I can't say enough good things about Dr. Boyette and his entire staff. I hadn't seen a dentist in a very long time and my teeth were in really rough shape, with many missing. I was honestly nervous walking in. Dr. Boyette was incredibly kind, non-judgmental, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything and helped put together a pretty intense but well-thought-out treatment plan that made me feel hopeful instead of overwhelmed. It took many visits, but every single one was handled with professionalism, patience, and care. The staff is excellent -- friendly, supportive, and always made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Boyett and his team are top flight. Their equipment is modern and the office is clean. They recently won an award for their adoption of green practices and each year Dr. Boyett is named one of Seattle's top dentists. He is professional, pleasant and does excellent work, even providing orthodontia services. Dr. Boyett believed in continuing education and stays on top of current best practice. Traci, the front office manager, is pleasant as well as adept in answering insurance questions and providing superior customer service. Loni, Dr. Boyett's longtime hygienist, is professional and very skilled in what she does, providing detailed guidance and answering questions pleasantly and with competence. Leticia and Ali are the two other dental assistants in the office and they are equally professional and gracious, making each patient feel welcome and confident because of their competent work. Jesse Boyett is the best dentist anyone could ask for. I've been seeing Dr. Boyett for 4 years after many unfortunate experiences with other dentists. He's kind, knowledgeable, explains all options and you never feel rushed while talking to him. He doesn't overbook so you never have to wait around to begin your procedure. I have never met Dr. Boyett, but my sister and brother in law were looking for a dentist after their dentist retired. I am a dental hygienist who knows many dentists in the area. They reported to me how professional and kind the staff was and how modern the dental equipment used on them appeared. Dr Jesse Boyett is a winner, plain and simple. I have been a client for years, having followed my wonderful hygienist, Loni, from her last office downtown. Dr Boyett was always in the background, establishing contact, checking everything, and offering guidance when necessary. You know, reassuring, but not pushy. Well, two Friday's ago, my crown decided to come undone at a dinner party. Not happy, as I was expected out of town Saturday morning. I called the office early the next morning, but waited until 7AM to call the emergency number. Obviously, I wasn't in pain. Dr Boyett picked up the call, and by 9:30AM I was on the road, crown intact and good to go. Now really, where do you find that kind of service? Everyone on his staff is a pleasure to deal with. Dr. Boyett is very calm and friendly and takes time to explain things and answer all questions I have. He takes a long view approach to my dental care. We were relatively new to the area and went to Dr. Boyett on a recommendation from a family friend. We were looking for a dentist that was good with children (we have toddlers to teens in the house). Never did we think we'd find a family dentist. My husband and I couldn't be more thrilled with the calm environment, current on skills and knowledge and the sugar-free icing on the cake...they're great with kids and grown-ups alike (never have they scolded me for not flossing -just tips and encouragement to keeping healthy). Not only was Traci the person that greets you very friendly, but everyone on the team was welcoming. Then I had Lani who talked to me about my past concerns and I felt right at home. Dr Boyette is proactive with his patients. He warned me that if I didn't get braces, I would lose at least one bottom tooth.
