I love Jersey Mikes subs. But this place is soooooo slow that my family always leaves annoyed and crabby. Consistently slow.

Food was mediocre, at best, and cost $70+ for 3 subs, chips and soda. Not worth it! I'll stick with Jimmy John's.

Very slow system, hurts business flow. A lot of people moving nobody actually working.

The wife and I finally made it to Zanti's Deli, a place we've been wanting to try for a few months,…read moreespecially since I saw photos of their pastrami, my favorite meat. I love me some reuben, corned beef or pastrami but on the board today they had pastrami and grilled onions on rye so I decided to give it a try, substituting french roll for the rye, choosing spicy mustard over their white sauce. Karla is an admittedly very picky eater, choosing a simple ham and cheddar on sour dough. The restaurant is fairly small, maybe three or four small tables, but we arrived mid afternoon and quickly found an empty table. Ambiance is best described as "we encourage take-out". Owner Jami was at the counter and she is truly awesome; kind, patient, friendly, the whole nine yards. Let there be no doubt the pastrami was the star of the show. Holy cow it was so very tender and juicy AND flavorful, some of the best pastrami I've ever had. I was initially disappointed that it wasn't sliced deli thin like one of my favorites, Carl's Deli, but my disappointment faded immediately upon first bite. Wow! This may be my new favorite pastrami in the metro. Thick cut was definitely the right move for this house made pastrami. Jami threw in a small cup of their white sauce to try and I'm so glad she did. If you like a mild but flavorful horseradish sauce, you won't be disappointed by their white sauce. Karla really enjoyed the ham and cheese. The ham was so plentiful, we took some off of the sandwich and brought it home with us to make another sandwich out of. She would have much preferred Texas toast over the sourdough but she said the sandwich was nonetheless tasty with flavorful ham. Both sandwiches came with a side of pasta salad. Full disclosure, I'm not a cold pasta salad fan but it was tasty. Karla absolutely loved the pasta salad with its sweet and slightly tangy dressing. Overall, a super wonderful experience. We plan to return soon to try other things on the menu but I've gotta be honest. It's going to be tough for me to skip the pastrami.

I tried the Zanti's Italiano today (Mortadella, salami, ham, capocollo, Lettuce, tomato,…read moregiardiniera (I got mild), vinaigrette on cheese garlic bread). I got it toasted. It was really delicious! The meat was tender and had great flavor. The cheese gave it a slightly creamy texture when it was still warm. The staff was great and friendly as ever! Zanti's is still one of my favorite sandwich shops!

First of all, I knew I was doing well because of the traffic coming in and out while I waited (ever so briefly) for a table. I wanted that delicious St. Louis style pizza, and Liliana's delivered on my expectations. The cheese was perfect, the toppings exactly as I would hope, and it did not hurt that I had some leftovers. I also ordered a Caesar salad and a House red. So many places under-deliver on Caesar salads these days that I tend to be cautious when ordering. This one was delicious. It hit all the high notes. As for the ambiance, the dining room could've walked right out of the 70s, plopped itself down in 2026, and manage not to look out of place. Service was spot-on, the food did not take too long, and I thoroughly enjoyed my evening. Next trip tom St. Louis, I'm stopping here again!

The location was chosen because it was a good midpoint for us, a friend in the neighborhood recommended it. Really appreciate it as it is a fairly nondescript outside and in a shopping center. Inside it was pretty dark despite it being a sunny day.... There is a total vibe Service was good and efficient.

It has been a couple years since I ate here so I looked them up on Facebook and apparently there had been some type of drama involving hate. Due to the fact it is very small inside and can easily sell out of Doner bread; I decided to call ahead before the 15 minute drive. A lady answered in English and I said I would like to make a carry out order. She simply replied sternly " NO ". I asked if they no longer took phone orders and again "NO". I asked if they had Doner's for sale if I came in and she answered yes as if I were very much not welcome. Maybe a bad run in with some other Customer. I get the impression that if you're not Bosnian then you're not welcome. Very Racist and Sad if true. I certainly would not feel welcome if I walked in the door here and we used to buy candy for our daughter there. Very sad if you hate Americans so much why come here?

This is an order at the counter place, and they bring the food to your table of choice when it's ready. For this visit I went with the hot roast beef on garlic french bread with au jus for dipping. Boyfriend got a new one for him and ordered their hot chicken Parmesan sandwich. So honestly my sandwich was excellent and the garlic bread really made it stand out from others version of it. Unfortunately the boyfriend did not enjoy his sandwich and ended up not eating most of it. Thinking because they used a soft bread it just got too mushy with the red sauce soaked in, and the chicken wasn't very hot just warm... so he wasn't too happy and regretted not getting his usual order of their Original Sub with a side of mostaccioli... that is always a hit. Restaurant is always clean and the service is great. Even spilled a soda and they cleaned promptly and didn't make him feel bad about it either ;) We will be back to try more for sure

The food has always been acceptable, perhaps better than that, but the cost seems excessive. The last visit I had a chicken parm / side salad and a soda for $19. The sandwich was described as 4" long, it was very close to that of not exactly, and the salad was mixed greens, 2 cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks and dressing in a medium size container. I will stop in another time and get pics. Comparison: at Panera my entire lunch with a desert and a side order of bread was $15. At 5 guys a lunch ends up around $18 with cheeseburger, fries and soda but you can't (ok I can't) finish the entire order of hot cooked fries. And there are the free peanuts... The Psghetti facility is typically clean with tables wiped down and a clean restroom. I give them kudos for that.
