give you enough sauce even if you get packets because it just doesn't absorb the sauce. The sizes also on the SmokeHouse sandwiches are not as large as the prices would make you think that they are. You might be better to ask what the serving size is by ounces to see if you need to add more meat to your sandwich. If you want to get the potatoes make sure you get them in the morning because if you get them in the evening they will definitely not taste very fresh. I love the fact that they will cut your sandwich at least the top of it in half LOL so if you ask them to cut your sandwich in half make sure that you ask for a knife as well or ask them to wrap each half separately. that's the only way you will get each half separate, because they don't cut it all the way through even if you ask specifically that they cut your sandwich in half. I like the fact that they're open until 10 p.m. at night and you can get a Smokehouse Brisket late at night add extra meat and be sure to ask for plenty of packets of sauce because there won't really be much on your sandwich. If you get it with the cheese on the side and no onions you can actually heat it up the next day and enjoy it. Otherwise you're going to have a rock hard steak sandwich and trust me it's much better warm. read more

On the ticket tonight, Aniya had crafted me the best MF Turkey and Swiss Sandwich I have had to-date. Within the first bite, 'tantalizing' came to mind. I must say: the lightly toasted multi-grain bread stole the show, amidst the fool-proof recipe. My general complaint would be an overuse of sauces, when I personally don't think they need it as a brand. Normally I would rate this location as a 3 on average, however the upside is a 5 (past and present), therefore I have given it a 4. Warning when you ask for all the sauces and call them all out as Arby, Horsey, and ketchup they still do not give them to you so check your bag before driving off. Then ordered beef and cheddar sandwiches with extra cheese and received beef and cheddar with Arby sauce on them? Since when do they put Arby sauce on beef and cheddar. We got the Arby sauce for a roast beef sandwich. We will wait for Arby on Gratiot to be rebuilt before we get Arby's again. I then called store and manage said what did you just call to yell at me. No I called to tell you your employees aren't doing their job so that future customers are not dissatisfied and so you could make it right. I visited this location for lunch just minutes ago. The food was great, and they were getting orders out with ease. I didn't catch the manager's name, but he was leading the shift very well, expediting flawlessly.
