Got my first and last sub there today. We didn't go during rush hour so no excuse for the results. Ordered the roast beef and provolone sub-from a very limited menu I may ad. While there was plenty of roast beef, half was hanging outside the sandwich making eating it challenging and messy. But most of all, it was a dud. No simple salt and pepper. No pickles. No flavor. Definitely not a place I would revisit. read more

I was really excited to find out that Jersey Mike's Subs, were providing a salad option. I decided to get one about 3 weeks ago and was disappointed on the portion size. Today, I decided to give them another chance because it's not fair to assess an establishment with only one experience. It was a fail again. I paid over $11.00 and was still extremely hungry after this "dinner." Mom and Pop restaurants around here, gives customers a healthy portion of salads and proteins. Jersey Mike's Subs, should stop selling salad because they're not good at it. Stick to what you're good at and that's in the sub segment. read more

Jersey Mike's didn't make me a sandwich, they handed me a personality upgrade wrapped in paper. This man was the most nonchalant human being I have ever witnessed. No rush. No stress. World peace could've ended and he still would've been like, "Yeah... you want that regular or giant?" Absolute calm. Zen. A sandwich master. Meanwhile I'm standing there hungry and emotionally unstable, watching him build greatness. The sub itself was so good I had to sit down after. Like, pause life good. I took one bite and immediately stopped listening to the music, the noises, my own thoughts. Just me and the sandwich against the world. At one point I looked back at the counter guy like he knew what he had done. He did not care. He nodded slightly. That was enough. Even on my way out, he gave me and my cousins a peace sign out. I called in an order ,so I could grab it on my way to work,,,told the guy in the phone specifically three times BIG KAHUNA chicken sub....he even asked again steak or chicken again...I said CHICKEN...I get to the store heading to work ,I give my name the young lady says big kahuna STEAK,I say no CHICKEN....i didn't have another 15 minutes to wait for a new sub to be made...I was pissed, and had to go to work hungry,I think maybe you guys need to have a duly supervising the young kids ,so that the orders get done right, I can lie jersey mikes makes a great sub,until it's not made how you ordered it!!! I'm a regular at Jersey Mike's in Stoughton. This week I ordered a medium #8 and was dismayed when I saw that instead of 3 slices of the meats, cheese and bacon, the staff only placed 2 slices each in the sub. I'm aware of the soaring prices of the ingredients, but a reduction of 30% was not appreciated. I don't mind paying a little more to cover the escalating costs. Amazing subs! Would recommend the #13 Italian or #44 Buffalo Chicken. Definitely don't pass up the snickerdoodle gluten free cookies- my favorite! Very clean and workers are super friendly. read more

Staff have been consistently nice and attentive. Sandwiches we've ordered from here have been great too.

Great subs and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The Italian sub is my favorite closely followed by the steak and cheese.

The size of the subs have gone to half the size they were.They other need to know there choices available. I refuse to go to Jersey Mike's.Will try Subway or someone else. read more

Disappointed and on so many levels. I placed my order online at 5:26pm. I knew I wouldn't get there right away but that was fine. When I did get there is was 6:20pm. I was totally ignored by the three people working there. I realize they were getting slammed; I could see by the number of people sitting around waiting. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before asking the chef when he came forward if the bag with my name on it was my order. He responds to me with "I have my own system of tickets". Word to the wise, your method doesn't work. They ran out of everything except white rolls, which he didn't even ask me if that would be okay and he cooked up my order at 6:37pm! Seriously? The sandwich had way less meat than in the past and there was way more gristle. I was going to take a pic but totally not worth it. Between the service, which sucked, and the lower quantity and quality of the food I won't be heading back anytime soon. read more

Top of the line subs! The ingredients are fresh and delicious. So many subs to choose from! This place was so clean and you could truly tell the employees love what they do. Super helpful throughout the ordering process to make sure you get exactly what you want. Can't wait to come back! read more

I grew up on Lena's subs, which is what I compare others to. JM's seems over rated. Really 2.5 stars. Italian was lacking flavor and contents. Would not repeat. Chicken Philly was tasty, but seemed very processed. There used to be a small Italian market in Randolph strip mall next to Cafe Bella that made very good Italian subs. Haven't had a good one since they packed up. read more

First time customer & last! I placed an order at 1:41 & got my order at 3:16 called the restaurant to ask if they could toast the bread and all I got was an "ugh" what's the name on the order. Waited an hour and a half to be disappointed. Cold subs & missing items from my order. There are much better places to go for subs that are more tastier and where the order arrives a lot quicker! I order from there once or twice a week. Staff is great. The interesting thing is, when they first came in, they had the option of getting the Mini size on several sub types. Now it seems like you can only get the mini on a few of the types and it seems smaller. Not a 100% but it just seems that way. read more
