Please be aware there are hidden fees that they don't tell you about until you get to the register. Went in for a basic pedicure, didn't have any nail polish put on my toes and they charged me $5 just to remove the old nail polish from a previous pedicure. Isn't that part of a pedicure is removing the old nail polish? So they upped the cost of a basic pedicure and it wasn't listed anywhere. Also $2 fee for using Debit card. I'm a store manager of a retail store in the same parking lot and I will never return here. There's too many other choices in the area. read more

Service requested was pedicure, they have new chairs with message features of course and the tub that holds water seems ceramic rainbow color the right bottom of my tub was super hot I didn't put my foot down but the left side was normal hot. Positive- clean and customer service was good. I walked in, no appointment, nobody was waiting so they took me. I asked for a gel manicure and the women said my nails were "too short." (I just wanted my natural nails rounded out for a butter yellow French tip, I would've even been happy with a square French tip on my natural nails. Because she said no I asked if they do gel x, to which she said yes. The woman began my nail prep and I noticed she was already struggling. She didn't even work on my cuticles before applying the nail and only used the drill to smooth the nail bed and even my cuticles which I have a couple cuts from. When she measured out my nails she chose nails that were way too wide for my nail bed. They're now partially sitting on my skin lifting. The gel under the nail has a lot of air bubbles and looks really messy. Under the nail there's so much residue from the gel as well that she didn't bother to clean up after. One nail came off already and I went in yesterday April 3rd. There's another that is completely lifting already and it's April 4th. These were supposed to be my Easter nails, I spent $82 and the quality is so bad. I felt bad complaining or backing out because she was an older woman, but in this economy I do plan to go back. It is not fair to me to have spent $82 +tip and the nails be falling off the next day. I also didn't want to complain because her appointment got there as she was finishing my nails and then I noticed she tried to rush me out the door. I do not believe I was even given the "full manicure," there was no massage like the last time I came in or anything else for that matter. She basically just started gluing the nails on, she applied only one layer of nail polish. I'm really disappointed. read more

Made the drive from perris ,25mins away.. & I have to say it was so worth the drive and will definitely be returning. I would give this place 10 stars if possible. This might be the top salon I have ever gone to if I'm being completely honest. I tried literally all the nail salons in Moreno Valley and I was never fully satisfied with the nails. This is the first place I try in Riverside and I won't be going to another place anymore. I finally found my place! The ladies here are sooo polite and nice. The place is clean, it's pretty, and it's relaxing in there. My nails have never been done better any where else before. I'm very particular with my nails because if I'm going to be paying for them every couple weeks I want them to be worth it. And they meet all the expectations here. They shape the nails beautifully, the gel polish is perfect all the way around the nails, the cuticles are clean, they don't go your nails too thick, they're just perfect. Also, the times that I have gone they have done my toes and hands at the same time so Im never spending hours at the salon like at other places. Literally don't have not even one complain. Now yes, I must say that I do pay a little more here than I have at other salons but it's so worth it in my opinion. You're paying for the quality of your nails, and the quality is always there here. I'm very disappointed with my experience here. We arrived around 11:13 AM and were told we would be serviced next. About 10 minutes later, a couple came in stating they were late to their appointment. Despite us being there first, the nail tech sat both us and the couple down at the same time. From the start, the nail tech seemed extremely rushed. I requested a full set because I wanted my natural nails trimmed. She insisted my nails were "still okay" and that it could be done as a fill. I re-explained that I specifically wanted a full set so my natural nails could be trimmed. She then began clipping my acrylics very hurriedly and attempted to remove my acrylic using the tip of another nail, which was painful. I expressed that it hurt and asked for it to be done properly (drill off, then soak off), especially since I was paying for the service. She did correct this part, thankfully. However, after that, she decided to start the couple's service instead, leaving me sitting in the chair for 20+ minutes mid-service. Once this was pointed out, she came back to continue, but by then I was no longer comfortable or interested in proceeding. I understand that appointments are typically prioritized, but if someone arrives late, that should be on them. Customers who arrive on time and are told they're next should not be pushed aside or left waiting in the middle of a service. Overall, the experience felt rushed, disorganized, and unprofessional. read more

I really wanted to comeback to this shop as my primary location after being out of the area for a few years. I did a basic overlay and 3 days later one nail completely popped off and the polish was already fading around the corners, I went back for a fill which the quality of work lacked heavily, the overlay was uneven and tiny bubbles were visible after leaving. my cuticle edges are always white and dry looking and have acrylic around it that doesn't grow out consistently with the nail bed. Had a pedicure done and the toe polish had tiny cracks going across a couple days later and I noticed the clear coat under lapped on top of the color. The lady who did my nails kept drilling really close to my cuticles and I pulled back a few times, she didn't seem to really acknowledge what she was doing. When they're busy it feels like a rushed service instead of taking the time to make sure the nails were even, and the polish was consistent on each nail. I travel for work so it's not convenient to go back every few days for them to repair. So unfortunately my search still continues to find a "home nail shop." read more
