I was up visiting in grants pass when all of a sudden, a terrible noise was coming from the front right of my engine bay. Not knowing the exact cause, had my suv towed into Tom's early on a Monday. By Monday afternoon they knew what was wrong, had the part is stock and could get me back on the road by end of the next day. They were even complete early and upon pickup, the tech showed me the broken fan from the radiator fan assembly that was basically wobbling away making quite the ruckus. The repair wasn't simple due to how buried the component was, but they handled it efficiently and got us back on the road. I reluctantly brought my truck back after horrible communication to once again have my springs not put on correctly, a pad was placed on crooked and The bolts were not the right fit the first attempt and both times not torqued to safety. The reason I brought my truck in, it had been making a weird sound and never did they figure it out.
