No one offered an apology or resolution beyond a simple refund. Yet again, I live an hour away. Customer service suggested "Oh it's sitting right here. Just come back and get it." They truly acted as if it were my fault that the items were left out and I was inconveniencing them. (My bad. I guess I should have counted each individual item as we loaded them into my trunk-yes. WE. I always get out and help! * Poor product quality: The fresh produce I receive is often moldy or spoiled, which is unacceptable. Not once. Not twice. But every single time I order strawberries they are covered in fuzzy mold. * Customer service: The pickup employees are frequently rude and unhelpful, which only adds to the frustration. I would have brought it up to the girl but her conversation was apparently the most important thing in the world at the time. Apparently what she forgot was to drown my sandwich in bbq sauce making it completely inedible. I can only assume this stems from a problem a lot of businesses are having where they hire young workers and then proceed to not hold them accountable for basic rules of business like customer service.
