I don't like to be touched a lot and I definitely tense up at the IDEA of my body being adjusted. It took a bit, but ... I started to relax and trust the process. My favorite part is the traction table because I feel like all the weight I subject my spine to (in between visits: carrying my oversized body, crouching/hunching at my work desk, stretching to reach stuff on higher shelves, twisting to pass my kids snacks in the back of the car, etc) literally MELTS out.
