I recently visited Panera Bread and was impressed with the variety and quality of their soups. They had a great selection of soups that were all delicious and satisfying. However, my experience was marred by the non-professional staff who failed to fulfill my mobile order on multiple occasions. This was a major inconvenience and caused me to waste a lot of time waiting for my order to be prepared. The straws are also relatively dirty. The environment here is pretty nice, the paintings are cute and the lighting is lovely. Drink machines need to be cleaned more often, for sure. Tons of ice spilled, etc. Despite the great soups, the unprofessional staff really detracted from my experience. I hope that Panera Bread can improve their staff training and ensure that mobile orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner. Overall, I would recommend Panera Bread for their soups, but be prepared for potential issues with mobile orders.

This particular store does Not,need to be open during this Crisis!!! The Staff is Extremely Rude and treat everyone as if they are all Diseased!! When I received my Order, the Bag was too Small and tore open, that's when they gave me the Correct bag with Handles

I have been enjoying Panera Bread's unlimited coffee for $8.99 a month for almost a year. The first 3 months were free. Just type in Panera Bread on your phone, and the offer should come up. You can get regular light, or dark roast, decaf, hazelnut, or iced coffee. You can get whichever size you would like. Of course I go for the large, and always bring a refill home, for my breakfast coffee. I never have to make coffee at home anymore. You only have to go 4 days, and you have covered the cost of the whole month of unlimited coffee. I love their blueberry scones, warmed, with butter. They are amazing. I find that the orange ones have icing on them, and they are too sweet for me. This is where I relax for half an hour most days.

Exterior: I got a month of free bagels!

It seems like all Panera's are always quite busy, no matter the time. They have kiosks to order from, but when it comes to baked goods, I love to see them. Even better is walking in to that fresh baked dough smell, it's enough to make a human want to drool! I've been on a bagel kick & tried the white chocolate & raspberry, great flavor combo. Both flavors are understated, but combined have a subtle berry note at the end. Overall their bagels are great! Hard on the outside & lightervon the inside. What's a girl to do? Bagles, sure whatever hits that hunger craving.

Been a Panera fan for years. Owned the stock since IPO. Today was not the best representation of the quality they are known for. Waited to order longer than normal, got food super fast and it was hot, but couldn't find a clean table. After being seated notice The bowL of soup I ordered was really a cup poured into a bowl. I'm normally a bowl half full kind of guy, ha ha. Today my bowl was truly half empty (photo). Soup didn't live up to the name, as I had mostly broth, very little noodles and NO chicken. It was hot but under what they are capable of.

I have to say…read morethat this is one of the best places you should go if you want fresh authentic food that is homemade and extremely flavorful. This was our first time there and I had the corned beef special. I have to say, it was the best I have ever had. It was a little messy, but that was OK. Messy makes the sandwich even better. They have ready-made Greek salads a couple of desserts, different salads deli meats as well. I couldn't believe how many people were coming and going. People called ahead. They had their orders ready. people that walked in, place their orders and the sandwiches came out very fast. Our food came out quite rapidly as well. They have a very, very small seating area so you have to eat and run, which is only fair because there are people always waiting for tables. If you have never eaten at the Westside deli, you absolutely must put it on your, "must try" list. Everybody was raving about the food and the freshness. The hour that we were there, I would guess 50 people came and went to pick up their orders or sit down to eat. Parking is a little sparse, but it's well worth it to give this place a try. The staff was extremely friendly even the cook brought out our food and they checked on us often. There is a no tipping policy and if you insist on leaving a tip, they put it in a jar and they donate it. Using cash is better than using a credit card because their credit card fee is a little high. The sandwich was the right size and the price was very reasonable. I definitely would give them a try. Please follow me and I will take you to some great mom and pop places. We will go back again.

The sandwich was tasty, perfect portions of sauce to bread to toppings / meats. I tried the Key West, and customized just a bit. Will be back to try more!

They stated that the Nona and Sicilian pizzas normally take around 45 minutes and the other pizzas from my memory take around 15-20 minutes. We have been struggling to find a good pizza place in the area but, this is definitely the place to go for pizza. The ingredients on the pizza taste very fresh and the crust has the perfect crunch to it. I don't normally like thin crust pizza but, the crust was perfect not too thick and not too thin. The customer service and staff are amazing! They all greeted us and were extremely friendly. They made it very welcoming and they all seem very passionate and love working there. Fish and chips: my fish was soggy on the bottom (and dripping) and the chips were run of the mill frozen boring fries. Onion rings & clam strips were just okay. The food was fresh and a great value. The only small complaints I could make is my bun for the junior size was just like a plain hamburger bun versus my husband's larger sandwich came with a much nicer toasted sesame bun and they didn't have the onion rings available.
