The key is together fresh pie by itself so you can judge it for what it truly is as opposed to a slice. It's been out for a while. The wrap was good, but it just got way too soggy with buffalo sauce at the end, and then the wrap broke off at the bottom. The chicken was tender and tasty, but there isas one weird bite within the second half. If they just wrap their wraps better, and reduced the buffalo sauce, and I would say this place would be better off. Overall Not bad. read more

I hadn't been here before but "stop"ped in tonight with my wife and a couple of friends for dinner. Though the place has been there for 20+ years it is extremely clean, brightly lit and the food was great. We had chicken stir fry, Hawaiian chicken salad, a west coast salad, and a steak pepper and onion calzone. Everything was fresh, delicious, and hefty-portioned. The owner was super friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable. We'll definitely be back - soon! read more

Went in on Saturday night about an hour before closing. I wanted to order a small pizza and side salad. The man I spoke to at the counter who I believe to be the owner told me they were out of dough. He must've seen the disappointment in my face because he offered me 2 slices from a large pizza that was off to the side, on the house as it was my first time coming here. I placed an order for a side salad to go with my pizza. He came back and told me there were no small salads left so I'll be given a full size salad. I really appreciated the customer service. He could've just said there was no small pizzas and sent me on my way. The pizza was great. Thinner crust than most places, which I loved and the salad was very fresh with a delightful homemade Greek dressing. Will be going back to try other items and will update. I placed an order via their online website and I clicked on steak tip quesadilla, which is what I always get, and when I picked the order up it was this nasty tasteless steak and cheese sub steak. We also ordered a large steak and cheese with grilled onion, pepper and mushroom, a pizza, and a bunch of other stuff for our four children. I called about the error in the order, mind you the total came to $67.00 PLUS I left a six dollar tip, and the rude woman I spoke to said "well too bad you chose the wrong thing that's your fault not ours. I mean we can make you the one you want but it'll cost you". Like what kind of &$@@" is that? I said no thank you never mind. No wonder the staff there looks like someone just killed their dog, this lady is just awful. PLUS my husband took one bite of his sub and tossed it, the pizza was a greasy mess, my kids all threw their pizza out and apologized for not being able to eat it and wasting money. I've been going here for almost 8 years now... been to all other pizza places locally. I still remember the first time I went there which is why I keep going. Everyone is always friendly in person or over the phone. I love the food.. especially the pizza because it's the thicker style.. not like the thin papa ginos style. Orders are typically 20 minutes unless it's crazy busy then maybe a little longer but that's rare. Nabil (if I spelt that right) is great, always asks about the family and my kids and life in general. They replaced their printed menus with new TVs and updated their website. While keeping the classics they had they have added many more options that I still haven't had the pleasure of trying them all yet. My favorite there though is their calzones. Hands down the biggest ones you will find locally.. anyone else I've had cost the same and is maybe half the size. Their calzone is huge.. basically half a pizza box size. It will be a sad day when I eventually move because I enjoy going here. read more

I will start off by saying I have never been so disturbed by the way the staff (Manager or employee) spoke to a customer on the phone. She called in an order and when it was delivered, the pizza ordered was all on the side as if it had not been held correctly. The order of zucchini sticks that cost 6.99 + tax was so small, it may of have had 5 or 6 sticks in it and they were very small. The staff argued, over the phone with this customer saying that "its no big deal" what happened to the pizza and there was nothing they could do about the zucchini sticks. When the driver came back, I showed him the pizza and zucchini sticks and he was like wow! He apologized for it and I said thank you~ But, when a customer calls you about an order when there is something wrong with it, all the staff needs to say, is we are sorry and we will get a new one right out to you and not sit on the phone and argue back and forth with the customer, who is calling in. I will say that they did send a new order back to me and it look much better. read more

Pizza is not bad at all, and is definitely in the Greek school of pizza making. Personally I prefer the thicker crust of Greek pizzas. The subs I have had here have all been OK to good. Never a bad sub. They also have a deal of buy 3 items get the 4th free, but you have to ask for it they will not just apply it, I find that silly as you pass a huge window sign on the way in. It's a 7 foot sign, not small. You would think...... but no. There are a few things that bring down the marks however. The pizzas are smaller than everyone else. I think they use a 9" pan. Not the end of the world, but if you are feeding a little league team the free 4th free pizza will be needed. Another small point is, occasionally, if they get slammed, your order can take a LONG time. It appears to be a family business and as great as that is, they don't step on each others toes. This creates moments where some team members are busting ass and others are slacking, and the main guy doesn't want to turn the screws to family and as a result, there are clear choke points in the flow of food. But again they are a family business and they all get along, just think about the time they quote "10 minutes" means come right down, and "...um...about 25 minutes......?...... means expect to wait when you get there 30 minutes later. Last thing....The name..... It is a terrible name.... but the pizza place on this location before was called "Big John's House of Food" so the name HAS got better.....I guess..... read more

Disappointed. Should really be zero stars because I can't even rate them. My boss recommended them so we decided to give them a shot. We eat out a lot and it was close to our house. They are supposed to close at 10. It's a quick service pizza joint so when we arrived at 9, a whole hour before they closed I thought that was ample time. We'd never been there before so had to look at the menu - we were told to hurry up as he was going to close after we left. Feeling unwelcome, my husband said "let's just go someplace else"... Didn't realize this was the economic environment where you could just tell customers to hurry up. You lost a customer that would have probably been very loyal. First impression is a lasting impression - we will not be back.. no matter how good the food is. I have a major issue with places closing before their posted times anyways. It says 10 on the website, it says 10 on the door. If I'd showed up at 9:45, I would get it but not at 9:02. Plenty of other good pizza spots in Randolph. read more

If i could give this no stars i would. I have ordered from this place for 2 years and they have progressively gotten worse and worse. Please please do not give these people your credit card info if u do order. Tonight i ordered food at 8:12pm and it was quoted an hour which i understood because it is the night before a holiday. It is now 10:07 and still have not received my food but that is not the worst part. I got a call 10 mins ago saying that my food was on its was but their machine went down and they asked if i had cash ( i paid with a credit card when i ordered) so when i said no i dont have cash she said she will run the card later and when i asked how it wasnt run already she said that the information is written down on paper.
