Diana was craving a salad and Jason's deli was the choice, the service in line was friendly and helpful.Not being a regular made the menu hard to navigate for me, lots of options just brings confusion for me. I like it simple and fortunately the Manager was there and break it down for me. Standing in line trying to figure it all out is a rushed feeling especially at lunchtime. But all is good as I was able to get a satisfying meal during the lunch hour rush and chaos. The staff did a wonderful job getting everyone taking care of quickly once their order was taken. Warm, loaded, perfectly balanced, and worth planning your day around. The turkey Reuben is a sleeper hit... rich, flavorful, and flat-out comforting. Add in the Fire Roasted Tortilla Soup, which is hands-down one of the best soups anywhere, and you're already winning. And then there's the salad bar. Fresh, loaded with options, always clean, and still the gold standard. Nobody does it better. Now the service. This is where Keller's Jason's Deli really separates itself. The team is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and on it. Plates get cleared quickly. Smiles are genuine. You feel welcomed, not rushed, and not ignored. Hubby ordered 1/4 muffuletta and he enjoyed. I got bowl of chicken noodle soup. The chicken was processed and wouldn't order again. I had carry out from here and ordered the southwest bowl with chicken and a side of jalapeño dressing and a bowl of chili with cheese. The southwest bowl with chicken was filled with refreshing and flavorful ingredients. The jalapeño dressing completed the bowl. The chicken was juicy, however could have used more seasoning. The chili paired with saltine crackers were delicious, more salty than sweet which I appreciate. All in all I was pleased with my order and the meal arrived in a timely manner. 5/28/22: Located across the street from Hampton Inn, this was a good, quick option for a fairly affordable meal, albeit, a little higher priced for an order at the counter type place. I ordered a salad for dine in and a salad and salmon sandwich to go. Everything was pretty decent. I did like their free ice cream bar. A nice touch. It reminded me a bit of Souplantation (I miss them). Plenty of free parking. No muss, no fuss. Easy place for a casual meal. I would go back. read more

Stopped by the Jason's Deli recently since I had to pick something up nearby. Called in my order so I could take it to go. The woman on the phone was so nice and told me my food would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Ready it was! When I walked in I was able to quickly pay, grab my food, and leave. Dude at the register was kind as well. I appreciate that when you order a gluten free sandwich they label the package with a special sticker so you know your order was handled properly and is indeed gluten free. Lately I've been enjoying Shelly's Deli Chick, which is a simple and delicious chicken salad, complete with a slice of tomato and lettuce leaf. So good (but I always add a little salt). And I can't leave Jason's without a cup of their tomato soup. It's GF, thick, creamy, and consistently amazing. Seriously the best tomato soup (bisque?) ever. With a bag of kettle popped potato chips and a pickle slice, you've got the perfect lunch. I'm a big fan of Jason's Deli. They're always clean and friendly and the food is always yummo! I miss the salad bar (will they even be a thing post Covid-19?!!!), but they have so many wonderful menu options. I never tire of JD! read more

So disappointing to go through drive-thru. I was 3rd in line- 3rd! I used the upside app for a discount and had 18 min to check out for the discount. Two cars ahead took 20 min. So I didn't get the discount, but it was not a customer issue. Fast food restaurants have figured out that if an order is going to delay- pull to a parking spot and someone will bring your food out. It seems ridiculous that a process isn't in place to move traffic along. There is also no way to get out of the line. Customers are committed to waiting and waiting and waiting. I sure learned my lesson. --------- Clint- here is a pic for you. Most Jason's Delis are in the app. But my point is that the car in front was 15 min at the window. 15 min. Came to Jason's Deli after church yesterday and it was pretty busy but the staff was polite. The food was good but we all ordered at the same time & it came out in intervals of 10-15 minutes, which wasn't a problem for us but could be a helpful warning for others. The inside of this establishment is much smaller than the other locations I've been too & they don't have enough to tables to accommodate larger groups or busy hours, so make sure you'll have seating before you order. We were able to snag a table but it was pretty narrow in the corner and a little uncomfortable. read more

Came with a wife and friend and we don't see much reason to return. They only allow one trip to the salad bar $9. Looks like there are some items missing. Like diced ham or tuna salad. My friend ordered a caprese pannini $9. Not worth it. Skimped on tomatoes. No pickle. Pesto was not that great. read more

