They ran all the insurance benefits and planned out the all the procedures to maximize the benefits, which I suppose was nice... However, I was shocked and we got second AND third opinions, one included flying my husband 3000 miles to my trustworthy dentist back home. Both 2nd and 3rd opinions, said that his seals were fine, he had NO cavities, and they couldn't find any reason he needed such work done. The day came for my first appointment at Cedar View Dental with Dr. Jonnes, and as soon as I walked in, I immediately felt at ease. That day they took X-rays and Dr. Jonnes went over options and a plan for future care and appointments. Second appointment was for teeth cleaning and the hygienist was fantastic. Third and most recent appointment was the first big test - fillings. I was scared and nervous, but all that changed within a few minutes. I felt no discomfort whatsoever! In a few days I'll be going back for additional treatment and I'm good with that. In my opinion, Dr. Jonnes and his staff practice the highest standards of professionalism and caring. The front desk staff was also warm which made the whole experience even better. :) It's now the next night and my aligners feel snug but still comfortable...I was able to sleep through the night just fine and feel like I'm adjusting. I'll be changing my trays every two weeks with a total of 10 trays in my treatment plan, so a total of 5 months. Dr. Lin let me know that if I have any discomfort he's happy to take a look and make adjustments. So far so good and I'm really looking forward to finally getting the smile I've wanted for years!

Jenny was really friendly and checks if you're ok throughout the process which I appreciated. Before the extraction, she had to numb me several times. But the extraction process went smoothly and took only 30 minutes top for both teeth combined! Honestly didn't feel a thing and was surprised it was so fast of a process.
