The morning manager is a straight up bitch. I have been to the store several times with her at the front desk. She is abusive to the employees and the customers! I made a mistake in the app and came in and she started yelling at me that I had to go thru the drive thru line. The kind young man working next to her showed me how to change the pickup type. She continued to complain loudly that she had to wait on her "customers" WTF was I? She should be fired immediately. This place is INCREDIBLY slow, DIRTY, filthy, unorganized and with a staff that looks like they have not washed in YEARS! The service was so slow. I usually never post for fast food locations, but this is the worst location. I've been there many times, but today was ridiculous. I got in the drive thru line and there were 4 cars ahead of me (2 in one lane, 2 in the other) it took a full 40 minutes to order and receive my food. I ordered 2 bacon egg & cheese biscuits and 2 hash browns. I ended up parked because they were waiting on hash browns but then they gave the next several cars their food quickly while myself and another car in front of me waited, so that was very frustrating. I find it hard to believe none of those cars had hash browns. Lastly was the food. The bacon egg and cheese biscuits were soggy, and each had literally one half of one slice of bacon, crumbled into about 25 pieces on it. I couldn't even taste the bacon when I ate it. I had to look to make sure it was on there which is why I noticed. The hash browns were good, since they were fresh. Don't waste your money or your time here. read more

Absolutely worst fast food place EVER. Two cars ahead of me at the drive-thru and waited 10 minutes to get to the speaker. When it was my turn to order, I waited there for another 5 minutes and got no acknowledgment from the employee. I pulled around to the window and she literally had her head buried in her arms on the counter. She did not notice me at the window for 3 more minutes. I asked her if the machine was working to take orders and she said it was. I then asked if I could place my order at the window because she had not acknowledged me while I was waiting at the speaker. She asked me to repeat my simple order 5 more times (1 large coke, 1 medium fry, 1 specialty coffee) and during the entire interaction, she was yelling to another employee how much she hates her job and how she's "finna quit dis job if they ain't get someone else up here cause I ain't feel good". This was the worst customer service I've ever seen at any establishment. After 30 minutes of waiting, the coffee tastes horrible, fries are cold, and the large drink wasn't even what we ordered. I had an amazing human take my order and greet me and give us our food, 100% everything was correct, he had the kindest voice and did an amazing job. I was so impressed with his job. There's one problem. The man who took my order, greeted me at the first and second window. Seemed to be the only person there. It took 15 mins for him to get to the mic to take my order because he was forced to be alone running the whole store. He did amazing It's McDonalds who failed him.