Was so excited to learn we have a Jason's Deli in Keller I'd been meaning to pick something up there when our HOA told us they were doing Neighborhood Nights, offering free delivery if a neighborhood ordered together. We did it this week and loved the family sandwich meal. It came with a wonderful variety of sandwiches, a full sized bag of chips, four pickle spears and four delicious chocolate chip cookies. You guys. They have a incredible Family Style Menu where the prices are sooooo good and the food is great and you get so much of it! We ordered the Family Muffuletta which comes with an entire Muffuletta Sandwich (like an entire loaf of bread filled with all the meat, cheese, and tapenade), a full size bag of chips, four large soft chocolate chip cookies, and four pickles for $25. I couldn't even make the sandwich for that price on my own (I've tried). The family menu has pastas, sandwich assortments, salad assortments, wrap assortments, and even a make-your-own family sub. You can make everyone happy with one of these. Order online and pick up at the drive thru window! The owner was so nice and our food was perfect toy packaged. We can't wait to order again! read more

Asked for a plate to get more of things that I just got sample tastings of, and was told no return trips to the bar. I had no idea, so I went back to menu signage to see if I just missed seeing that it was now one and done. No signage anywhere that I saw. Jason's Deli in the Alliance Center is a wonderful place to spend on a Friday afternoon. I had business to take care of after work in the Alliance Center, but I was hungry, so I went to JD. From the moment I arrived, I got nothing but top notch service. Brandon, at the register, accommodated all my requests. Both he and the manager remembered me from a previous visit. I didn't have to wait long for my food, which was delivered to me with all my requests met. Everything was delicious! I ordered the plain Jane and a cup of chili. The baked potato was nothing you can't find anywhere else like McCalisters. It was average. Today, however, they put the grease up 1,000%; the grease burned a hole straight through the plastic container and onto the paper bag. When I reached to grab the container from the bag, I burned my hand completely. My review was valid. The only reason I came back into your business the second time was they both told me that you had a 15% tip they left. As much as I appreciated you giving me a fraction of the tip they said they left it does not make it right they abuse doordash drivers. I am sure you did not want me to inquire to Baylor Scott White on 620 main and Texas Health Family Care or Bourland Rd about working on their orders for an hour to receive no pay from them. I just want to explain to them how doordash works. Jasons deli got all the money for the two large orders they both got lunch brought to their breakdown and I got nothing. Tried this Jason's Deli yesterday for a quick lunch and from the outside it didn't look like much. But inside was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. It had been years since I had eaten at JD and honestly was looking to go to a Mexican restaurant, but that place had closed so we ended up here. I totally forgot how good the food was. I had soup and the salad bar and my brother had a big sandwich and chips. The salad bar was fresh and full of options so it was a great change of pace for lunch. It was busy but we had no issues finding a seat. The only issue we had was the cheese was not melted on my brother's sandwich, but that didn't stop him from eating it all. Our family was so excited to have a Jason's deli in Keller. It's a great place to grab a quick and healthy meal. We could all use more of that! The space is wide open and clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. Salad bar is kept stocked and spotless. Food is great! I did run into an issue once while ordering drive through. My order was totally wrong. Hey, it happens - but what matters is how it's handled once a restaurant knows about the error. And these guys handled it perfectly. Even offering to deliver the correct meal. Which was WAY above and beyond my expectations. Jason's deli is usually consistently good no matter which one you go to, but what sets this location apart is the management. Been coming to Jason's deli for years, love the food but the service is always hit or miss. Ordered a club royal with no sliced ham and received my order, with of course, sliced ham on it. I typically wouldn't be as upset about this because mistakes do happen, but I waited over 5 minutes for this order while watching the kids behind the window laughing and goofing off. Also when did you guys stop giving out to go pickles??? No matter what day we go there the ice cream machine runs out of ice cream and does not get refilled. We quit coming to this location about 6 months ago because of that. Decided to give it another try and the ice cream machine ran out of ice cream again! Also they have quit letting you order the lighter version of the salads. The manager told us they are a test location and they are trying out that new concept. The salad I got was suppose to be the regular size but it seemed to be the size of the former lighter salad that we had just been told was discontinued at that location...so the bottom line seemed to be..no ice cream.. and salad portions were reduced but we were still charged for a large salad.
